In this paper is two-step trade model introduced. It is assumed that countries have 3 basic factors- capital(K), land (Z)and population(N)-as national factor endowments. As the first step, education 'produces' 'educated labor(EL)' which embodies new knowledge or new technology by using the population and capital as inputs. As the second step, manufacturing goods is produced with EL and uneducated labor(UL), and agriculture goods with land and UL. According to this model, the higher the increase rate of capital in a country is, the lower the usage rate of land is, the lower the increase rate of discount is, the country tends to export the manufacturing goods and import the agriculture goods. Trade widens the discrepancy of increase rate of EL in both countries but reduces the gap of increase rate of relative wage of EL as far as the gap of usage rate is not so big. Trade also affect real income rather than nominal income. This model can be extended to explain the migration from rural areas to urban areas when the manufacturing sector and education organization exist in urban area while the agricultural sector exist in rural area.
The touchscreen device is now commonly found in the form of mobile phones, tablet PCs, and other devices. Varied physical and visual experiences can be experienced through touchscreens. This study intended to explore how the physical and visual experiences provided by the touchscreen would affect people through their existing associations of behavior-attitude. Previous studies have found that certain behaviors affect attitudes. In particular, the approach-avoidance behavior has been noted to influence both social and personal attitudes. It was thus deemed necessary to ascertain the approach-avoidance effect exerted by touchscreens on the attitudes of users as the technology is widely used today. Experiment 1 provided an approach-avoidance experience via a touchscreen and demonstrated that touchscreen-based approach-avoidance dragging behavior on the touchscreen can affect a user's preference and purchase intent. It was found that a product that had been approached showed both higher preference and higher purchase intent than a product that had been avoided. Experiment 2 investigated whether a similar effect would occur when only the visual experience of approach-avoidance was provided. The outcome proved that products that had been visually approached had higher scores than products that had been avoided, both in terms of preference and purchase intent. The movement of the arm on the touchscreen (Experiment 1) and the visual perception of the approach-avoidance experience (Experiment 2) were both shown to influence participants' attitudes toward products. The results of this study suggest that the behavior and perception of users may be an important factor in designing touchscreen interfaces for online shopping.
The final purpose of this study is to construct new education model through the modernization of traditional education. Our citizenship education model is expected to facilitate the democratic personality and comprise the political education program. To achieve our research project, this paper have tried to reinterpret and categorize diverse the normative, political, ideal meaning of tradition. The modernization of traditional virtue and capability is the main source of democratical citizenship against liberal representative democracy. In this context, Our education model consists of the structure of educational system, the principle of operation and the role of subject, the method of teaching through the consilience of East and West educational philosophy and practice. According to our approach to overcome and the real problems of education, modern 'Sunbei' class model can enable to form community ethics and competence. Furthermore, our new class model will contribute to becoming a democratic citizen of student and the development of Korean democracy in the future. The order of discussion in this paper runs as follows. Firstly, we will investigate into dynamic change of the traditional value on the basis of the political perspective and seek the possibility of modern reinterpretation of traditional capability. Finally, we will complete new education model including both western value and Korean traditional value and the applicable to class teaching.
Panax ginseng (Ginseng or Korean ginseng) is one of the most important medicinal herbs in the world. We made a high-quality whole genome sequence of P. ginseng using 'Chunpoong' cultivar, which is the first cultivar registered in Korea Seed and Variety Service (KSVS) with relatively similar genotypes and superior phenotypes, representing approximately 3 Gbp and 60,000 genes. Genome sequence analyses of P. ginseng and related speciesrevealed the origin of Korean ginseng and the ecological adaptation of 18 Panax species around the world. Korean ginseng and American ginseng (P. quinquefolius) are tetraploid species having 24 chromosome pairs, while the other 16 species are diploid species with 12 chromosome pairs. Panax and Aralia are the closest genera belonging to the Araliaceae family that diverged approximately 8 million years ago (MYA). All Panax species evolved as shade plants adapting to cool climates and low light conditions under the canopy of deep forests from Southeast Asia such as Vietnam to Northeast Asia such as Russia approximately 6 MYA. However, through recurrent ice ages and global warming, most diploid Panax species disappeared due to the freezing winter, while tetraploid P. ginseng may have appeared by allotetraploidization, which contributed to the adaptation to cold temperaturesin Northeast Asian countries including the Korea peninsula approximately 2 MYA. American ginseng evolved by the adaptation of P. ginseng in Northeast America after the intercontinental migration 1 MYA. Meanwhile, most of diploid Panax species survived in high-altitude mountains over 1,600 meters in Southeast Asia because they could not endure the hot temperature and freezing cold. The genome sequence provides good basisto unveil the origin and evolution of ginseng and also supports practical gene chips which is useful for breeding and the ginseng industry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the practice of scientists from the perspective of Ian Hacking's 'creation of phenomena'. Scientific phenomena, according to Hacking, are regular and do not exist in nature without the intervention of scientists or experimental tools. This study tries to derive scientific educational meaning by analyzing the thoughts and episodes of the 'Sontanda (inter-individual variability)' phenomenon experienced by four life scientists. The Sontanda phenomenon is a common term used by scientists to describe phenomena in which findings do not appear consistently even when studies are carried out using the same experimental procedure and materials. The following four educational implications were discovered as a result of the research. First, we confirmed the importance of embodied knowledge, or non-verbal knowledge, which solves issues by making appropriate judgments and reactions at all times, rather than simply becoming accustomed to the experimental method. This argues that propositional knowledge and non-verbal knowledge should be handled equally in order to provide students with a practical scientific inquiry. Second, we tried to reconsider the picture of the experiment. The phenomenon revealed in the interviews of scientists is rare, and it takes a long time to stabilize the phenomenon. On the other hand, the image of school experiments is always positive and consistent, necessitating a shift in perspective. Third, the precise meaning of scientific practice could be confirmed. This study confirms that scientists use their knowledge effectively in line with the circumstances, and we examined strategies to apply scientific practice to school instruction based on this. Finally, by provoking uncertainty, the Sontanda phenomena may give students with an opportunity to engage in meaningful scientific involvement. By breaking away from the cookbook experiment, this study expects school experimental education to help in efforts to experience scientific practice.
This study describes the impact of early childhood teacher's artistic competence on art education pedagogy and improved curriculum design. Furthermore, the effect of drama as a way of improving early childhood teacher's artistic competence is explained. Many researchers have mentioned that early childhood is a period of sensitivity and potential. Therefore, it will be helpful if children meet a teacher who understands them and inspires their innate artistic sense at a level of their eyes. It explained which aspect of artistic competence should be focused for the teacher training education. There are many approaches to develop early childhood teachers' artistic competence. Adopting drama is one of them. The strong points of drama to improve their artistic competence are as follows. Firstly, human's movement and voice are the main artistic channel in drama. What we are doing in daily life is found are drama world. It means if early childhood teachers experience drama activity, they will feel more comfortable and intimate with it. In addition, early childhood teachers tend to be familiar with dramatic play, so they can more easily access to drama world. Secondly, drama will be helpful to understand different feelings and to broaden and deepen understandings of others' standpoints. For early childhood teachers, drama activity will be helpful to understand how dramatic art form works and to lead children's play in diversified and sincere way. In addition, drama activity will be useful to build horizontal and democratic relationships between children and the teacher. It is one of the main emphases of 2019 revised Nori national curriculum. To sum up, drama will be a excellent method to develop artistic competence for early childhood teachers. Thus, it is expected that They have more opportunities to experience drama as an art form.
The purpose of this study was to suggest an extensive and evolved conceptual model of community dance reflecting new tendencies, practice, and various values. For the purpose, efforts were made to categorize common properties based on various cases using qualitative data collection about 10 community dance specialists. The Practice of Community theory of Wenger(1991) has contributed to conceptualization including the new perspective on community dance, which has been the theoretical framework. Firstly, 'a community' as a basic premise is self-organizing, interactive, regional and creative. Secondly, 'practice' in community dance means openness, focused on participants, improvisation and nmind-body centering, value-oriented processes and connectivity with daily lives. Thirdly, 'social learning' can be interpreted within the framework of joint enterprise and domain, quality and status of dacne, and dance literacy embodied as a shared repertoire. Lastly, identity of community dance has been expanding the concept area as 'dance for all' reflecting ongoing properties and future-oriented values in that it pursues healing arts and relationship, amateurism collaborating with dance artists, combination of democratic citizenship and civic creativity, cultural diversity and social integration, and types of sustainable development.
Recently, as the environment of the 4th industrial revolution has arrived, the opening, sharing and convergence of data are actively being achieved in any organization. However, the opening and sharing of data inevitably leads to security vulnerability and there is ambivalence that is a threat that can affect the existence of an organization operated in the 4th industrial revolution environment. Especially security issues in the organization of the military can be a threat to the state, not the military itself, so it is always necessary to maintain a high level of security discipline. In this paper, 14 variables were selected through structural equation model applying theory of planned behavior, deterrence and protection motivation to find out the security level development measures by extracting factors that can affect security level. As a result, the theory of planned behavior that the security knowledge embodied through the usual security regulation education and evaluation affects the behavior was adopted, and the theory of deterrence and protection motivation showed the significance of the rejection level. In addition, it was confirmed that the variables that have the greatest impact on the military security level through the measured values of the three-year security audit were commanders and mental security. In conclusion, in order to improve the security level, it is suggested that security education, definite reward and punishment, and security system upgrading should be firmly established and mental security posture should be secured.
As one of the image symbols, the second frame has rich symbolic metaphor. In previous studies, second frames are mostly presented in physical forms such as doors, windows, but in <The Power of the Dog>, there are various forms of second frames, providing more types for the study of second frames. Panofsky's Iconology has put forward a rigorous research method on how to interpret the meaning of image symbols in the picture. This study aims to use Panofsky's Iconology to analyze the second frame in <the Power of the dog>. The purpose is to expand the methodology of film image research and break through the problem that the Iconology analysis of film image stays in narrative analysis (iconographical analysis). It can be seen from the results of this study that the second frame has different visual presentation according to the requirements of narrative. In the narrative of the film, it symbolizes the depressed tone of the film and the stressful relationship between different characters. What director Campion wants to show through the second frame is that in the film industry where the problem of women is getting better, the motif of feminist film creation has changed from the expression of female appeals in binary opposition to the expression of the appeals of diverse groups in "decentralization."

A simultaneous determination method for cholesterol, lanosterol and desmosterol was developed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Urine was enzymatically hydrolyzed with ${\beta}$-glucuronidase/arylsulfatase. Samples were prepared using extractions with a mixture of ethyl acetate-hexane (2:3, v/v), followed by derivatization with a mixture of MSTFA/TMSI/TMCS (100:2:5 v/v/v). All analyses were performed using GC/MS in selective ion monitoring mode. Good linearities ($r^2=0.998{\sim}0.999$) in calibration curve and a satisfactory recovery (80.0%~113%) were achieved. Accuracy and precision values within ${\pm}15%$ in the concentration range of 5 to 200 ng/mL were also observed for all compounds. The developed method was applied to pravastatin-treated (70 and 250 mg/kg/day for 7 days, oral) hyperlipidemia rats. Those sterols were significantly lower in drug-treated rats compared to the controls, which justifies the drug efficacy. Therefore, these results indicate that the developed method was successfully applied to examine statin drug efficacy with urine sample.
