Activation plan and Status of English Experience Center (영어체험센터의 현황 및 활성화 방안)

  • English as official languages of the world has constantly increased the necessity. Since 1997 the government has adopted English as a regular subject in elementary school and Currently, an English specialist teacher has been employed, and native speakers have been hired in schools. In addition to, Teaching English in elementary schools was common. The importance of English was emphasized not only private organizations but also government, As the early 2000s, local provinces were interested in English education. To reflect the phenomenon is an English village. Seoul, Gyeonggi province and almost all other municipalities built the English village for each region. The English Experience Center and the English village surveyed how they are being operated and also checked students who have completed English Experience Center Research methods is to survey currently running the English Villages, and the experience centers by analyzing the programs. As a result of the programs, most English centers achieved its own purposes. Thus, This study checks Busan, Seoul, Gyeonggi English Village and Jeollanam-do English experience camp used for data analyzes and suggests improvements for English education.

Development and Effect of Math-Tour to improve Mathematics Study Attitude (수학 학습에 대한 긍정적 태도 신장을 위한 매쓰투어(Math-Tour) 개발 및 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of Mathematics field experience trip program on students' attitude in learning Mathematics. For this we developed Jejumok-Gwanna Math-Tour program in 2019 for students which would make them to walk and experience mathematics in the field. In that program, we suggested several Mathematics examples about natural objects and artifacts in Jejumok-Gwanna. After that, we let A middle school students within Jeju to experience this program in order to see the effect of this program. We asked participants to write pre- and past- questionnaire, have an interview, and write review. After analyzing those, this study concluded that the effect of Jejumok-Gwanna Math-Tour on student's attitude in learning mathematics was statically significant. The result of this study suggested that Mathematics Field Experience Study Program could be useful to improve student's attitude in learning mathematics.

Effects of Festival Experiential Factors on Festival Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention - With Focus on Muju Firefly Festival - (축제 체험요인과 축제만족, 행동의도와의 영향관계 - 무주반딧불축제를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of festival experiential factors on festival satisfaction and behavioral intention by questionnaires to 550 experience program participants in the Muju Firefly Festival. And the hypothesis verified by 493 valid questionnaires with AMOS 18.0. The result of analysis showed that educational experience, escapist experience and entertainment experience except esthetic experience had positive effects on the festival satisfaction. Based on standardized coefficients showed that entertainment experience had the greatest impact on the festival visitor's satisfaction. And it showed that the satisfied visitors with the festival experience programs are the more likely re-visit and recommendation of visitors to subsequent festivals.

  • 무엇인가를 느껴보고 체험하는 것은 단순히 보고 느끼는 것과는 다른 깊이를 제공한다. 그렇기에 무용공연을 관람하는 것보다 직접 체험한다는 것은 무용에 대한 지속적인 관심과 관심을 유발시킬 수 있는 중요한 컨텐츠이다. 특히 현대무용은 그 내용의 전달에 있어 난해성이라는 큰 벽에 부딪히곤 한다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 적용되고 있는 대표적인 현대무용 참여형 무용현장 3개를 중심으로 프로그램 방법, 대상, 중점내용 및 특징을 분석하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 적용방법 면에서 작품체험형, 즉흥참여형, 만남형의 방법이, 장기적인 프로그램보다는 단기적, 단발성 프로그램이 활용되었다. 둘째, 대상 면에서는 거주지역, 성별, 연령을 고려하기 보다는 가르치는 사람, 작품 등의 내용을 위주로 프로그램이 진행되었다. 셋째, 주로 무용 실기위주로 프로그램이 구성되어있고, 다양한 예술영역의 통합프로그램개발은 찾아보기 힘들었다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 관객참여형 무용교육 프로그램이 보다 효과적으로 개발, 적용될 수 있는 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

The Effects of Science Activity Program Operation on Science Culture Literacy and Core Competence Growth for Pre-Service Teacher (과학 체험 프로그램 운영이 예비교사의 과학문화소양 및 핵심역량 성장에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effects of the operation of science activity program on scientific literacy focusing on science cultural literacy and core competencies for pre-service teachers. 255 pre-service teachers of K University participated, and the effects of the program were examined through a paired-sample t-test with one group pretest-posttest design for science cultural literacy. Only the post-test was conducted on core competency growth perception, and differences in growth perceptions by competency were compared using ANOVA. As a result of the study, the average of pre-service teachers was higher than the pre-test for science culture literacy, and this difference was statistically significant (p<.05). In the core competency growth perception, 70.6% of pre-service teachers reported growth in scientific communication ability, and as a result of the post-hoc test using LSD, it shows statistically significant growth compared to other competencies (p<.05). Through this, it was possible to confirm the educational value of the science activity program as a way to develop pre-service teachers' scientific literacy.

  • 인사동은 전통문화의 거리로 알려졌으나 관광상품 위주의 일시적 개발이 진행되어 역사적 장소로서 그 중요성이 부각되지 않았다. '3.1운동' 유적지를 중심으로 한 역사체험프로그램을 통해 교육적 효과를 높일 수 있는 장소로 인사동을 활성화시켜야 한다. 이를 통해 3.1운동의 발생지로서 인사동의 역사적 의미를 되찾고 공간과 학습이 결합한 역사적 공간으로 근대문화유산의 가치를 교육적으로 활용하는 방안을 모색한다.
