The purpose of this research is to deduce the frailties of the operating condition of Korea's national crisis management system through a comprehensive perspective analysis. It is then to present efficient measures through the enhancement of these infirmities. For this, after examining the fundamental theory, we presented a development direction based on the current status of the 6 key systems composing the national crisis management system. We also included items regarding each of the policy proposal in our conclusion. The fundamental theory of Korea's national crisis management system has been integrated based on a comprehensive security concept. However, the system development which drives the integrated structure still remains solely as a legal and structural category. Thus, operating, informing-oriented, supporting management, and rearing professional manpower systems have yet to be cultivated with efficiency. In conclusion, this research is to present a development direction from a conceptual dimension and to analyze the current status of the 6 key systems which are law, organization, operation, information-oriented, support management, training, and education. Finally, this research highlights the policy measures to fully maximize system efficiency.

It is very important to improve the overall efficiency in exchanging construction information among project Parties from the project set-up through the project completion. However, each government agency in Korea tendering construction projects has different structures in classifying information. This results in inefficiency of overall construction projects and cost increasing. This requires establishing a new construction information classification system. This research suggests a framework for an analysis of a standard classification system in setting up a standard classification system and in evaluating its applicability to business processes. According to the identified requirements of the classification system, this research analyzes and compares existing information classification systems such as Uniclass, Uniformat, and Korean Standard Classification System of Construction Information, and then identifies problems and approaches for the improvement.

As the embedded software for weapon system is embossed, the information management system is required to service and manage the technical information of embedded software systematically. But the technical information documents are managed by its own organization separately, it's hard to service the information and share it with anyone who need. In this paper, to manage the embedded software information systematically, we analyze the information management system built in 2004 and the defence law/rule. Also we distinguish the software information from defence laws to manage systematically and analyze the requirements of the information system. Based on these, we suggest implementing the management system to increase efficiency of managing the weapon embedded software information. Through this, we can improve the utilization and reusability of the weapon embedded software.

인터넷 도구 중의 하나인 탐색엔진은 월드 와이드 웹의 보편화와 함께 중요한 매개체로 자리잡고 있다. 탐색엔진은 서비스 제공형태에 의해 크게 분류체계 제공형과 주제어 검색 제공형으로 나뉘어 지는데, 분류체계 제공형 엔진에 대한 연구는 그 이용빈도에 비해 부족한 편이다. 따라서, 인터넷 이용자의 탐색노력을 줄이는데 보다 유용한 분류체계 제공형 엔진에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 분류체계 제공에 중점을 두고 있는 국내외의 대표적인 탐색엔진 6종과 문헌 분류이론인 KDC와 DDC를 선정하여 그 분류체계를 비교ㆍ분석하여 적합한 형태의 탐색엔진 분류체계의 모형을 구축하고자 한다.

이 논문에서는 ITU-T E.164 및 AESA ICD/DCC 주소체계 및 형태를 비교분석하고, 공중 ATM 망에서 ITU-T E.164 주소체계외에 AESA ICD, DCC 주소체계를 수용할 경우 E.164 및 AESA ICD/DCC 주소형태(format), AESA ICD/DCC 주소체계를 사용한 망 계획 및 ATM 망에서 이러한 주소체계를 수용하여야 하는 이유를 분석하였다. 그리고 공중망 및 사설망을 포함한 전체 ATM 망에서 AESA ICD/DCC 주소체계를 사용할 경우 AESA ICD/DCC 주소형태(format)에 포함되어야 하는 서브 계위(hierarchy)와 이들을 사용한 망 계획 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 내용은 AESA ICD 주소체계를 수용할 경우에도 유사하게 적용되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

부품번호를 할당하고 관리하는 규칙은 모든 제조업체의 운용에 앞서 행해져야 하는 중요한 사항이다. 특히 완성차 제조업체의 경우 2-3만개의 부품이 사용되며, 선택사양의 다양화, 빈번한 설계변경에서의 신속한 대응, 부품확산 방지를 위해서는 효율적인 부품/모듈번호 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구는 H자동차 회사의 기존 부품번호 체계가 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기존의 코드체계를 검토하여 개선방향을 정립하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 1) 제조업의 부품번호 체계와 관련된 이론의 수집/정리 2) 외국 완성차 업계의 번호체계 현황 조사/분석, 3) 완성차 소요부품과 관련된 코드체계의 의미를 명확화, 4) 부품번호의 균형 할당을 위한 작업이 수행되었다.

1990년 이래로 대만에서는 노동력 부족을 해결하고 작업환경을 개선하기 위해서 계량, 건조,취급, 저장, 통풍, 제현, 도정 및 포장 등을 포함하는 벼 수확 후 처리 체계의 자동화를 진행시켜 왔다. 벼 수확 후 기계처리 체계의 자동화는 1990년을 시작으로 1995년에 완결된 5개년 연구계획으로 선정되었었다. 1995년 이후에는 21세기 초 대만의 벼 수확 후 처리 체계의 자동화를 한 등급 올리고 완결한다는 목표를 이루기 위해서 또 다른 5개년 진흥 프로젝트가 수행되고 있는 중이다. 벼 수확 후 처리에 있어서 완전한 자동화를 이루기 위해서는 관리체계, 벼의 수매체계, 그리고 처리체계 등이 효과적으로 통합되어져야만 한다. 이 논문은 대만의 벼 수확 후 처리체계의 자동화에 대한 최신의 정보를 기술하고 있다.

이 글은 지난 5월 4일 육군이 개최한 비무기체계 발전 세미나에서 발표된 내용으로 21세기 디지털 전장환경에서 요구되는 병사의 타격능력, 지휘/통제, 생존성, 임무지속성 및 기동성 등을 극대화 할 수 있는 병사체계에 대하여 선진국에서의 병사현대화 체계/기술 발전 추세를 분석하였다. 따라서 2025년경 실현될 체계개념과 전투원의 전쟁에서의 운영개념을 예측하고 병사체계와 관련 소요기술 및 핵심기술을 식별하며, 한국적 개념에 부합하는 독자적인 모델을 단계적으로 정립하고, 국내에서 개발 할 수 있는 첨단 센서 등 핵심기술과 한국적 병사체계에 대한 개방 방안을 제시하였다.

한국군도 지금시점에서는 선진국의 C4ISR AF 소요공학 기법 같은 것들을 도입하여 한국적 정보체계 구축 시 전군적 통합 정보체계가 건설될 수 있도록 상세한 수준의 정보화소요공학 연구 및 적용을 하여야할 시기가 되었다고 판단된다. 따라서 전군 통합 정보체계가 구축되어질 수 있도록 하기 위해서 사업 초기단계에서 정보체계의 사업관리자, 소요 제기자, 체계 분석자, 체계 개발자들에게 가장 중요하고 필수적인 소요제기기법인 전군 통합 정보기술 아키텍쳐 프레임워크(ITAF) 기법의 적용 필요성을 소개한다.

Encryption and authentication system in National Defense is divided into three system; KMI, MPKI, and GPKI. In this paper, we report inherent problem and security threaten in MPKI and propose an attribute-based authentication scheme using attribute-based signature in order to improve user authentication. In our scheme, access structure is used by Monotone Span Program, and system server provides service after user authentication.
