Recently, 'Apartment community facilities' have emerged as the most optional factor in the apartment market, and their level is becoming very important. Therefore, this study derived each type through latent profile analysis centering on health-related community facilities in 126 domestic main apartment complexes, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that it was divided into a Pilates group, GX and Yoga group, Golf and Table Tennis practice range group, and overall low group. Among the four groups, Pilates, GX, and yoga groups are more likely to belong to Gangnam, Seocho and Songpa compared to complexes with many golf and table tennis practice ranges, and at the same time, the transaction price is also the highest. Through these analysis results, it was suggested that changes in the preference for leisure activities should be reflected when constructing community facilities, and that health-related community facilities should be deeply considered in residential welfare policies in consideration of high preference for fitness facilities in youth housing.
By analyzing 1998~2008 Korean Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS), this study examines socio-economic characteristics of people who become poor. The study also explores the reason why they are in the state of poverty. To find determinants affecting poverty entrance, discrete-time hazard models are applied. Major findings are as follows. The socio-economic characteristics driving people into poverty are in the middle way of the long-term poor and the non-poor, combining the characteristics of both groups. This implies that many cases of the newly poor tend to enter and exit from poverty repeatedly. Poverty entry rate was at a high level right after the economic crises, then was a downturn and remained fairly stable since 2000. However, the young, the high-educated, and even the professional are on the rise as a new poverty group. The major reason people become poor is temporary job loss. This factor is confirmed again by multi-variate analyses. In building anti-poverty policies, it is important to distinguish the long-term poor from the short-term poor. For the long-term poor, virtually the only affective policy will be income support. On the other hand, a labor-market strategy for jos security will be more effective for the short-term poor. The characteristics and determinants of poverty entry may affect poverty duration and exit in the future. Future research will be needed to investigate the relationship among these factors.
Along with the government's policy to encourage youth entrepreneurship, each university is making great efforts to promote entrepreneurship, and university entrepreneurship programs can be said to be the most important part of supporting and activating college students' entrepreneurship. In order to increase interest in and participation in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship programs, it is necessary to take an in-depth look at students' perceptions of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship programs. Therefore, this study used the effectiveness hierarchy model to explore the perceptions of college students at each stage and to identify bottleneck factors that hinder participation in entrepreneurship programs. For this purpose, focus group interviews and in-depth interviews were conducted using samples with different levels of interest and participation in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship programs, and bottleneck factors at each stage of the effect hierarchy model were presented. The research results complement entrepreneurship research that was focused on quantitative research, and add important practical implications by approaching the study with a particular focus on local university cases.

In recent years, as interest in youth startup has increased, the Korean government has established various policies to support young entrepreneurs and actively implements such policies. Especially, as a way to promote youth startup, the development of startup clubs in universities is being suggested, and the importance of startup clubs is growing day by day. As reflected in these points, the Korean government is increasing its budget every year to support the startup clubs of universities, and actively supports the funds and space required for the startup clubs of universities. Unfortunately, however, despite the growing importance of startup clubs and the active support of the government for the startup clubs, academic attempts to see how effectively the startup clubs are operating are not enough. For this reason, this study analyzes the effect of entrepreneurship of university start-up club members on the effectiveness of start-up club. More specifically, in this study, entrepreneurship of club members is classified as risk-taking propensity, proactiveness, and innovativeness, as emphasized in previous researches. We empirically analyzed the effects of these independent variables on the effectiveness of the start-up clubs, focusing on the moderating effect of club members' diversity. We conducted empirical analyses on 1112 start-up club members from 12 universities located in Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do, and the analysis results are as follows. First, the entrepreneurship of the start-up club members, namely risk taking propensity, proactiveness and innovativeness, all have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the start-up club. These results are consistent with the emphasis of many previous studies. The higher the tendency to take risks, the more inclined to move forward through difficulties, and the higher the tendency to break out of the existing framework and pursue new things, suggesting that the effectiveness of the club is enhanced. Second, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of the club members' diversity, it was found that club members' diversity moderates the relationship between the proactiveness of club members and club effectiveness in the negative (-) direction. In other words, the positive effect of the entrepreneurship of club members on the effectiveness of the start-up club means that the proactiveness is weakened in the case of a club having members from different major backgrounds. The results of this study are expected to provide meaningful theoretical and practical implications by identifying the influencing factors of the start-up club's effectiveness, which has not received much attention so far.

With the recent increase in senior retirement, and senior start-ups are becoming more active due to high interest in start-ups. Research on young entrepreneurship, including college students, is being actively conducted, but most of the preceding research on senior entrepreneurship was conducted mainly on personal characteristics and social environment, and there were not many empirical studies on the influencing factors of entrepreneurship support policies. In this study, research and discussion on the entrepreneurial support policy and entrepreneurial competence as the influencing factors of senior entrepreneurship. As the independent variable of this study, the founder's competency was adopted as two factors: technical competence and creative competency, and the entrepreneurial support policy was divided into education support and funding support. Mentoring was set as a controlling variable and entrepreneurial intention was set as a dependent variable. A total of 232 questionnaires collected from seniors in their 40s or older were empirically analyzed. To verify the hypothesis of the study, SPSS 23 was used for exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis, and Process 3.4 was used for moderation effect. As a result of the study, it was found that the factors of technical competence, creative competence, educational support, and funding all have a significant influence on the will of entrepreneurship. It was found that creative competency(𝛽=.318), funding support(𝛽=.188), educational support(𝛽=.152), and technical competence(𝛽=.139), in this order, influenced the entrepreneurial intention. It was verified that the moderating effect of mentoring was significant between technical competence, creative competence, and entrepreneurial intention, but the moderating effect of mentoring between educational support, funding and entrepreneurial intention was not. The implications of this study will contribute to the research of senior start-up support policies, institutional supplementation, and differentiated start-up support programs by studying the factors of senior start-up capabilities and start-up support policies. It is also believed that it will contribute to the search for ways to increase creative capabilities that have a high influence on the willingness to start a business and the expansion of mentoring functions.

This study was conducted to investigate the quality of sleep of university students according to smoking behavior and to generate basic data for use in development of smoking prevention and smoking policies for university students and young adults in their 20s. The quality of sleep of 291 college students was measured based on smoking behavior and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire from May 29, 2017 to June 3, 2017. Multiple logistic regression analysis with step-wise analysis revealed that the quality of OR increased from 2.542 to 2.820 times as the grade increased, and that OR was 3.126 times higher than that of non-smokers and stop-smokers. The quality of sleep worsened with OR=12.388 times. Among general smokers, 72.4% of the students had poor sleep quality, but 82.6% of the students who did not have good sleep quality of electronic-cigarette or tobacco smokers had electronic-cigarette or tobacco worse than regular tobacco.Based on these findings, quitting smoking is essential to improve quality of sleep, but this can be difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to develop legal regulations and policies at the national level. Moreover, a system or service that can manage phased smoking cessation is needed.
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the performance of New Deal under the New Labour government in Britain and examines the nature of New Deal with respect to workfare. The time difference of five years after the New Deal was put into effect shows that New Deal has contributed not only to include the socially excluded groups such as the young unemployed, the long-term unemployed, single parents, and the disabled into the labour market, but also to decrease the amount of income-based benefits providing for working generation. It can be said that the nature of New Deal under the New Labour is near to human capital development model rather than labour force attachment model. New Deal provides the opportunity of policy learning for the countries which pursue the reform of social security system to moving welfare beneficiaries being able to work into jobs. Policy learning can be summed up as follows. First, imposing mutual responsibility and obligations on unemployed person should be accompanied by implementing active labour market programmes of education and job training. Second, the delivery system which administrates workfare programmes should be decentralized in a local society. The cooperation between local government and enterprisers will be critical in implementing various employment programmes and moving unemployed person into jobs. Third, the case management for individual participating in workfare programme is necessary. The personal adviser should continue to provide employment services for the unemployed until he or she get a job and enter the state of self-reliance. Finally, the workfare programme should be firmly backed by the political leadership in order to overcome the oppositions of beneficiary groups under the existing social security system.
20s country employment rate to 57% in the last four years, is staying low. College graduates in the 25-29 year old crowd real unemployment rate is over 20% youth unemployment, the analysis problem is serious enough. Accordingly, activation of Cooperation, which addresses the issues of these countries now being recognized as the primary means, and in the future, government policy and national indicators to be given more attention and support seems clear. Recently, Korea's economy is facing a difficult economic situation due to sluggish domestic demand, low corporate investment and a cliff in youth employment. In order to overcome this problem and turn the economy into a virtuous circle, the government has introduced and implemented various economic policies. In this study, the effects of the corporate accumulated earnings tax system included in the 2014 tax code revision were to be verified. The validity of the business income was verified and analyzed using the financial data of the entity as to whether the income of the entity was being circulated to household income. First, validating the validity of whether the income tax on non-current income affects the level of an entity's investment, the results showed significant negative effects at a significant level of 5 per cent. Second, the analysis of whether the return tax on corporate income is affecting management decisions that increase the level of dividends for an entity has identified a metaphorical positive relationship. Third, it was confirmed that the income tax on uncurrency income does not have a significant effect on the increase in wages for workers. The result is presumed to be the main reason for the increased uncertainty in the economy and business environment.
