A Study on RFID Tag Recognition for Metal Pipe in Fish Cultivating Industry (양식용 철제 가두리에 대한 RFID 태그 인식률 개선에 관한 연구)

  • RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is an emerging technology which brings enormous productivity benefits in applications where objects have to be identified automatically. But despite of RFID's advantage, it is not easy to realize the RFID technology in business world. The failure to read RFID tags is the most urgent problem that should be solved for RFID application. Specially, in metal and liquid material, recognition rate of RFID tag is lower than others. Though some special tags for metal and liquid have been invented, it has not prevalent in business world on account of high price. In this paper, styrofoam pad is suggested to improve recognition rate of RFID tag for metal pipe which is used in fish cultivating industry. We makes experiment using Taguchi method and analyze the effects on styrofoam thickness, attachment location of tag, and angle of antenna.

  • 많은 제조업체들은 제품 하나에 대한 기준 BOM 시스템을 소유하고 있으나, 대규모로 주문이 들어오는 경우에 대비한, CAD 도면에 따른 소요부품 산출시스템은 대체적으로 보유하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 대규모로 주문이 들어올 경우. 도면에 따른 제품 수를 산출하기 위해서 수작업이 필요하며. 이에 많은 인력이 동원되며 시간도 많이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제조업체의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 대규모 주문에 대비한 CAD 도면에 따른 철제진열대 완제품 생산에 소요되는 소요부품 산출을 위한 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • The web monitoring is a procedure to detect and monitor the change of a particular information from the web site. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system to survey the response time for the customers chi an internet shopping mall. This system we designed, decreases the network overload and guarantees the accuracy as well as the reliability of the information by using an interactive agent. This interactive agent we constructed, is written in Java and controlled by the high-level information such as the index or the robot. from the N web site, we extracted the web monitoring results of keyword "LCD Monitor" and verified our system's efficiency. The performance of the system is tested and the result is illustrated.

  • Considering structure of depot, it is impossible to install the track circuit systems due to iron-beam. Because rails and earth are connected by the iron-beam, there is much leakage current. So, it is hard to apply the track circuit systems. Thus, when trains go to the depot, sign which indicates existence of trains is used manually. In case of wrong sign, accidents occur such as train crash, derailment etc. Currently, location of trains has been found by using optical sensor in the depot to prevent the accidents. However, it costs a great deal to install and maintain the optical sensor. Therefore, this method is hardly used in train operation institutes. In this paper, virtual track circuit systems are introduced by using software program in the depot. Also, algorithm of the virtual track circuit systems is proposed. In case that signal is handled to the depot which is occupied by the train, safety is ensured by indicating sign which means existence of trains and stop signal. Also, proper fault tolerance techniques are proposed to the software by analyzing reliability and availability.

  • This paper proposes the gait phase classifier using backpropagation neural networks method which uses the angle of lower body's joints and ground reaction force as input signals. The classification of a gait phase is useful to understand the gait characteristics of pathologic gait and to control the gait rehabilitation systems. The classifier categorizes a gait cycle as 7 phases which are commonly used to classify the sub-phases of the gait in the literature. We verify the efficiency of the proposed method through experiments.

  • 이벤트란 객체 상태 변화에 따른 상황 변화를 의미한다. 이벤트를 표현할 때 어떤 요소들을 표현하느냐에 따라 유추할 수 있는 정보 내용이 각각 달라진다. 본 논문은 일반적인 이벤트 표현을 위해 필요한 구성요소들을 제안하고 이 구성요소들을 기반으로 기존에 제안된 이벤트 표현 방법들을 분석 비교한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 이벤트 표현 구성요소들은 표현력 측면에서 이벤트 표현 방법들을 분석하고 비교하는데 타당한 기준이 될 수 있고 향 후 이벤트를 표현하거나 추론하는 방법 혹은 언어를 개발하는데 필수적인 요소가 될 수 있다. 또한 논문에서 제시한 기존 이벤트 표현 방법 분석과 비교는 사용자가 이벤트 표현 방법을 선택하는데 있어 좋은 가이드라인이 될 수 있다.

  • Bill Of Materials(BOM) is the technique document on illuminating the product structure and used to demonstrate the relationship and structure between the final product, sub-products, parts and materials. This paper implemented BOM system for need parts production that is need in production of finished goods that is display stand that is made by steel. After implementation the BOM system, there are changing of the corporation, which applied this system: (1) contraction by 2 weeks to 2 days of the time to calculate parts required for products (2) accuracy improvement of calculation for amounts parts required (3) contraction of business organization.

  • The aim of this study is to establish the actual conditions of the exhibition's facilities, especially on the focus of the exhibition booth. In general, exhibition booths are perfectly advanced on time. So, we surveyed on 14 convention center which each province has one or two in nation, and then analysed types of exhibition focused on booth type. Second survey of exhibition of booth exhibition in COEX. We find that the present system of the booth's design, however, neither meets this qualification nor has the standard one. And they also have no recycling and reusing of it. Therefore, our study makes a suggestion that the present booth system will be replaced with new one. The conclusion of this study is as follow; firstly, the booth of iron system which has standardization, but it needs to prove design. and the booth of wood system which has various design, to prove standardization. Secondly, mixed booth of iron and wood system that is able to require from users will be designed as soon. Finally, there are several types of exhibition booth that have a flexibility as follows; rectangle system, triangle system, and freely system.
