Characteristics of Floor Impact Noise Insulation for No Hanger Ceiling Structure in Apartment Building (공동주택 무달대 천장의 바닥충격음 차단 특성)

  • 공동주택의 천장구조는 바닥충격음을 변화시키는 영향요소중의 하나이다. 천장구조의 진동응답 특성이 바닥충격음에 영향을 주는 요소를 확인하기 위해 천장구조의 달대를 제거하여 콘크리트 슬래브의 진동이 천장구조에 전달되지 않는 무달대 천장구조를 개발하였다. 달대가 시공된 일반 천장구조와 대비하여 무달대 천장구조의 천장판 가속도와 바닥충격음 레벨을 비교하였다. 무달대 천장구조를 사용함으로서 콘크리트 슬래브의 진동이 천장구조에 전달되는 것을 절연되어 천장구조의 진동응답 증폭을 저감시킬 수 있었으며, 저주파 대역의 바닥 충격음 증폭 또한 저감시킬 수 있었다. 일반 천장구조는 100 Hz 이하에서 천장구조의 진동응답이 증폭되어 저주파 대역 바닥충격음이 증폭되었다.

Ignition of ceiling insulation depending on working condition of Sprinkler head in underground parking lot fire (지하주차장 화재 시 스프링클러헤드 작동 여부에 따른 천장 위 단열재의 발화 여부)

  • This study is focused on the ignition of ceiling insulation depending on working condition of Sprinkler head in underground parking lot fire. When temperature changes of same point were measured depending on sprinkler's working condition, in Scenario 1, inner temperature at border of spray applied material(SP-2) of ceiling part near the fire and ceiling insulation(blowing polystyrene) was 658.27℃ and its which inner maximum temperature is higher than 427℃ which is the ignition point of ceiling insulation(blowing polistyrene), so it was observed that flame is ignited on the ceiling insulation and spread fire. In scenario 2, Inner fire temperature at border of spray applied material(SP-2) and ceiling insulation(blowing polystyrene) near the fire was 53.10℃ and it was lower than ignition point so it was observed that flame was not ignated on the ceiling insulation. As a result, it was foreseen that possibility of ignition on the ceiling insulation depending on working condition of sprinkler.

  • 본 연구에서는 공동주택의 바닥충격음 차음성능 향상을 위한 설계자료의 제시를 위해 천장구조가 서로 다른 공동주택을 대상으로 경량 및 중량 바닥충격음의 현장측정을 통하여 공동주택의 천장구조에 의한 바닥충격음 변화특성을 분석하고 차음성능을 평가하였다. 측정대상 건물에서 천장을 설치한 경우가 비교적 높은 충격음 차음성능 분포를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 바닥슬래브 하부 천장에 공기층과 완충재를 함께 설치하는 것은 기존 공동주택 등에서 경량 및 중량 바닥충격음 차음성능을 향상시키기 위한 효과적인 방안임을 확인하였다.

  • Subway stations have a characteristic that the facilities in the ceiling should be checked, replaced and expanded frequently. The new installation of supports (steel anchors) for new facilities and workers moving-around in the ceiling result in the damage in the ceiling finish material and concrete structure which also result in construction cost increase. In addition, the noise, vibration and dust generated during the work harm the station environment. There are civil complaints on these which give difficulty to ceiling works. Accordingly, this study suggests a ceiling frame construction method that considers the convenience, economy and efficiency of ceiling work by improving the support installation method for facilities in ceiling.

Perceived Glass Ceiling and Turnover Intention in Travel Agency (여행사에서의 유리천장 지각과 이직의도)

  • The glass ceiling is defined as a barrier so subtle that it is transparent, that it prevents women and minorities from moving up in the management hierarchy. Individuals in the minority may perceive the presence of a glass ceiling within their social context, a barrier put in to place by those in the advantaged majority. This study has testified pragmatically the influence of glass ceiling perceived by the female employees of travel agency on their work attitudes(organizational commitment, turnover intention). Data were collected by 202 full time female employees. The results of analysis is as follows: First, it is revealed that glass ceiling has no influence on turnover intention. Second, this study show that the higher glass ceiling is perceived by the female employees of travel agency, the more they have negative influence on their affective commitment. Contrary to our expectation, however, it is revealed that glass ceiling has no influence on continuance commitment. That is, glass ceiling have significant effects on affective commitment whereas the effects are not significant for continuance commitment. Third, affective commitment have significant effects on turnover intention. However, it is revealed that continuance commitment has no influence on turnover intention.

Identification of Dynamic Characteristics and Numerical Analysis of Ceiling System Considering Collision Adjacent Structures (천장시스템의 동특성 식별 및 인접 구조물과의 충돌을 고려한 동적응답해석)

  • In the Pohang Earthquake in 2017, considerable damage to non-structural elements, such as ceiling systems, exterior finishes, and curtain walls, was reported; thus, the seismic designs of non-structural elements are important. In this study, the modal characteristics of a ceiling system were investigated through the impact hammer test. The frequency and damping ratio according to the length of the hanger bolt were identified. In addition, collision experiments were conducted to obtain the impact duration for exactly considering the impact effects of the ceiling against a wall or other adjacent elements. Based on the identified dynamics and impact duration of the ceiling system, the seismic responses of the ceiling system were obtained numerically in case of collision. Numerical simulation results show that the impact load tends to increase with the clearance between the ceiling and adjacent elements, and is not correlated with the length of the hanger bolt.

  • 복사에 의한 냉난방은, 장시간 재실하는 방이나 소음, 기류에 민감한 장소에 적합하고 에너지 절약면에서도 유효한 냉난방 방식이라고 알려져 있다. 일반적으로 널리 알려져 있는 바닥난방은 실온의 수직분포가 균일함으로서 인체에 쾌적한 난방방식으로 알려져 있다. 이것에 비해, 바닥의외의 벽, 천장을 활용한 냉난방설비의 쾌적성에 대해서는 아직 충분히 검토되고 잇지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 물순환식 복사 냉난방장치를 이용하여 겨울철의 천장복사난방이 인체에 미치는 생리적, 심리적영향을 밝히고 복사난방의 유용성에 대해서 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실험은 일본 나라여자대학 인공기후실을 이용하였고, 실험조건은 실온 18$^{\circ}C$, 21$^{\circ}C$, 24$^{\circ}C$ 천장온도 $25^{\circ}C$, 3$0^{\circ}C$, 35$^{\circ}C$의 조건을 조합하여 7조건으로 설정하였다. 또, 상대 습도 40%, 기류속도 0.1m/s 이하로 일정하게 유지시켰다. 생리적반응으로는 피부온14점과 직장온을 30초 간격으로 측정하였고, 혈압, 심박수, 체중, 체지방율을 측정하고 심리적반응으로는 온열감, 쾌적감등의 항목을 10분간격으로 측정하였다.

  • 국내 게임 시장 규모는 2021년 21조원을 넘으며 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 이러한 매출 규모에 큰 비중을 차지하는 상품은 확률형 가챠 아이템이 매출에 많은 부분을 담당하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 게임 산업에서 사용되는 가챠 시스템에 대한 문제점을 소개하고 한계선이 없는 가챠 시스템에 대한 내용을 제시하면서, 최근 업계에서 한계선이 없는 가챠에 대한 대처법으로 출시하고 있는 천장 시스템에 대하여 소개와 천장 시스템의 성공 사례 및 앞으로 천장 시스템이 어떤 방향으로 개선 되야하는지에 대한 내용을 제시한다.

  • We report a case of 17-year-old female with juvenile onset systemic lupus erythematosus who developed symptomatic unilateral sacroiliitis. She had neither HLA-DR3 nir B27 antigens. Though sacroiliitis have been reported in mail SLE patient, it has been rarely reported in female patients. The rare coexistence of SLE and sacroiliitis. described in this case. may not be determined soley by genetic factors; sacroiliitis may be just an infrequent manifestation of SLE.

  • Fire resistance ceiling system is the structure of which the ceiling installed under the slave of the structure has the fire resistance performance. Because of having the fire resistance performance, fire resistive coatings on steel beams can be reduced and large span structures can be constructed. So, it have advantages of convenience for construction, shorten for construction time and cost reducing. In foreign country, it is general that one system consisting of slave and ceiling is constructed as a fire resistance system. But in Korea, there are no fire resistance ceiling systems thus economical efficiency due to being high-rise and light-weight of structures is not secured. Therefore research and development of nominal fire resistance ceiling systems is necessary. On this study, fire resistances of standard non-loadbearing ceiling systems were assessed and basic informations for developing the fire resistance non-loadbearing ceiling systems were presented.
