The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the organizational fairness of court security team on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The data for this research were collected from court security officials located in six metropolitan cities including Seoul from April 1 to May 3, 2019. After discarding thirty-eight cases with missing values and outliers, a total of 402 cases were analyzed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. The results showed that organizational fairness did not have a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, it was found that self-leadership affected organizational citizenship behavior positively, and organizational fairness had a positive impact on self-leadership. Therefore, organizational fairness had an indirect positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The results of current research suggest that the supervisors of the court security teams should consider policy changes for improved treatment and working conditions of the security officials as well as educational programs aimed at promoting self-leadership which is shown to increase with organizational fairness and affect organizational citizenship behavior positively.

The purpose of this study is to identify and improve the satisfaction of people attending the Jeju International Wind Festival, the representative festival in Jeju. The Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival is a festival in which people communicate with each other through music. The objective of this study is to investigate user satisfaction of the International Wind Ensemble Festival and to make improvement plans. The average satisfaction rate for the event was 75.8% (Satisfaction + Great satisfaction). In addition, the average program level of the Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival and average appropriateness of the event space were 86.9% (Satisfaction + Great satisfaction) and 85.2% (Satisfaction + Great satisfaction), respectively. The disadvantage is that public transportation that should be improved. According to results of the survey through the interview, the town wind ensemble festival and outside concert enabled performers to communicate with the audience through melody. In order for the Jeju International Orchestra Festival to take root as a festival for citizens, it is necessary to increase the convenience of transportation, secure personnel in charge of the secretariat, revitalize the Jeju International Orchestra Festival website, and promote volunteer activities. We present future research direction.

This study was conducted to examine the nursing image types and characteristics of nurses perceived by nursing college students by applying the Q methodology and to manage effective nursing education and clinical education. The survey was conducted from May 15, 2017 to May 24, 2017, and the data collection for the Q population composition was based on in-depth interviews and literature review. First, nursing college students were searched for convenience and 158 statements were obtained based on open questionnaires and 64 statements extracted from in-depth interviews and after a literature review. To select the Q sample, Q population was categorized by taking several repeated readings. Five categories were developed from these processes: quality and role, social awareness, professionalism, uniqueness, and working conditions. The selected statements were reviewed and revised by experts and 35 Q samples were finally selected. Based on this, 46 students in one nursing college classified 35 Q statements, and analyzed data using PC QUANL program. The results of the study were as follows: 2) Type I-1: Job related anxiety, Type I-2: cold and professional, Type II-1: Complaint of treatment and Type II-2: Profession-Unacceptable. These results are expected to provide useful data for understanding the characteristics of nurses' images and provide data enabling development of image improvement strategies of nursing education and clinical education.

The objective of this study was to understand the degree of conflict in team teaching nursery teachers and also differences in conflict management methods and job satisfaction in accordance with conflict level. For this, a survey was conducted targeting 241 team teaching nursery teachers. In the results of the study, conflict management methods in accordance with conflict level of team teaching nursery teachers showed significant differences in the type of 'integration' and 'avoidance' between groups. Second, job satisfaction in accordance with the conflict level of team teaching nursery teachers showed significant differences in the whole like 'director's operation method & attitude', 'social perception & treatment', 'childcare environment and welfare', 'childcare work', 'relation with colleagues', and 'relation with parents' between groups. In other words, the group with low conflict showed higher job satisfaction than groups with middle or high conflict levels. Based on the results of the study, the efficient operation of team teaching nursery teachers was also discussed.

As a professional occupation, landscape education focuses on fostering professional human resources and is one of the major axes of the landscape industry. In this study, a survey of landscape students on their learning and pedagogics was conducted with the aim to present basic information for the improvement of teaching on landscape construction. A total of 348 people answered 14 questions in the category of the impression of landscape construction classes included in the questionnaire. The results showed that the students found landscape construction classes academically important and recognized the necessity for completing these classes, but they were not satisfied with the learning environments and pedagogics used in these classes. They found what they learned not readily applicable to actual practice and saw these classes as part of their preparations for the landscape engineer qualification test. Their demands in relation to the classes included field practice-oriented teaching and participation in various programs for field practice, which highlights the necessity for human resource management-oriented classes that cover planning, design, construction, and management. Challenges in relation to field practice included the provision of environment, for example offering a variety of opportunities and improving treatment in practice. This study has significance in that it analyzed the views of students and discussed directions for future improvement since there is a lack of studies and discussions about education in the field of landscape construction. This study also has a limitation that only four-year universities were included in the study. Comprehensive studies including investigating junior college and graduate school curricula and case studies of landscape construction curricula overseas are needed in the future.
The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing social relations in elderly people participating in the Senior Employment Project and explore ways to improve their life quality by promoting the enhancing social relations in old age based on that. To attain the study goal, this researcher conducted hierarchical multiple regression analysis on 272 elderly persons having experience to participate a senior employment project selected through random sampling. According to the findings, elderly people's internal factors, self-esteem and external factor, job satisfaction, influence social relations in elderly people participating in the Senior Employment Project significantly. In other words, if elderly people participating in the Senior Employment Project have higher self-esteem, and job satisfaction, their social relations are better. Based on the results, this author provides political suggestions as follows: first, it is needed to develop policies and programs that can enhance elderly people's self-esteem. Second, it is necessary to acknowledge their worker's status, diversify business types and areas for them, and improve their labor conditions so that elderly people can show higher job satisfaction. Third, it is needed to develop both official and non-official support systems and build networks to form new social relations.
This study is for a search for methods of development of marine leisure sports. As worldwide trend of marine leisure sports is developing rapidly and people more concern about their quality of life and leisure in Korea, the ear of marine leisure sports should be coming in Korea soon. This study is for a search for methods of development though the SWOT analysis. The results of the study are as below. First, the Strength of enlargement of the base in Korea are elation of concern of government and local governments, expanding local event of marine leisure sports with existing facilities and various programs. Second, the weakness of enlargement of the base in Korea are lack of awareness of marine leisure sports, frequent accident occurrence and lack of experts of marine leisure sports. Third, the Opportunity of enlargement of the base in Korea are more budget due to elation of concern of government and local governments and more preference of people in Korea. Fourth, the Threaten of enlargement of the base in Korea are low efficiency of high cost investment construction from government and local governments, huge fee of using facilities due to high cost investment construction and requiring treatment improvement of instructors of leisure sports facilities.
This study was conducted in 241 fire officers at fire stations in Daejeon Metropolitan City to determine their oral health care behavior status and obtained the following results: First, men were more likely to brush their teeth 3 times a day and women were more likely to brush their teeth 4 times a day; those who were in their twenties and had ${\leq}5$ years of career brushed their teeth for ${\geq}3$ minutes. Second, the respondents who were in their twenties and thirties and had <10 years of career were more likely to use auxiliary oral hygiene devices and fire captains and those at higher positions were more likely to have received oral health education. Third, the respondents having received oral health education were more likely to use auxiliary oral hygiene devices and to have their teeth scaling within a year. While the fire officers were fortunately at good levels of oral health care, taking the poor working environment into account, the efforts to develop job-customized oral health programs in which IT and robot technologies are combined to improve oral health and take measures to publicize the programs and to give better treatment to fire officers are expected to put them in better oral health care status.

This study was undertaken is to improve the working conditions by improving the job satisfaction of clinical research nurses and clinical nurses involved in and conducting clinical trials. The survey was conducted from November 6 to December 6, 2017 for 100 nurses working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The accumulated data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability verification, and t-test using the SPSS program. Our results reveal that job satisfaction was higher for clinical nurses (2.94 ± 0.609 points) as compared to clinical research nurses (2.89 ± 0.620 points). Also, the satisfaction level of salary received was higher amongst the clinical nurses than the clinical research nurses. Furthermore, although career decision was relatively lower for the clinical nurse than the clinical research nurse, the importance of job performance and job stability ranked high. Considering importance of the role of clinical research nurses in clinical trials, it is necessary to enhance their job satisfaction by improving the clinical trial environment such as appropriate treatment and professional role, and the working environment including remuneration, professional status, and administrative work to establish their jobs.
This study explored the meaning and essential structure of the life of 12 older wage earners who are 65 years old or older residing in Seoul. For the in-depth analysis of the qualitative interviews, Giorgi(2012)'s phenomenological research method was used. Results presented a total of 349 meaning units, 35 core meanings, 16 emerging themes, and 6 essential themes. These essential themes consisted of a life tolerating contempt and prejudice, the hungry belly in the later years, a yoke of the subordinate, an unclimbable vertical wall, reviving the hours of youth through working, and labor pride. These six essential themes led to the essential structure of'small happiness that is felt at times out of the weary working life in later years. The research participants felt worn out by the social discrimination and unfair working conditions against older wage earners, but they felt relieved that they were able to work in old age and had a sense of self-esteem through their work. Working was the important tools for older wage earners to experience happiness in later years because it not only relieved their financial burden but also brought a sense of self-esteem and labor pride. Based on the results, we suggested as following: 1) with respect to social discrimination and unfair working conditions against older workers, the whole society should discuss it as the protection of human rights and take legal actions; 2) various service jobs need to be created so that older workers can contribute to the society by utilizing their experiences; and 3) educational programs of computer or internet use must be expanded through which older wage earners can improve their job skills.
