Recently, We need a change of our education, Owing to trend of smart phone, approaching Digital Natives. We need some Teaching-Learning method, materials, softwares which realize Student-centered, Customized education more than E-learning, U-learning. Thus, In demand of This, This study will suggest a creative idea that how to design and produce smart-phone application which refers to 800 English words in elementary school recommended The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology in Android Platform.

본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

The universe of discourse presented in the visual image is bound up with the experience and culture of parties; its sender and recipient. Signification of visual message is revealed through the mutual independent process. The mechanism where production of signifiant by sender and reception of metaphoric signifiant function unconsciously can be applied to Lacan's theory;"The unconscious is structured like a language". By applying Lacan's metaphoric formula which takes linguistic approach to visual image it is suggested that analysis of signification is possible. This analysis can be a base for seeking varied level of signifiant presented in visual metaphor logically and practically. Metaphoric structure of the signifiant and the matrix analysis can develop a creative idea and propose a practical way for the visual image production. Thus empirical study about nastic response and the future analysis result is expected to be possible.

Improving the design ability of idea developing and creative problem solving should be started from the primary school. Design education in the primary school should be not education for design but education by design. It helps students can naturally understand the basic concept of design and experience the process of activities. Therefore primary educational circle use the term of 'Design-related activities', or 'Design-Based Education'. It can be applied to variable themes of mathematics, science, music, society as well as Art. On the Basis of these literature review, the traditional design education as a part of the art education is analyzed in two aspects of its contents and behaviors. The contents in design education involve aesthetic·symbolic, useful·functional, and scientific·technological area. And, the basic design behaviors are classified with 'know', 'perceive', 'inquire', and so on. This concept becomes the analytic frame of the present condition of design education in Korean primary school. Through the analysis, it is found that the portion of scientific·technological area in contents and 'inquire' related behaviors are relatively very low. Also, the planning and teaching methods for leading children's opportunity of creative expression are found inadequate. This study proposes the potential capability and the integrative contents of design education in primary school.

국내 대학은 연구 및 교육 기관으로서의 중요성과 함께 창업에 기여해야 할 사회적 책무를 지고 있다. 대학이 축적한 각종 지식 성과와 함께 연구와 개발 인프라를 활용하고 대학생 및 대학원생의 창의적 아이디어의 활용 가치를 높여 경제 활성화를 위한 새로운 성장 엔진을 개발해야 한다. 또한 창업연구와 창업지원 사업에 대한 사회적 요구에 맞추어 대학은 창업기능을 구조 혁신의 도구로 삼을 기회를 가지게 되었다는 점도 주목해야 한다. 본 연구는 한국 대학의 창업지원 기관의 역할 정립을 위한 학술적 지식을 되짚어 보고 창업을 중심으로 한 대학의 적극적인 창업지원단 구축 모델에 대한 논의를 담고 있다. 창업교육과 창업지원에 관한 기존의 연구와 2차 통계자료를 기반으로 창업지원 방향에 관한 시사점을 획득하고 대학 혁신을 위한 창업지원 모델인 WoW! Valley Model을 제안한다. 본 모형은 창업지원단의 역할 정립에 도움을 주고 대학 창업지원의 정책 수립의 기초를 제공할 것으로 본다. 국내외 경제 여건의 악화와 글로벌 경제 침체 속에서 창업의 사회적 중요성은 점차 커지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 대학의 창업 활성화는 시대적 과제라 할 수 있다. 체계적인 창업 지원 정책을 대학이 주도하고 현실 학문적 성격을 강화하는 방향으로 체질을 개선하는 일이 시급하다. 본 연구는 대학의 창업지원단 활동의 새로운 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이미 국내의 많은 대학들이 창업지원을 위한 센터나 지원단을 운영하고 있으며 독자적인 체계를 갖추고 있다. 그러나 창업지원을 중심으로 대학의 기능을 재편하는 등의 혁신 체계로서의 창업지원단 운영 모델은 수립 및 시행된 경우가 드물다. 본 연구는 창업교육과 창업지원에 관한 기존의 연구 성과를 되짚어 보고 국내 대학의 창업지원을 위한 새로운 시각을 제시한다. 창업 지원단의 수립 및 운영 모형에 관한 논의가 절실한 시점에서 본 연구는 연구자와 대학 운영자 및 정책 입안자에게 의미 있는 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다. 한편, 본 연구는 개념적 디자인을 제시하는 수준이므로 디자인을 평가하여 새로운 지식을 얻는 등의 후속 과정을 거쳐 보완될 필요가 있다. 다중 사례 연구와 실행 연구(Action Research) 등의 실증 방법을 통해 본 연구의 후속 결과가 요구된다.

In the digital age, children can express their ideas in both physical and digital environments. Electronic textile or e-textiles with Lilypad Arduino provides children with opportunities to explore design ideas and to realize their imagination into physical artefacts. This study aims to analyze the nature of activities and perceptions among 16 children in fifth and sixth grade in a primary school in Seoul who participated in the 12-week e-textile project. To this end, two teachers who taught the class evaluated student-created artefacts from technical, critical, creative and ethical perspectives, and interviewed seven students to extract concrete experiences. The contribution of this study is that it offers a case study of how e-textile programs integrating arts and technology can be implemented in primary school settings and provides implications for future research directions.

According to the learning situation, the industrial design request is to diagrammatic creativity. The question of this study is to discover how to develop creative idea. The purpose of this study is to provide standardization-training program that could develop students'creative idea at Design College. For this purpose, we tested college students, who was divided into experimental group applied the training program and control group without it. And standardization creativity paper was used for the result to verify. The model of this study was selected 2 universities and 3 technical colleges with 352 persons in ail. The three hypotheses are made to achieve the direction of this study - training effective and different of an educational system, creativity effect. As the result of this study, the use of a training program has an affirmative in fluency (the creative idea) on the diagrammatic creative, and result of the goodness on the training effect.

In this study, we analyzed the growth factors and industrial role of cosmetics OEM·ODM enterprises that have played an important role in Korea's growth as the fourth-largest cosmetics exporter in the world. Since the OEM industry was first introduced to Korea by Kolmar Korea in 1990, the industry has grown to account for 12.619 trillion won as of 2016 and 69.9% of sales of local products. Also, the industry not only supported brand enterprises to enter the global market but also directly supplied products to global enterprises, contributing to economic growth and rising national prestige. Growth factors in Korea's cosmetics OEM·ODM industry can be found in the development of differentiated business models, such as continuous technology development, active response to the industrial environment, and settling a system with technology and creative ideas. For sustained growth and development of Korean cosmetics industry, OEM·ODM needs to be settled as Korea's own industry and co-exist with brand enterprises in complementary relations.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution in order to cultivate excellent human resources equipped with international competitiveness and new technologies the university's engineering education is gradually improving through a number of studies. Comprehensive design in engineering is a course that emphasizes the importance of design education and nurtures future talents that are practically needed in the industrial field. In this study focusing on the researcher's 2019 engineering-related comprehensive design courses students apply new technologies learned in college to actual practice propose creative ideas and develop practical results that solve problems of local welfare facilities. The curriculum was described in which students took the initiative to find problems in community welfare facilities and developed VR contents for disaster response education for the socially disadvantaged. Through this study, students solved the motion limitations of existing earthquake VR contents by connecting them with motion chairs. As a result, it is meaningful that students contributed to the local community as well as cultivating their ability to adapt in the field.
