The Entrepreneurship education are contributes to creation of new business or national economy. The increasing of job-loss recovery, youth unemployment and 1 person creative company entrepreneurship follows the increasing to Entrepreneurship failure. We identify entrepreneurship education factors which motivate individuals' self-leadership and entrepreneurship. Research results suggests that understanding level and creativity level of entrepreneurship education significant effects on the reward self-leadership. And reward self-leadership positive significant effects on the entrepreneurship.

This research is conducted a study on the effect of startup mentoring and education satisfaction as well as startup intention on the individual characteristics of university students, therefore, to draw way to increase start up ability of university student as well as their outcome is a primary purpose. Statistics process of sample data for 237 students at the local university in Gwangju is performed an analysis of frequency, reliability, factor, and multiple regression utilized SPSS 2.0 For windows. Individual characteristics except for innovativeness have effected on startup mentoring as well as startup education satisfaction while start up mentoring has effected on start up intention. Only role model function among start up mentoring factors has effected on start up intention while startup education satisfaction has effected on start up intention. As a result, start up intention and its outcome in university will be increased through not only selection of start up mentors with a competence and a passion but also start up mentoring and systematic start up education program fit for individual personality of university student.

창업지원시설은 창업의 성공가능성을 높이기 위해 지방자치단체에서 시설과 공간, 교육프로그램 등을 제공하는 것으로 경영, 기술분야 등에 대한 지원을 목적으로 하는 사업장을 의미한다. 많은 지방자치단체에서 이러한 시설을 관련 법령에 따라 꾸준히 개설중이며, A시도 또한 2005년부터 관련 시설을 개설하였다. 본 연구는 국내 A시의 창업지원시설의 문제점을 구조적 문제와 관리상의 문제로 구분하여 조사하고, 그에 대한 해결방안을 각각 제시하였다. 구조적 문제로는 시설의 기능 중복 등이 부족하였으며 관리상 문제로는 외부 민간의 투자 연계와 담당 매니저들의 전문성 등이 한계로 나타났다. 이에 대한 해결을 위하여 A시 창업지원시설의 구조적인 재구조화와 관리상 문제에 대한 해결을 제시하였다.

연구의 목적은 𐩒𐩒은행-N사의 SME 교육프로그램에 참여한 자영업자를 대상으로 자영업을 시작하게 된 동기와 경로를 규명해보는데 있다. 본 연구는 자영업자의 노동시장 및 노동경험 등에 따라 자영업 진입에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 심층 인터뷰 자료를 활용하였는데, 연구참여자의 선정에 있어 이론적 표본 추출방식을 사용하여 연구의 목적에 부합하는 대상자를 선발하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자영업자가 자영업에 진입하게 된 동기는 ① 전 직장의 근로조건 불만족과 본인 사업을 향한 꿈의 실현을 위해 자영업에 진입하였고 ② 취업에 대한 대안으로 자영업을 선택하였으며 ③ 가족과 지인의 창업에 대한 권유와 도움으로 자영업을 선택하게 되었다. 둘째, 자영업자가 진입하게 된 유형은 ① 임금노동자 경험 후 자영업자 창업 ② 임금노동자 경험 후 경력을 활용하여 유관분야 자영업 창업 ③ 임금노동자 퇴사 후 자영업 승계 ④ 본인의 자영업 창업 경험 이후 가업 승계 과정에서의 자영업으로 진입하는 것으로 분석되었다.

인센티브는 조직 내 개인의 동기와 행동에 영향을 미쳐 조직의 목표를 달성하는 데에 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존 문헌에서는 이러한 관점에서 개인의 다양한 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 경제적, 사회적 보상에 대하여 논의해왔다. 반면, 직업안정성이 개인에게 기업가적 동기를 가진 개인에게 어떠한 인센티브로 작용할 수 있는지에 대한 내용은 간과된 측면이 있다. 본 연구는 창업휴직제도가 직업안정성이라는 비금전적 인센티브로 작용하여, 기업가적 동기를 가진 직원들의 기업벤처링(Corporate Venturing) 활동 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는지 여부를 조사한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 인적자원관리 문헌에서 비금전적 인센티브를 통해 개인의 일탈과 이직을 방지하려는 관점과는 달리, 개인이 일을 중단하는 것을 허가하는 '창업휴직제도' 자체가 비금전적 인센티브로서 개인이 혁신 성과를 증가시킬 수 있다는 점에 집중한다. 정부출연연구소 내부 기업벤처링 프로그램에 참여한 세 명과의 개인 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 가설을 지지할만한 단서를 발견하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 실험 연구를 통해 실증 분석을 진행하고자 한다.

In order to revitalize start-ups in the beauty field, this study attempted to derive characteristic patterns of changes in demand and differences in emotions and meaning for 'beauty start-ups' by dividing the period by year from 2019 to 2021 based on exploratory data analysis (EDA). Most of the search terms related to the keyword "beauty start-up" showed more interest in institutions or certificates that can learn beauty skills than professional start-up education, which still does not recognize the importance of start-up education, and as an alternative, it is necessary to develop customized start-up education programs for each major. We establish hypotheses through exploratory data analysis and verify hypotheses by combining traditional corroborative data analysis (CDA). There has never been an exploratory data analysis method for beauty startups, and rather than mentioning the need for formal start-up education, analyzing changes in interest in beauty startups and the requirements of prospective start-ups with exploratory data will help develop customized start-up programs.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influencing relationships among the preparation for the old age, social networks, and the enterpreneurial intention of the potential enterpreneurs. 305 numbers of structured questionnaires were collected from the potential enterpreneurs and analyzed through SPSS WIN 21.0 using frequency, validity test, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result are as follows. Firstly, the effects of the emotional and economical preparation for the old age on the entrepreneural intention of the potential enterpreneurs were shown as negative. Secondly, the social networks affects the enterpreneural intention of the potential enterpreneurs negatively.

본 연구는 2016년 현재 대한민국의 창업교육과정, 특히 대학 학부와 대학원 학위과정(2년이상 준학사, 학사, 석사, 박사 과정) 및 비학위과정(1개 학기용 개별 과목) 현황을 살펴보고, 향후 현재보다 나은 모델 개발에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 2016년 4월 12일 교육부는 '대학원생 창업'을 독려하는 등 산학협력으로 2020년까지 5만개 이상의 일자리를 새로 만들겠다는 '산학협력 5개년(2016~2020) 기본계획'을 발표했다. 이로써 대학내 모든 전공의 학부생과 대학원생, 심지어 교직원을 대상으로 한 창업교육의 수요는 급증하게 될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 앞서 2013년 9월 교육부, 미래과학창조부, 중소기업청은 '대학 창업교육 5개년 계획'을 발표했고 그에 따른 '창업선도대학사업'이 진행중이다(2015년 28개, 2016년 34개 대학). 한편, 민간기업인 SK그룹(SK텔레콤)이 중소기업청 창업진흥원과 협력하여 전국 대학 25곳을 선정하여 'SK청년비상 창업교육 및 지원프로그램'을 2016년 3월 시작하여 현재 가동되고 있다. 이로써 그동안 정부와 대학간 협력체제에서 진화하여 민-관-학 3주체 협력모델이 새롭게 전개되는 양상이다. 현재 전국 대학에 개설된 학위과정과 비학위과정들이 과연 양과 질면에서 적정한지, 그리고 구조가 잘 설계 되어있고 단계적 학습이 가능하도록 체계적으로 구성되어있는지에 대해서 다양한 평가와 논란이 있으므로 그 발전방향을 모색하여 새로운 커리큘럼 개발에 공헌하기를 기대한다. 향후 연구에서 조사 대상을 확대하여 분석을 통해 현재보다 나은 창업교육과정(커리큘럼) 개발에 발전적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육 연구의 역사와 흐름을 파악하고 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 문헌분석을 통해 교육의 성과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 국내의 앙트러프러너십 교육은 일반적으로 '기업가정신 교육'이나 '창업교육'과 같은 의미로 사용되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 보다 정확한 의미전달을 위해 앙트러프러너십 교육으로 표기하였다. 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육에 대한 메타분석을 위해 2010년부터 가장 최근 논문인 2020년 5월까지의 논문을 수집하여 선별하고 분석하였으며, 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 공식적으로 등재된 학술지 1,662편중에서 최종적으로 27편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 국내 학술지 논문을 수집하기 위해 KCI(한국학술지인용색인), DBpia(누리미디어), KISTI(NDSL), eArticle(학술교육원), KISS(한국학술정보), 교보문고(스콜라), RISS(한국교육학술정보원), 코리아스콜라의 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 주요 검색어로는 앙트러프러너십 교육, 창업교육, 창업의지, 커리큘럼, 창업교육 성과, 기업가정신, 메타분석, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship intention, entrepreneurship curriculum, meta 등의 키워드를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 본 연구는 메타분석을 사용하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과를 어떠한 조건에서 관계가 더 효과적이거나 덜 효과적인지에 대해 증거기반으로 다양한 변인을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육과 관련된 실증연구들을 종합적으로 분석하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과에 대하여 유일하게 진행하는 연구로서 의의를 가진다. 최근 들어 더 증가하고 있는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 필요성을 재고하고 더 실제적인 효과와 교육 프로그램 개선에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

Startup in the aging society is much harder than finding employment. However, we did an experimental research that the elderly are able to develop in the field of IoT via this education. Through this IT startup education, those people who can do develop and implement and they are able to start new business by develop new item. Installing education between hardware and software about Arduino and Scratch's methods have great effect on IT startup education for the elderly before solving problem which have existing programming education. While the IT startup education through IoT is more difficult subject compared to general education subject, this paper shows an easily accessible research outcome for the elderly through startup education. This paper proved that practical uses through the results.
