This study developed e-book content in order to use e-books as a tool to provide more efficient classes to learners who are familiar with smart devices and online spaces. E-book contents were produced using Sigil-0.9.10. The development process is as follows. Before e-book development, it is necessary to prepare manuscript files, image files to be inserted, fonts to be used, and e-book covers. After inserting the book cover images, it is necessary to register the table of contents using the title tag and register the free fonts. Also, a style must be created for text or images used in the main text connected to a file containing the entire text. Then, after separating the entire text file into separate files according to each chapter, the text is completed in turn. E-books were produced focusing on hyperlink functions so that educational content and various example images could be accessed. Currently, there is a lack of research on e-books as textbooks in universities within the fashion design major. In the future, if e-book contents are developed according to the characteristics of courses and the level of learners, they can be used as effective teaching tools.

Today universities are regarded as one of the key institutions in the national and regional innovation systems. First of all the diffusion and distribution of the knowledges, technologies, information and know-hows from higher educations to regions are capable of promoting an innovation-led regional development. This study aims to evaluate the transfer and spatial diffusion of knowledge and technology from the Chonnam National University(CNU) in Kwangju to the regions and to focus the analysis of the technology transfer, personnel transfer and spin-off development. The results show that there are some differences in the spatial range and effects of the knowledge and technology transfer of the CNU by the type of transfers. And the Analysis provide evidence that the knowledge and technology distributions from the CNU make more and less positive contribution to regional developments.
Research on entrepreneurial gifted youth who have immense potential within the national economy in the near future is critical. The purpose of this article is to establish the proper goal and direction of longitudinal study on entrepreneurial gifted youth and to identify substantial research problems. In order to do a theoretical inspection around preceeding research related with the field, longitudinal study of entrepreneurial youth (including gifted education and entrepreneurship) was executed. As a result, the goal, 'the verification of whether entrepreneurs can be cultivated by educational interventions' was derived as an appropriate research direction. Also, 4 major research problems are presented: (1) Description of the features of entrepreneurial gifted youth and their developmental pattern, (2) Explanation of the effects of educational intervention on intensifying entrepreneurial giftedness, (3) Prediction which identifies the factors that influence the youths' success as eminent entrepreneurs, and (4) Control over promoting talented individuals and refining relevant policy and institutions. Implications and further research directions are also discussed.

The cooperation between universities and industries is already one of the most important factors driving the national economy in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Korean government has also been carrying out legal and institutional re-adjustments to promote industrial-university cooperation in line with demands for such changes in the times. However, despite this industry-academic cooperation system, there is still a significant mismatch between industrial demand and the university's workforce development system. By the way, there is a Cooperative Education(CO-OP) in Canada and the United States. It's an innovative link between the university and the industry. The reason is that the CO-OP program not only allows students to gain experience with their majors in the industrial field, but also plays a positive role in improving their specialty expertise. In particular, field information, ideas, and job insights that students acquire through CO-OP also serve as motivation for starting a business beyond employment after graduation. Furthermore, CO-OP experience is an important opportunity for future researchers to come up with commercialized research results that are not separated from the field sites The purpose of this study is to overcome the gap between industrial demand and the college manpower training system, and develop a Korean-style coaching program model as a growth engine for creative talent-building policies, represented by 'creation of start-ups and new industry.' In addition, this study suggested measures that can be applied in real universities. In addition, the study also highlighted that the introduction of CO-OP programs with field practices in Korea could also boost start-ups. Based on the Korean CO-OP program model, the curricula applicable to domestic universities consisted of two types : general and research-oriented university types.

This study examines runaway youths at risk in a youths' shelter who are preparing for an independent life and both the facilitating and adverse factors to personal characteristics and independence of runaway youths at risk with the aim to grasp their recognition of independence and level of desire for it and find out necessary factors for a successful independence in multidimensional perspectives including the economic independence, educational independence, psychological independence, and social independence for their sound growth. This will provide the basis for desirable interventions for youths runaway youths at risk to prepare for an independent life. The findings of this study on the factors that affect the preparation for an independent life are as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the effect of micro-systematic factors on the preparation for an independent life, it turned out that problem-solving abilities and self-efficacy had influence on the preparation for a career Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of mesoscopic-systematic variables on the preparation for an independent life, it turned out that the preparation for a career were affected by whether to participate in independence preparation programs and institutional supports, and that career maturity of runaway youths at risk were affected only by the relationship with teachers and participation in independence preparation programs. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of macro systematic variables on the preparation for an independent life, it turned out that the preparation for a career were affected by participation of the local community and service network, and that participation of the local community was an predictor variable that would affect a career maturity of runaway youths at risk. Fourth, as a result of analyzing ecological systematic variables that might affect the preparation for a career, it turned out that intervening variables and macro systematic variables had the most powerful influence on the preparation for a career among runaway youths at risk. It is necessary, therefore, to provide education programs organized by policies in order to develop problem-solving abilities and vocational capabilities so that runaway youths at risk, and to train and appoint more professional teachers at shelters. Programs for independence preparation need to be developed actively and practically in consideration of the characteristics of shelters, and the network with the local community for support also need to be established in utilization of the human resources and service programs of the community. With the understanding of leaving home of runaway youths at risk as the previous stage of an independence, there should be a housing support for their stable settlement in the perspective of housing welfare until become adults. The purpose of this study was to develop a female entrepreneurial competency model. For the purpose, two Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted with seven outstanding female entrepreneurs, and three expert reviews were conducted. In addition, in order to verify the validity of the provisional female entrepreneur competency model derived from the FGI and competency modeling expert review, the female entrepreneur competency model was finally confirmed through a survey of 442 female entrepreneurs. The results were as follows. First, a female entrepreneur competency model consisting of 6 competency groups and 25 competencies of entrepreneurship, emotion, business management, relationship management, strategic management, and multitasking, and 75 behavioral indicators describing each competency was developed. Second, sensibility and multitasking are competencies that reflect the characteristics of female entrepreneurs. In particular, 'social sense', which is the ability to be considerate of others in the emotional competency group and the ability to respond well to subtle nuances, and the multitasking competency group's unique strengths are women's ability to perform various tasks at the same time. The 'work-family control ability' of a female entrepreneur who maintains a balance between 'multi-tasking' and work and family is a representative competency of only female entrepreneurs. Third, the developed female entrepreneurship competency model is meaningful in that it not only increases female entrepreneurial competency so that prospective female entrepreneurs can successfully run a business through entrepreneurship education, but it also makes it easy for existing female entrepreneurs to reflect and improve their competencies. If we provide appropriate training programs to female entrepreneurs based on their competency, it will be possible to effectively enhance the entrepreneurial competency, which is the key to strengthening the competitiveness of female entrepreneurs. The female entrepreneur competency model developed through this study can provide a basis for future research on competency diagnosis and education needs analysis.

This study is a study on the effect of a healing experience program on satisfaction in the field of healing agriculture. In the development of a rural experience program, what factors constituting the healing experience program affect satisfaction, and how much time and participation cost affect the satisfaction of the healing experience program from the marketing point of view of the healing experience program. I want to analyze By researching the effect of experience cost and experience time on satisfaction of the healing experience program, I would like to suggest the development direction of the healing experience program. To this end, by empirically analyzing the effect of a healing experience program using experience cost and experience time as parameters on satisfaction, we present a theoretical basis for priority considerations when developing a rural experience program. There are entertainment experience, educational experience, deviant experience, and aesthetic experience as sub-factors of the experience program, experience time and experience cost as parameters, and satisfaction as a dependent variable. In addition, the reliability of the research results was secured by setting the demographic variables of the survey subjects as control variables. The empirical analysis was conducted on 314 valid questionnaires from the unspecified majority who were interested in or aware of the healing experience program. SPSS v22.0 was used, and to test the mediating effect, the three-step verification method of Baron & Kenny(1986) and the SPSS PROCESS Macro Model No. of Andrew F. Hayes(2018). 4 The reliability of the mediating effect was secured by applying the verification method and comparing the analysis resul. As a result of the study, it was found that educational experience (𝛽=.134, t=1.759*) had a positive (+) effect on experience cost, and aesthetic experience (𝛽=.144 t=1.684*) had a positive (+) effect on experience time. +) was found to have an effect. Also, educational experience (𝛽=.239, t=4.112***) was found to have a positive (+) effect on satisfaction, and aesthetic experience (𝛽=.330 t=4.921***) had a positive effect on satisfaction. It has been shown to have a (+) effect. Experience time was found to have a negative (-) inconsistent mediating effect between aesthetic experience and satisfaction. That is, it is the total effect (𝛽=.330 t=4.921***), and the direct effect (𝛽=.349 t=5.241***) increased by 𝛽=.019 compared to the total effect when the experience time was input, while the indirect effect (𝛽=-.019), which was shown to exert a negative (-) mediating effect.
