As a result, economic motivation, self-actualization motivation, experience competency, marketing competency, and start-up fund support had a significant positive (+) effect on start-up satisfaction. However, start-up consulting support did not have a significant effect. In addition, the size of the influence on startup Satisfaction was in the order of self-actualization motivation, experience competency, marketing competency, startup fund support, and economic motivation. The moderating effect of social support was found in economic motivation, self-actualization motivation, and experience competency. However, the moderating effect of marketing competency, start-up fund support, and start-up consulting support was not tested. Through the research results, the academic implications that self-actualization motivation and experience competency are key factors in enhancing start-up satisfaction were suggested. • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beauty services owners 'support policy on entrepreneurship performance in the beauty service industry through the effects of entrepreneurs' personal characteristics, managerial factors, capital factors and store factors on entrepreneurial performance. As a factor affecting the start - up performance of beauty service companies, it was analyzed that human resource management which is a sub - variable of managerial management factors, capital factors at start - up and store factors influenced entrepreneurship performance. The study on the effect of funding policy, education support policy, and consulting support policy on the start-up achievement of beauty service companies is as follows. The government funding policy, educational support policy, and consulting support policy have no effect on human resources management, start - up capital, and store factors which have significant effect on start - up performance. This is because institutional support for funding is not an institutional support for proving the policy effect but an effective support plan for creating entrepreneurial achievement is needed. Educational support policy and consulting support policy are reflected in the politics reflecting the characteristics of beauty service companies and realistic Education support and consulting support are necessary. In particular, it needs to be expanded to reflect the actual management activities and performance creation processes of other beauty service companies, which are different from the policy support of existing small business owners.

  • This study identified the influence of employees' hybrid start-up intention (intention to start a business while maintaining a job) on the employees' self-determination motivation (intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation) and prior knowledge through the Model of Goal-directed Behavior (MGB). We used a PLS-SEM called SmartPLS 3.0 for 126 valid samples collected by judgement extraction for office workers throughout June 13, 2020 to July 3, 2020, and empirically evaluated the measurement model (internal consistency reliability, convergent and discriminant validity) and the structural model (multicollinearity, determination coefficient, effect size, predictive relevance, etc.). Only the intrinsic motivation for realizing the hybrid start-up goal of office workers had a significant impact on the hybrid start-up attitude and subjective norms, and the prior knowledge of hybrid start-up had a significant impact on the hybrid start-up desire and the hybrid start-up intention. In order to induce hybrid start-ups for workers with unstable employment, we need systems and programs that can inspire employees with intrinsic motivation and knowledge about hybrid start-up, so follow-up researches are necessary to analyze about government systems and consulting support that can promote hybrid start-up.

Even if a consultant with a high level of competence is put into a project, if the consulting receptivity of the company is low, a successful project can not be accomplished. • In order to strengthen the competitiveness of small business startups with insufficient internal and external resources, the government has implemented SMEs consulting support projects. However, as an intangible knowledge service, consulting services also have their own shortcomings such as the risk of time, effort and quality uncertainty. And all kinds of risks will be borne by the companies which receive consulting services. Therefore, many companies which receive consulting services in Korea are questioning the reliability of the consulting results and have a negative attitude on this industry. In addition, they consider the cost-effectiveness of consulting is relatively low. Finally, this study performed an empirical study on recommendation intention of small business startups which received consulting and also focused on the comparison between Korean and Chinese startups.
