Business Model Evaluation based on WTP Model: Pricing-by-rating(PBR) as the Baseline of Pricing Policy and a Criterion of Business Model Evaluation (WTP모델 기반의 비즈니스모델 평가: PBR, 가격책정과 비즈니스모델 평가기준)

  • To provide the baseline for pricing, this paper proposes pricing-by-rating (PBR) as pricing model at micro-foundations level that can work as the baseline for all pricing models as well as an assessment criterion of business model in all circumstances. It sets up firstly WTP (willingness to pay/purchase) model from explicit needs and develops PBR based on the ordinal scale of the difference between the WTP and the WTS (willingness to supply/sell) by comparing individually the corresponding element/component of a firm's actual marketing mix 4P with that of the best SPEC (solution, price indicator by WTP, encouragement, channel) as an ideal 4P a customer expects and also by comparing the interaction between the 4P and the best SPEC as a whole collectively. And through illustrations it shows its applicability to evaluating business model in practice and finally asserts that PBR works as the baseline for pricing policy and as a criterion of business model evaluation in any circumstances.

  • In this study, We tried to investigate the relationship between the Caregiver's Autonomy of duty and the Their innovation action at the present situation of awareness diffusion of caregiver's job autonomy and rapid aging increasing. We analyzed the factors effected to the innovative action by the caregiver's job autonomy and demographic factor, to the caregivers who work in Seoul. As a result of the analysis, it was found the factors that effect to innovation action statistically and significantly are job autonomy, work schedule, decision-making, methodology, age, education, type of facility, scale of facility and job title. In other words, the organization tries to invest enough job autonomy to caregiver in their environment and the organizational culture tries to encourage new idea is induct positive effect to the innovative action. In this regards, the principal requires ability to create environment that the caregivers can suggest new idea, and develop the management strategy to improve caregiver's job autonomy.

The Influence of Restrictions toward Online Game Misbehavior on Users' Emotional States and Intention to Reuse (온라인 게임 부정사용 억제가 감정과 재사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Owing to the wide distribution of smart devices, more people enjoy online games. Previous research related to online game has mainly focused on the factors that increase users' intention to reuse and less focused on the influence of restrictions toward online game misbehavior. This study proposes a research model that considers factors that either increase or decrease the use of online games and presents the outcomes. The research results showed that: (1) Restriction policy had no impact on online game users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (2) Restriction system had negative impact on users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (3) In an environment where online game misbehavior was restricted, users' emotional states still had positive influence on users' intention to reuse. This research results implies that in order to lead to healthy online game environment, compared to repressive and systematic restriction methods, it is preferable to establish restriction policies that have no negative impact on users' emotional states and to change users' perception through education, so to achieve successful restrictions toward online game misbehavior without jeopardizing revitalization of online game industry.

  • This study describes the environment change of an internal and external medical device market to be entered to European market of an urinary incontinence treatment device, is aimed at suggesting a participation plan analyzing urinary incontinence and treatments, and characteristic of new products & European urinary incontinence market. In conclusion, to sell the urinary incontinence treatment device developed as the world's first in European market, the following strategies are needed. First, the strategies domestic firms make family doctors and urologists heighten awareness of the urinary incontinence treatment device developed in Korea through participation of associations and exhibition being held in Europe to increase a market penetration level are needed. Second, it may be necessary to emphasize the fact that this devices are a characterful products and treatments, and cost-effectiveness treatments reducing infection ratio. Third, the domestic production firms of the urinary incontinence treatment device should suggest quality, delivery, and price consistency through looking for ways to lower the price while maintaining the quality in an increasingly competitive market conditions.

  • Innovation has become a key distinct feature of modern industrial society. It is generally recognized that new knowledge and technology are one of the most important sources of innovation. However, because of their limited resources, firms can not pursue all the promising new knowledge and technology that have possibilities to be developed into critical innovation. In this article, using the stakeholder theory, we try to establish a new conceptual model that can be used for understanding knowledge creation and innovation in society. In a society, there exist diverse socio-economic groups that have conflicting values and interests. Our stakeholder theory perspective on innovation claims that innovation can occur only when new solutions can satisfy their idiosyncratic stakeholders' values and interests better than current existing solutions. From the viewpoint of stakeholder innovation theory, there could be three different types of innovation: value improvement innovation, non -traditional value Innovation, and innovation for non-traditional stakeholders.

매출채권관리의 국내 연구동향과 연구방향

  • 본 연구는 지난 50여 년 동안 국내 학위논문과 주요 학술지에 등재된 총 34편의 국내 매출채권관리 관련 연구를 분석하여 매출채권관리 연구의 흐름과 동향을 파악하고 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이며, 다음과 같이 국내 매출채권관리 관련 연구의 동향을 정리할 수 있었다. 첫째, 연구의 대상에서 규모의 측면을 살펴볼 때 대부분 중소기업 이상이다. 이는 매출채권관리의 전, 후 결과를 비교적 단기간에 명확히 측정할 수 있으며 연구결과의 활용이 비교적 용이한 장점은 있으나 현실적인 매출채권관리에 대한 필요성과 중요성의 인식은 중소기업이 더욱 절실하다. 둘째, 매출채권관리 관련 연구는 매출채권관리의 성과를 제고시키기기 위한 연구가 대부분이었는데, 내용은 사전적 채권관리와 사후적 채권관리로 나눌 수 있었다. 기업의 특성을 감안하여 사전적 채권관리는 신용판매관리와 신용통제관리, 사후적 채권관리는 회수관리로 분류하고 있으며 이는 매출채권관리의 주요변수로 간주되고 있다. 셋째, 연구 분석방법의 양에 있어 질적 연구와 실증 연구는 질적 연구위주의 편협된 비율로 이루고 있지만 시대의 흐름에 따라 변화가 있다. 매출채권관리가 1969년대부터 1990년대 까지는 질적 연구로만 이루어져 있고, 2000년대부터 실증연구가 시작된 이후 2010년부터는 매출채권관리 연구는 실증 연구위주로만 진행되고 있는데 이는 질적 연구에 비해 실증 연구가 매출채권관리 성과를 정량적으로 파악하기에 더 용이하기 때문이라 해석할 수 있다. 넷째, 연구주제에 있어 실증 연구보다 질적 연구가 연구주제의 다양성이 높은 반면 실증 연구는 연구대상이나 연구에 사용된 변수가 한정적이어서 향후 매출채권관리 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변수의 탐색이 요구된다. 질적 연구의 경우 사례연구 등을 통해 매출채권관리의 과정과 방법, 문제점, 방향성을 제시하고 있지만, 실증 연구의 경우 대부분의 연구가 매출채권관리의 성과 검증에 초점을 맞추고 있으나 사용된 변수가 한정적이고 유사한 변수를 반복 사용하는 경우도 있다.

A Study on the factors affecting Purchasing Intentions of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰의 구매 의도에 미치는 영향요인)

  • There are many studies about the relationship between customer satisfaction and SCM, web site quality or online Word of Mouth (WOM). When a customer wants to purchase any product online, he has to watch the detail of a online shopping web by computer. So the web sits' quality can be very important for the customer to get enough information. Recently, internet shopping malls are very much prospered. To understand why these kinds of internet transactions become very popular, this study investigates a possible effect of such crucial factors as web site quality, supply chain management(or deliver service), and online Word of Mouth(WOM) of an internet shopping mall to its customer satisfaction and trust, eventually leading to purchasing product and services. This study develops a experimental research model and tests it based on 170 survey response using regression analysis.. The finding of this research implies that system quality, information quality, quick and correct, accurate delivery service, and online WOM are influential factors to the performance of online shopping mall, while design quality, cost of delivery do not affect relationship significantly.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine service quality elements in China Bank Industry and influence on service value, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. This study is composed one parallel comparison of documentary and evidential researches. To verify research model, the survey about medical institution and hospital services were conducted in Daqing of Heilongjiang Province, in China. Collected data was analyzed and the results are introduced in this paper. The findings ar as followed. This study has modified three-dimensional model of service quality: "interaction quality", "outcome quality" and "physical environment quality". Research was focused on investigating the direct effect of every service quality dimension on customer satisfaction. But "outcome quality "has only direct effect on service value, "interaction quality" and "physical environment quality" have not direct effect on service value in this study. Service value has direct effect on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. And customer satisfaction was the significant mediating role in the relationship of the service value and reuse intention.

  • Conventional design producing systems using the Internet are largely classified into two groups: a basic type in which an operator of a design producing site receives an order for manufacture of a design from a purchaser, produces the design based on the content of the received order, and delivers the produced design to the purchaser; and a type in which a purchaser inspects given designs and select one of them for purchasing. Such conventional design producing systems have following problems. Firstly, receiving an order over the internet and delivering a produced design to a purchaser has nearly the same procedure as a conventional logo design procedure with the sole exception that an order can be received through the Internet. Therefore, the production of a design still costs a great deal and takes much time. Secondly, inspecting given designs, selecting one and producing the selected design is like simply selecting a picture, and thus a purchaser is not allowed to modify a design. To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present a new solution to provide a self-design producing system and method using network, in which a purchaser searches a design database for a design suitable for the purchaser's company, determines a design database by modifying design conditions, and makes an order for manufacture of a product to which the determined design is applied, through the Internet.

사람중심 조직문화 특성이 중소기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 사람중심 조직문화 특성이 중소기업의 비지니스 생태계와 회사탁월성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 비지니스 생태계와 회사탁월성은 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업의 사람중심 조직문화 특성을 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임, 업무몰입도로 구분하고 각각의 독립변수들이 매개 변수인 비즈니스 생태계와 화사탁월성에 미치는 영향과 비니니스 생태계와 회사탁월성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 인과관계 분석이 주된 연구대상이다. 연구의 결과를 자세히 제시하면 다음과 같다. 사람중심 조직문화 특성과 비즈니스 생태계 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임, 업무몰입도는 비즈니스 생태계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사람중심 조직문화 특성과 회사탁월성 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 업무몰입도는 회사탁월성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임은 통계적으로 회사탁월성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 기업역량인 비즈니스 생태계와 회사탁월성과 경영성과 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면, 비즈니스 생태계는 경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 회사탁월성는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과와 함께 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 두 가지 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 기존연구와 사람중심 조직문화 특성을 활용하여 중소기업을 대상으로 실증연구 했다는 점에서 본 연구의 학문적 기여점을 찾을 수 있다. 중소기업은 대기업이나 공공기관에 비해 사람중심 경영에 대한 인식이 낮을 것으로 추측되었으나 분석결과 사람중심 조직문화 특성이 기업역량과 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다는데 큰 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 둘째, 기업은 기존의 사업중심의 전통적 기업가정신과 사람중심경영이 잘 융합되어 중소기업 핵심역량에 영향을 주고 이는 다시 기업성과로 이어지는 결과를 낳는 선순환 모형이 된다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
