Due to COVID 19, we are facing unprecedented phenomena. Among various industries, the aviation industry, as it is directly affected by the corona crisis is actively establishing various survival strategies, such as expanding cargo transportation. The market size of air cargo transportation is continuously increasing due to the characteristics that distinguish it from other transportation, and as individualism and selfishness deepen in the aftermath of COVID 19, it can be inferred that the concept of reciprocity within distribution channels will become important in the post-corona era. The specific contents of this study(research question) are as follows. First, as a central member of the air logistics distribution channel, logistics service companies business process and the sub-dimensions of trust of are identified, and how trust is built with transportation companies is investigated. Second, the effect of such trust on the various performances of logistics service companies is analyzed. Third, we examine whether the influences of the sub-dimensions of trust change according to the perceived reciprocity of logistics service companies. In addition, we investigate whether the perceived reciprocity changed before and after the corona situation. In particular, this study theoretically integrates the concepts of trust and commitment, which have been distinguished in many prior studies, to improve the parsimony and practicality of the research model. This study will be able to present useful academic and practical implications by empirically examining how trust is built between members of the air logistics distribution channel and furthermore, how much it affects the performance of logistics service companies, and by identifying the moderating effect of reciprocity.

Recently, failure rates of Kosdaq IPO firms are increasing and their survival rates tend to be very low, and when these firms do fail, often times backed by a number of governmental financial supports, they may inflict severe financial damage to investors, let alone economy as a whole. To ensure investors' confidence in Kosdaq and foster promising and healthy businesses, it is necessary to precisely assess their intrinsic values and survivability. This study investigates what contributed to the failure of IPO firms and analyzed how these elements are factored into corresponding firms' stock returns. Failure risks are assessed at the time of IPO. This paper considers factors reflecting IPO characteristics, a firm's underwriter prestige, auditor's quality, IPO offer price, firm's age, and IPO proceeds. The study further went on to examine how, if at all, these failure risks involved during IPO led to post-IPO stock prices. Sample firms used in this study include 98 Kosdaq firms that have failed and 569 healthy firms that are classified into the same business categories, and Logit models are used in estimate the probability of failure. Empirical results indicate that auditor's quality, IPO offer price, firm's age, and IPO proceeds shown significant relevance to failure risks at the time of IPO. Of other variables, firm's size and ROA, previously deemed significantly related to failure risks, in fact do not show significant relevance to those risks, whereas financial leverage does. This illustrates the efficacy of a model that appropriately reflects the attributes of IPO firms. Also, even though R&D expenditures were believed to be value relevant by previous studies, this study reveals that R&D is not a significant factor related to failure risks. In examing the relation between failure risks and stock prices, this study finds that failure risks are negatively related to 1 or 2 year size-adjusted abnormal returns after IPO. The results of this study may provide useful knowledge for government regulatory officials in contemplating pertinent policy and for credit analysts in their proper evaluation of a firm's credit standing.

This paper empirically explores how resources and family saliency of women entrepreneurs in IT business influence their business performance. Building up on prior research and Shelton[2006], we develop hypothesis on how the strategies of resolving wok family conflict relate to determinants of performance and business performance. The central hypothesis states that role sharing would be the strategy raising up the business performance. We also posit that the role sharing strategy would be adopted by women who show high saliency in both family and work. and women who have high levels of resources. Results suggest that financial resources have significant impact on role sharing strategy and the sales. The hypothesis of positive role sharing effect on the performance is not supported, indicating that combining family role might be an obstacle to business performance of women.
Due to globalization, more foreign-owned small businesses have been joining the South Korean economy. In order to better support the growth, this study's purpose is to identify foreign entrepreneur demographics and company information as well as entrepreneurial motivations and perceived success factors. To fulfill these goals, a survey of 98 immigrant entrepreneurs from 31 countries doing business within the local Korean market was conducted. The results show that most foreign-owned small businesses are service-oriented and primarily started for intrinsic reasons. It was also identified that the perceived business success determinants that the government can most directly affect are skills-based, rather than infrastructure or financially oriented. Furthermore, top issues include unreliable employees, language barrier and too much competition. The findings of this study are particularly relevant to both academics and policy makers alike because almost no prior foreign entrepreneur-focused research has been conducted in Korea.

For fostering the biomedical industry, the formation of a high-tech-based innovation cluster is continuously being promoted. Accordingly, studies dealing with domestic clusters are being conducted based on case studies on major overseas clusters, but they are limited to a single case. In this paper, content analysis was used based on the literature about innovation clusters and bio-medical industry to comprehensively summarize the factors to be considered for the creation and activation of bio-medical clusters. Subsequently, the factors derived through content analysis were applied to the case of the Hongreung Innotown. The requirements for the successful creation of the Hongreung Innotown, it is required to improve settlement conditions, prepare systems to create start-up culture, and revitalize translational research, attract investment, and cooperate and connect with local clusters.
This study identified the factors that influence the problem solving intention of students who completed the action learning-based creativity programs based on the theory of reasoned action, and examined the influence relationship between these factors. As a result of the study, first, subjective norms of problem solving had a positive effect on problem solving intention, and second, attitude toward problem solving had a significant effect on problem solving intention. Third, it was found that students who had experience of participating in a patent education program applying the action learning methodology had a positive effect on the relationship between their attitude toward problem solving and their intention to solve the problem. These findings confirmed that in order to enhance the problem-solving intention, which is the basis for creativity of university students, it is important to spread the positive value of problem-solving within the university and to give students a positive attitude toward problem solving.

Recently the fund has been popular for the representative financial investment. In the decision making procedure of the investor about this fund investment, this research analyze how the factor was considered as fund investing behavior. The paper examines investors' risk reduction behavior and fund choice attribution for fund investment behavior, provides insight for marketing strategy in fund market for fund investment behavior. The period for the survey is from December 2014 to January 2015 and analyzed 431 samples of using a fund investor The research results showed that fund distribution, fund literacy and fund performance appeared to be statistically significant variables that positive affected fund investment satisfaction, but fund advertise negative affected fund investment satisfaction. Also, the fund management company, benefit, fund literacy, fund performance, and recommend appeared to be statistically significant variables that positive affected fund investment intention. It is expected that fund marketing strategy based on research return should be established to cope with the fund literacy as well as the fund investing behavior. Concretely to fund investment satisfaction make informed decision in fund performance, fund information provided to investor should be customized to contribute the improvement of overall fund literacy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influential factors of the marital satisfaction of Korean couples and international couples and the impact of related variables involving marital equity and marital conflicts on marital satisfaction in a bid to give some suggestions on how to keep on leading a happy married life. A survey was conducted from July to September, 2010, and the answer sheets from 79 Korean couples and 79 international couples who numbered 316 were analyzed except for the incomplete answer sheets. The women of the international couples got the best mean scores. When the men and women of the international couples were compared, the women scored significantly higher than the men, which showed that the former group found themselves to put more investment in their marital relationship. Concerning ways of coping with marital conflicts in the groups, conflict intervention by oneself was most prevalent among the men of the international couples and least among the women of the Korean couples. Regarding sex-role attitude and communication, there were no significant differences in sex-role attitude. As to marital satisfaction, the men of the Korean couples got the highest mean scores, and the women of the international couples scored lowest. When the correlation analysis was conducted, the variable that had the closest correlation to marital satisfaction overall was positive problem solving by the spouse(.469), followed by conflict intervention by the spouse(-.453), positive problem solving by oneself(.451), the academic credential of the spouse(.443) and one's own retreat from conflict(-.409). As a result of making the regression analysis to find out which variables affected marital satisfaction, the most predictable variable was communication scores, followed by conflict intervention by the spouse, positive problem solving by oneself, one's own retreat from conflict, the academic credential of the spouse and psychoemotional equity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect that the job stress of employees would have on the organization effectiveness. In this study, 222 employees in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed from March to May, 2015 through empirical research with the structured questionnaires, and the collected data were statistically computerized under a statistical package of SPSS 18.0 and analyzed based on the correlation analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The Following results were derived. First, the job stress of employees according to demographic characteristics had a significance difference. The technical employees had the lower role ambiguity of job stress compare to other group and the higher the income years and educational background, the higher the role overload of job stress. Second, the job stress of employees had a negative effect on the job satisfaction and Organization effectiveness but a positive effect on the turnover intention and the hypothesis was adopted. Thus, it turned out that the job stress of employees had a significant effect on the organization effectiveness and there was a significance at the statistical level. Based on this research finding, it is considered necessary to seek the specific measures that can help reduce the turnover rate of employees and improve their job satisfaction and organization commitment in a more effective methods.

Businesses have to survive and thrive in both domestic and international environments. In order to resolve these problems, new alternatives have been presented. These include the importance of women's resources and entrepreneurship of female CEOs. The sensibility, delicacy, creativity as well as the intuitive power of female CEOs, actively enables them to cope with the ever-changing environment. Because of the rapidly changing circumstances, the above mentions women's attributes are highlighted thus, causing women's roles in society to shift from their traditional tendencies to finding careers and their own identities. Due to this change in social roles, social interest and the values of female CEOs are being reevaluated. Accordingly, the conceptual consideration of female entrepreneurship (innovation, enterprise, risk sensitivity) as well as the factors to be considered for the entrepreneurship of female CEOs in order to promote knowledge management performance was derived in this research. The deducted implication of this research is that generally, the enterprise and risk sensitivity of entrepreneurship affect the knowledge management performance of female CEOs. It is therefore proved that in the case of female CEOs, entrepreneurship and self-efficacy are linked, allowing them to achieve the desired outcome for a specific task performance. Female CEOs are capable of company management through the mediating process of their enterprise, risk sensitivity, and self-efficacy and with faith in their knowledge management, will be able to achieve high performance. Therefore, using strengths and nature peculiar to women, women's economic activities derived from knowledge management based on entrepreneurship will not only help overcome the long-term economy crisis but also lead to high economic growth and development. This will be a dynamic force for the nation's new growth with financial means. The comparative study of existing results will also contribute in suggesting the direction of policies that will enable the success of female CEOs in entrepreneurship.
