The purpose of this study is to develop a training program for teachers to improve their entrepreneurial education competency for teenager entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve this objective, the training program was developed through a literature review and input from professionals. In addition, to verify field appropriateness of the entrepreneurship program for teachers, teachers participated in the program and a satisfaction survey was conducted. Results of this study are as follows. First, this study developed teaching contents and methods for entrepreneurship education which included 4 hours of online education and 26 hours of off-line education, for a total of 30 hours. Second, for verifying the applicability to schools and its effects, the satisfaction of training was examined using 88 teachers that participated in the entrepreneurship education program. Results found the satisfaction level was rated 4.58 for the curriculum suitability and 4.67 for the effectiveness of class contents, indicating that teachers were very satisfied with the training program and contents.

1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

In spite of magnificent growth of The startup education in terms of volumes and varieties, Theoric bases and logics of startup education design are not sufficient and vulnerable. The major reasons of these situations are caused not only by the facts that the startup education has been prepared by the governmental needs but also by the objective in short term period. Considering the fact that the startup educations are also one of classical education itself, it should be adopted the proper education paradigm on its program design. Especially it should be considered of basic education component in startup education design such as education supplier (educator, teacher), education demander (student, educator himself) and education program. In this research, we has reviewed andn proposed efficient design directions and practical strategies for the efficient startup education programs.

Korean entrepreneurship education has been focused on the subject selection and curriculum based research according to the stage of entrepreneurship process. But problem is happen in the theory based lecture and unrealistic content of entrepreneurship education. Recent studies in technology entrepreneurship recommend integrated approaches to educating students to operate in this space integrated programs span disciplinary lines, but more important, they combine coursework on fundamental concepts and processes with real team-based projects on technology commercialization. At the core of TI:GER(R) is a three-course academic track that provides instruction in technology commercialization processes with a focus on intellectual property/technology law and business fundamentals. Technology, management, and law are the key success content of entrepreneurship education and we need the approach the integration of these factors.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the actual conditions of entrepreneurial school which was drawn from the new industry-academy cooperation paradigm, and to suggest a role model for educational program for entrepreneurial school, in order to increase its self-generating ability. According to survey of 5 entrepreneurial schools, most of curriculums did not show a user-based. This indicates that series of processes, such as analyzing user's(learner, local community, institution) request and setting up the goal are not being conducted professionally and systematically. Through this study, I would like to deliver the importance of new industry-academy cooperation paradigm of entrepreneurial schools and incite them to apply major principles of new industry-academy cooperation paradigm to their entrepreneurial education program, in order to enable continuous survival and development. This study has conducted research on the actual conditions of entrepreneurial school to examine whether the role model of entrepreneurial education program coincides with the paradigm of new industry-academy cooperation paradigm. Thus, this study has conducted two verifications as whole. First, through theoretical examination, this study has drawn out the major principles of new industry-academy cooperation paradigm and considered effective applying method for it. Second, this study has analyzed overseas' cases for development of entrepreneurial education program and proved the propriety of major principles. Through theory and case studies, the study presented a role models for each subjects and provided necessity for applying major principles to entrepreneurial school's research on the actual operating condition.

본 연구는 청소년을 대상을 실시한 창업 교육이 청소년의 기업가정신과 창업의지에 미치는 효과 및 창업 행동에 영향을 검증하였다. 창업 교육은 주식회사 슘페터 청소년 창업 프로그램 활용하여 특성화고등학교 1학년 학생 303명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 슘페터 창업 프로그램 커리큘럼의 학습 목표 및 활동내용을 분석을 통해 다양한 키워드를 도출하여 최종적으로 11개의 변수를 채택하여 사전 사후 설문을 실시하였다. 창업교육을 통해 기업가정신이 높아지고 이를 통해 학생들의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한 창업의지가 생기면 창업 행동에 영향을 줄 것이라고 가정했다. 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 기업가정신 및 창업교육 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 슘페터 창업 교육을 받은 고등학생의 1) 기업가정신, 2) 기회발견, 3) 기획력, 4) 창업가적 프로세스, 5) 사회적문제 해결력, 6) 정보수집력, 7) 창의성 역량 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 분석 되었다.

국가 경제의 활력을 위해 창업은 더없이 중요하다. 창업은 일자리를 새로이 창출하고, 기업 활동에 혁신을 도입하며, 경제성장을 유발하여 국가경제의 발전과 성장에도 기여한다고 할 수 있겠다. 위와 같은 창업의 중요성으로 인해, 창업을 촉진하는 것은 전 세계적으로 최우선 과제로 진행하고 있으며, 우리나라도 창업을 활성화하기 위해 정부 차원의 많은 지원과 노력을 아끼지 않고 있다. 최근 청년 실업률의 증가와 함께 특히 청년층의 진로 대안 마련이라는 사회적 문제가 큰 논점으로 부상하면서 우리 군에서도 청년층의 실업 문제의 해결과 새로운 고용의 창출을 위한 방안으로써 창업 프로그램을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 군 장병 대상 창업 프로그램을 창업교육, 창업 멘토링, 창업 경진대회로 구분하여 각각의 프로그램 중 어떤 창업 프로그램이 군 장병의 자기효능감과 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는지를 고찰한다. 또한, 군 창업 프로그램이 조직성과에도 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석을 실시하며, 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 매개로 조직성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구의 검증 결과를 토대로 군 창업 프로그램의 중요성과 효과성을 알리고 현재 시행되고 있는 군 장병 창업 프로그램의 개선과 더불어 향후 군 장병에 대한 창업 지원정책 수립과 발전에 그 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 군 장병의 자기효능감과 문제 해결능력을 함양하기 위해 도입한 군 창업 프로그램의 실효성과 군 창업 프로그램이 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 매개로 하여 조직성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다.

청년 실업률이 9%대를 넘나들고 있는 상황에서 정부는 일자리 창출을 위한 다양한 정책을 내놓고 있으며, 그 핵심에는 '벤처창업 활성화정책'이 있다. 이를 뒷받침 하듯이 각 대학에서는 창업론,벤처창업론 등 창업관련한 기초과목을 개설하고 있으며, 특히 창업지원단을 중심으로 학생들의 창업아이디어를 독려하기 위해 아이디어톤, 해커톤, 경진대회 등 다양한 창업교육프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 각 대학마다 이렇게 다양한 창업교육프로그램을 운영하고 있음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 효과성 검증에 대한 연구는 미비한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 공백을 채우고자 해커톤 창업교육이 창업의지에 미치는 영향요인을 검증해 보는데 있다. 각기 다른 분야의 팀원들이 팀을 이루어 문제점을 발견하고 이를 창의적인 방법으로 해결해 나가는 창업교육방식인 '해커톤 창업교육'이 기업가 정신, 창의성, 창업준비에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로 창업의지를 높인다는 가설을 설정하고 이를 검증해보고자 한다.

The concerns for entrepreneurship education has increased significantly in decades. Government asking to university to teach the entrepreneurship on the undergraduate and graduate level. Existing graduate-level entrepreneurship program is not enough for the reciprocal relationship among the subjects. This study review the university's entrepreneurship program in the domestic and abroad. We suggest the process and algorithm based education program which is The Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization.

According to social change, entrepreneurship education at university is drawing attention as a means to cultivate convergent creative competency required by the times. Currently, the number of entrepreneurship education at university is increasing every year, and quantitative expansion is taking place, but quality advancement of education remains a task. In this context, this study conducted an action research with the aim of revitalizing entrepreneurship education and upgrading quality, and developing a entrepreneurship education program suitable for general elective courses operated by universities. In the process of the study, first, through literature analysis related to entrepreneurship education at university, educational contents and teaching methods of entrepreneurship education were confirmed. Based on this, the IPA analysis was used to analyze the educational needs of students for entrepreneurship education contents and design a program that reflects this. The designed program was applied and operated to the entrepreneurship education of A University, and improvements were derived and improved by analyzing the opinions of learners in the action research process. The entrepreneurship education program developed through this study was composed as follows. The necessity of entrepreneurship education at the beginning of the lecture is sufficiently presented, and the knowledge necessary for start-up, including idea discovery and business model design, is delivered through theoretical lectures by teacher-centered method. In the second half of the lecture, students with similar interests are gathered into teams and learner-centered practical activities are operated. The contents of the activities include information on idea discovery, business model design, business plan and pitching. Practical activities for each team are conducted during class hours, and the professor advice on difficulties for each team.
