공공 기관이 민간 업체가 주도하던 재개발 사업에 뒤늦게 끼어들어 마찰을 빚는 사례가 늘고 있다. 이에 따라 공공 기관에 절대적으로 유리한 현행 관련 규정을 개정해야 한다는 목소리가 점점 높아지고 있다. 공공과 민간의 사업의 마찰을 줄일 수 있는 방안에 대해 알아보자.

This study was made in order to evaluate the effectiveness on the activities of Community Welfare Association through the inter-agencies, carried out in 14 regions in our country as the examples. I'd like to emphasize the two main points in this study. One is whether the community practitioners have positive thoughts or not, about the evaluation on the activities through the inter-agencies. The other is how the receivers react to the inter-agency services. In order to find the solutions for two questions, the survey data of Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs were reanalyzed. First, the attitudes of the practitioners are as follows; that is, the directors of the organizations have negative opinions about the communication, while practitioners have positive evaluations. About the performance of its roles, 68.2 percent of practitioners showed positive reactions, and 77.8 percent answered it's necessary to manage the community association continuously. The receivers have positive evaluations in general about the inter-agency services. In the comparison of the community activities between before and after, domiciliary services were improved because there was a meaningful statistical difference, however, other services such as medical care service were not bettered. And there was no difference between before and after in the CSQ.

So far the study on college graduates has been concentrated on employment and wages. But if college graduates get a job, this study want expanding to the study of the suitability of their level to the job or the job satisfaction. For this study, structural equation model was built up to verify the influencing factors on the job suitability and job satisfaction of college graduates by using data of '2007 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS)'. To put it concretely, job suitability and job satisfaction were analysed based on the leading factors such as vocational value of graduates and the participation of employment supporting program in university. Analyses showed that the vocational value has a positive influence on the job suitability and the job satisfaction as well as the participation of employment support program. And the participation of employment supporting program influenced positively on the job satisfaction and the job suitability while in work. Besides we found that the job suitability has a positive impact on the job satisfaction. These confirmed that the vocational value while in school is very important and plays an important role in the job suitability and the job satisfaction with their jobs while in work. Also those who have a higher vocational value take part in the various employment supporting programs and experience the job satisfaction and the job suitability while in work. Therefore we found that the various employment supporting programs play an important role for the graduates. Accordingly, the school authorities and job centers have to strengthen the value education for the enrolled student to plant a vocational value and improve and reinforce the employment supporting program in university.

Entering the twentieth century, the development and change of artworks have had influence on spectators. When spectators appreciate artworks such as paintings and sculptures, they usually show passive, contemplative attitude towards artworks. Through upheavals like the two World Wars, the change of artworks requires the participation of spectators. Active change of spectators' roles have a lot to do with the changes of artworks that spectators enjoy. With the invention of computer and development of media in the mid-twentieth century, spectators reached the position of active users. Also contemporary spectators attempt to change from users to producers. Contemporary spectators' role as producers can be examined especially in the works of $\ll$ZENetic Computer$\gg$ by Naoko Tosa. This research explored the new role of spectators to clarify this trend.

The construction industry has remained stagnant for a long time. So many researchers have wanted to solve this problem not only focusing on enhancement of construction process, but also introducing the culture of cooperation. The Last Planner System(LPS), one of the elementary techniques of Lean Construction, aims for improving the work reliability and reducing variability by measuring and managing the daily or weekly performance for overcoming the weakness of recent complex schedule management tools such as Critical Path Method. This research propose a framework for implementation of LPS conducted by owner focused on construction stage and introduce optimal owner participation model in plant construction, based on needs analysis for construction participants. Furthermore, this research introduce a modified needs analysis, so called IPBA(Importance-Performance-Betterment Analysis), and an advanced LPS procedure which add the needs analysis during pre-LPS and(or) main LPS stages.

This study focuses on the on-line civic social movement which is based on the individual dimension. This kind of on-line social movement is organized voluntarily by the citizens who have the common concerns about issues and problems raised in the net. In the context, this paper analyzes what is the characteristics of discourse formed in the process of public discussion concerned about the anti-Nix movement. And, this study also analyzed who was processed the anti-Nix movement through which steps and what kinds of way in the case of anti-nix movement. Based on the research results, the anti-Nix movement is led by the organizer of the movement and the active participants of it. This study also found out that the various movement strategies of the site organizer were the major reasons of the success of anti-Nix movement. This study also found out that the discussion board of anti-Nix movement is close to the function and role of traditional public sphere rather than those of the swearwords and libels.

영양사들이 영양서비스에 대한 중요성을 인지하고 있으나 과중한 급식업무에 많은 시간을 할애하고 있으며, 또한 영양사 인력부족으로 인하여 환자에 대한 영양상담이나 영양교육이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 병원도 있어 간호사들이 영양교육을 실시하는 병원도 있는 형편이다. 따라서 영양사의 원활한 업무수행 및 역할 확대를 위하여서는 이에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 의사, 간호사 등 타 의료진의 영양관리에 대한 인식파악이 필요하다고 생각되어 마산시와 창원시 및 경남 함안군에 위치한 2-3차 의료기관에 종사하는 보건의료인 중 간호사(197명)와 간호조무사(94명) 291명을 대상으로 영양관리 중 영양교육에 대한 인식 및 영양지식을 조사하였다. 환자에 대한 영양교육이 ‘매우 필요하다’에 74.2%, ‘약간 필요하다’에 32.8%를 보였으며, 간호사와 전문대 졸업이상에서 간호조무사와 고졸자에 비하여 영양교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다(P < 0.001). 영양관련 과목을 이수하지 않은 자는 47.9%, 이수한 자는 52.1%이였으며, 간호조무사(60.4%)가 간호사(42.1%)에 비하여 (P < 0.01), 그리고 근무경력 2년 이상(51.5-59.4%)에서 2년 미만(34.4%)에 비하여(p < 0.05) 영양관련 과목을 이수하지 않은 율이 높게 나타났다. 영양관련 과목 이수자 중 영양지식 습득정도는58.7%가 ‘부족’한 것으로, 40.6%가 ‘보통’인 것으로 답하여 대체적으로 부족하다고 인정하고 있었으며, 학력이 낮을수록 ‘부족’하다고 답하여 학력에 따른 유의적인 차이가 있었다(P <0.05). 영양교육 연수경험이 있는 대상자는 8.6%, 없는 자는 91.4%로 간호사에게 영양교육 연수가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 영양교육 담당자의 적임자로는 영양사 69.3%, 간호사 21.3%로 답하였으며, 간호조무사는 영양교육 적임자로 영양사 82.7%, 간호사 5.8%로 답한 반면 간호사는 영양사 63.5%, 간호사 27.9%로 답하여 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 기회가 주어지면 영양교육에 참여하겠다는 대상자가 47.2%, 참여하지 않겠다는 자가 52.8%로 약1/2정도는 기회가 온다면 참여하겠다는 의지를 보였다. 영양교육에 참여하지 않겠다는 대상자의 43.4%가 ‘전문지식 부족’, 40.5%가 ‘전문가가 담당하는 것이 바람직하다’, 11.9%가 ‘업무량 과중’을 이유로 들었다. 환자치료 시에 영양에 대한 내용을 지도한 경험이 있는 대상자는 48.8%, 지도경험이 없는 자는 51.2%로 나타났으며, 간호사(60.9%)가 간호조무사(23.4%)에 비하여 지도경험율이 높고(p <0.001), 기혼자(57.4%)가 미혼자(44.2%)에 비하여 높으며(p < 0.05), 근무경력 2년 이상이 2년 미만에 비하여(P <0.05), 그리고 전문대 졸업 이상이 고졸에 비하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 영양지식점수의 분포는 good group 55.3%, fair group 41.2%, Poor group이 3.4%이었으며, good group의 평균 점수는 16.1 $\pm$ 1.1점, fair group은 12.7 $\pm$ 1.4점, poor group은 6.6 $\pm$ 2.8점으로 세 군간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p < 0.001). 영양지식 점수의 전체평균은 20점 만점에 14.3 $\pm$ 2.5점이였다. 이상의 결과에서 환자의 영양교육 및 상담업무를 원활하게 수행하기 위하여 영양과 내에 급식관리와는 별도로 임상영양 및 영양교육을 담당하는 부서가 설치되어야 하며 영양사의 인력확보가 필요하다고 사료된다. 이상의 연구결과에서 간호사들은 영양교육이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었으나 간호사를 영양교육의 적임자로 보는 시각이 비교적 높았고 약 1/2정도는 영양교육에 참여하겠다는 의지를 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 실제로 영양지도를 한 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 1/2 정도가 영양관련과목을 이수하지 않았으며, 91.4%가 영양교육 연수경험이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

건설 현장이나 일반 제조업 현장은 작업자의 고소 위치에서의 작업시, 필요한 특정 장소로의 접근을 위한 임시 구조물을 설치하는데 이를 가설비계라고 한다. 이러한 가설비계는 작업자의 안전 통행과 작업을 위한 받침대 역할, 장비나 공구, 자재를 임시 적치하기 위한 장소로 활용되는데 일반 건축물과 중후장대한 조선소 블록 제작등에 필수적으로 사용된다. 하지만 가설설비라는 특성으로 비계와 관련된 연구가 부진하고 사업적으로 참여하는 사업주 또한 진출을 가볍게 생각하고 있으며 해당 공사에 임하는 작업자의 산업으로의 진입문턱도 낮은 등으로 시공 품질이 떨어질 우려가 매우 높다. 또한 설치후에는 품질검사가 어려워 작업자의 숙련도나 진정성 등에 의한 주관적 작업 결과물이 설치된 시설물을 사용하는 주변 작업자에게는 불안전 요인이 되기도 한다. 이에 작업자의 숙련도나 주관적 판단에 의한 가설 구조물 설치를 회피하여 안전성을 높이기 위한 방안이 연구되어 왔는데 이것이 시스템비계이다. 이러한 시스템비계에 대한 사용성을 확대하기 위해 국토교통부와 고용노동부등의 정부기관에서는 여러 가지 제약과 동시에 장려정책을 제시하고 있으나 공적 발주나 일부 대기업그룹 외의 중소 현장에는 그 확산 속도가 높지않은 편이다.

As the needs of library users change diversely along with the rapid developments and changes in society, libraries have gone beyond the traditional role of providing, gathering, organizing and preserving materials and information to provide various program services in culture, interests, and practicality that accommodate cultural and educational needs. Public libraries, in particular, are reflecting their role as the representative educational and cultural institutions of the community and following social changes to expand the role of libraries and manage various programs. This study aims to vitalize adult-targeted programs in representative Seoul libraries by understanding the current situation of the aforementioned programs through the past five years, and ran a survey on the satisfaction levels of those who are in charge of the programs and those who utilize the programs. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyze the improvements needed for running the programs and the demands of users in order to propose ways to activate library programs for adults.
