The Framework of Decision Making for Choice of Camping Site Selection Attributes according to Camping Motivation (캠핑동기에 따른 캠핑장 선택속성 의사결정의 프레임워크 구축에 관한 연구)

  • This study focused on building the convergence framework of decision-making for camping site selection attributes. The first stage of study is to identify the camping motivations. The camping motivations are composed of 5 factors. The second stage is to identify the camping site selection attributes. They are composed of 4 factors. The relationships between camping site selection attributes and camping motivations are examined through the multi-regression analysis. The camping site selection attributes were significantly influenced by thr type of camping motivation. Lastly, the relationship between camping site selection attributes and camper's satisfaction and behavioral intention are testified. The implications are that camping site operators and developers need to understand the segmented camping motivations and site selection attributes. They could be the guideline of implementing the developing planning strategies of camping site.

The Impact of Motivation behind a Pilgrimage on the Satisfaction Level of Participants and Desire for Revisitation: Examining Holy Places as Moderator Variables (대순진리회 수도인의 성지순례 참여 동기가 만족도와 재참여 의사에 미치는 영향 - 성지 가치의 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • In Daesoon Jinrihoe (The Society of Daesoon Truth), pilgrimages can serve as a medium to experience and spread Daesoon Thought. The purpose of this study is to gauge the empirical impact that the motive of a pilgrimage has on the satisfaction level of the participant and the participant's willingness to revisit the holy place. This study further suggests a variety of propositions to promote pilgrimages and thereby Daesoon Thought. This study employs hierarchical analysis for measuring the correlation between all factors the pilgrimage can entail and also the moderator variables (holy places) in the pilgrimage. The study reveals that empirical motive is one of the most influential factors in determining a given participant's level of satisfaction and willingness to revisit said holy place. It is also revealed also that the religious significance of a holy place plays an important role in satisfaction and future revisitation. This study claims pilgrimages are a form of learning and cultural exchange which promotes Daesoon Thought that enables maturity of religious faith. Thereby, all stake holders in the Daesoon Jinrihoe community including clergy should increase their efforts to raise awareness and recognition of Daesoon Truth.

Impact of Conflict within Social Welfare Organization on Job Performance : Moderating Effect of Participatory Decision-making (사회복지조직 내 갈등이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 참여적 의사결정의 조절효과)

  • This study sought to find out the impact of conflicts in social welfare organizations on job performance and to find out the effects of controlling participatory decision-making in their relationships. To that end, a survey was conducted on workers at social welfare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Chungcheong Province, and 360 copies were finally used for analysis and Correlation and hierarchical regression and statistical significance analysis of the adjustment effects were performed. As a result, conflicts within the organization, job performance, and participatory decision-making showed a negative correlation, and as participatory decision-making in the relationship between conflict within the organization and job performance showed a controlled effect, the impact of conflicts within the organization on job performance was reduced. These results suggest that participatory decision-making can alleviate conflicts within an organization and at the same time increase job performance. Based on this, the following suggestions were proposed: They include conflict management strategies in the guidelines for social welfare subjects, establish guidelines for conflict management, provide training for workers, engage workers in employee evaluation and compensation system development, and operate permanent organizations such as the Conflict Handling Committee after investigating conflicts within social welfare organizations.

A Study on the Factors for the Elderly Living in the Community to Determine Their Participation in the Cognitive Improvement Program: With the Application of Anderson Model (지역사회 거주 노인의 인지 향상 프로그램 참여 의사 결정 요인에 관한 연구: 앤더슨 행동 모형(Anderson model)의 적용)

  • Objective : Through the application of the Anderson model, this study provides an empirical analysis of the decision-making factors for participation in cognitive improvement programs for the elderly living in the community. Methods : This study was conducted through an online survey. The participants were elderly people aged 65 years or older living in the community. The survey had 154 participants and was conducted over a two-month period from August to September 2020. Results : The main results of this study were as follow: first, there was no correlation between the predisposing factors and cognitive improvement program; second, among the enabling factors, diversity, interest, and effectiveness of the program were correlated with the cognitive improvement program; and third, there was no correlation between participation in the cognitive improvement program and need factors. Conclusion : This study shows that the results of basic information and evidence will be identified through analysis of the results of the study and that the implications for the development of cognitive improvement programs will be obtained in the future.

  • 본 연구는 정신적 장애인의 소득수준과 직업능력에 따른 취업욕구를 살펴보고 그에 따른 취업 활성화를 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 '2008년~2010년 장애인 고용패널조사'에 3년간 참여한 정신적 장애인 298명(가중빈도적용:154,348명)을 연구하였다. 연구결과, 직업교육을 희망하는 정신적 장애인이 남성, 중졸 이상, 자격증 소지자, 그리고 정신적 장애인 유형중 지적장애일때 교육참여 희망률이 높았다. 한편, 취업의사를 가진 정신적 장애인은 남성, 가구주, 중졸이상, 자격증 소지자, 육체활동 능력이 높아질 때, 그리고 정신적 장애인 유형 중 자폐장애일 때 취업의사가 높았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 정신적 장애인의 경제활동참여를 높이기 위하여 정신적 장애인의 의사를 반영한 직업재활서비스제공, 사업주 주도적 직업활동을 제안하였다

  • 구매 의사 결정 단계에서 이미지나 동영상의 영향력이 지속해서 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 시각적 정보가 소비자의 구매 의사 결정 과정에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘과 이에 따른 기업, 특히, 오프라인 기업의 성과에 대해서는 아직 알려진 바가 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 O2O 플랫폼에 입점한 10만 개 식당의 실제 예약 매출 데이터를 분석하여 이용자와 사업자가 O2O 플랫폼에 업로드한 사진 등의 시각적 정보가 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향과 메커니즘을 이중 처리 이론 기반으로 파악하고자 한다. 또한 저장하기, 공유, 리뷰 등 고객 참여와 프랜차이즈 가맹의 시각적 정보와 성과 간 관계에 대한 조절된 매개 효과를 분석한다. 본 연구는 이중 처리 이론 기반으로 시각적 정보가 구매 의사 결정 과정에서 작동하는 메커니즘을 설명하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다. 그뿐만 아니라 실제 예약 매출 데이터를 활용하여 분석함으로써 직접적이고, 수익적인 측면의 기업 성과를 측정할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 오프라인 소매점에서 활용할 수 있는 온라인 채널 전략에 대한 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Effect of Doctor's Patient-centered communication on the Patient Satisfaction and Treatment Outcomes : focusing on mediating Patient Participation (의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션이 환자만족과 치료성과에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션이 환자만족과 치료성과에 미치는 영향을 종합병원을 진료한 339명의 환자를 대상으로 실증하였다. 연구결과 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션은 환자만족과 치료성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 환자를 만족시키고 치료성과를 높이기 위해서는 환자 중심적인 의사소통을 해야 한다. 둘째 환자만족과 치료성과를 높이기 위해서는 진료과정에 환자를 참여시켜야 한다. 의사의 진료과정에 환자중심의 커뮤니케이션도 중요하지만 진료과정에 환자를 참여시켜야 환자만족과 치료성과를 더 높일 수 있다.
