  • 브랜드 아이덴티티는 브랜드 인지도를 강화하고 다른 브랜드와 차이를 극대화하고 브랜드 자산을 창출하는 중요한 방법이다. 그러나 통일된 브랜드 아이덴티티 시스템 모델이 없는 상황은 브랜드 아이덴티티 개발에 큰 어려움을 가져왔다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 브랜드 아이덴티티의 개념을 고찰하였다. 그다음 아커(David A.Aaker), 손일권, 휠러(Wheeler) 세 학자들이 브랜드아이덴티티 시스템에 대한 관점을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 새로운 종합적 브랜드 아이덴티티 시스템을 추출하였다.

  • Investigation about training of Private Security in Korea has managed status of training and understanding of issue mostly, systematic analysis about transfer effect as well as learning and determinant of training is insufficient. Consequently this investigation research to examine the effect of training program for newly appointed private security guards to learning and transfer then, to analyze factor through incumbent private security guard-oriented hypothesis testing under article 13, section 1 of the security guard law. To grasp effect factors of learning and transfer, this dissertation establishes research model and research hypothesis through domestic and foreign studies and then theoretical as well as positive literatures consideration in the first place. Conclusion of this investigation through techniques mentioned above and data analysis is as follows. First of all, the personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, difference of transfer as well as learning are verified in accordance with Sociodemographic characterist of Private Security Guard. After then, there is a difference of great import. Secondly, the effect of personal characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. As a result, there is a difference of significance statistical. Thirdly, the effect of training characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. Consequently, there is a difference of import statistical. The following thing, subsequent to inspection about the effect of work environment of Private Security Guard to transfer, statistical difference of import is.

Antibacterial Effect of Tea Tree Ingredient for Denture Cleaners (티트리 성분 함유 의치세정제의 항균 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial effect of tea tree oil in denture cleaners. A self-curing denture resin was used to make the experimental specimen ($12mm{\times}2mm$). A saline solution was used as the control. To observe surface changes after cleaning, the microhardness and color of the experimental specimen's surface were analyzed. For the antibacterial activity test, Candida albicans was used. The microhardness and color of the surface remained unchanged after cleaning. The result of the antibacterial activity test revealed that the tea tree oil-containing solutions had a more enhanced antibacterial effect than did the saline solution. Therefore, these results suggest that the tea tree oil-containing solution is a promising denture cleaners.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of service orientation perceived by employees of security companies on service quality and management performance based on service orientation theory. To test this, 345 participants were sampled from the security companies located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area using stratified cluster random sampling, and then frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis and path analysis of the resulting data were conducted using SPSS 15.0 program. Conclusions derived from the aforementioned analytical methods are as follows: there were difference in service orientation according to demographic characteristics. And results from analyses showed that service leadership, which is sub factor of service orientation, was highly evaluated by the male group, and the customer service, by the participants of having college education and more, and the service system, by the group of the income bracket between 1.51 and 2 Million Won.

  • 스포츠선수들에 대한 섹슈얼리티는 '유니폼 관련 섹슈얼리티', '선수의 신체적 특징 관련 섹슈얼리티', '외모 관련 섹슈얼리티' 요인으로 구성되었다. 인터넷신문의 스포츠영상에 묘사된 섹슈얼리티가 인터넷신문의 이용자에게 미치는 영향에 대한 분석에서는 남자 실험집단에서만 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 남자집단의 피실험집단과 남녀경기 처치집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 인터넷신문의 스포츠영상에 묘사된 섹슈얼리티에 대한 인지도는 남자집단의 피실험집단에 비해 남녀경기 처치집단이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인터넷신문의 스포츠영상에 묘사된 섹슈얼리티는 남성스포츠 소비자들에게 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Effects of Emotional Labor on Customer Orientation by Service Career of Security Agents (시큐리티 요원의 근무경력에 따른 감정노동이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • Raising the level of quality of the security industry is an urgent matter. Since security service is provided through direct contact with customers, the security agents' expression of emotion directly influences the evaluation of the security company or their own earnings. So emotion control at customers demand is necessary above all things, and this research established what difference the service career makes in the influence that the security agent's emotional labor exerts on customer orientation, and the results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, the security agent's emotional labor exerted negative effects on customer orientation. From this, the conclusion that the higher the security agent's emotional labor, the lower the customer orientation, was obtained. Second, the service career showed differences in the effects of the security agent's emotional labor on the customer orientation. In other words, the conclusion that the lower the security agent's service career, the greater effects the emotional labor exerts on the customer orientation, was obtained. In conclusion, in order to raise the level of customer service, systematic education to control the emotional labor of the security agents with low service career is necessary. Particularly, since the emotional labor of new employees is related to the service environment, the improvement of the service environment of the security agents is more important than anything else.

  • The purpose of this study is to closely examine the effect of exercise behavior change of casino securities on their physical self-description. This observation takes place in casino enterprises in Seoul, Busan, Kangwon and Jeju. Within these areas, we have selected companies with more than 30 securities. Among 450 persons sampling unit, we have excluded 77 copied which seem to be insincere, and actually used 373 copies in this study. Evaluation forms are used as a study method; each form consists of continuance 5 points Likert scales and nominal/proportional scaling and used after excluding a test through the analysis of validity and reliability. After encoding and inputting the framing completed data along with each purpose, it was computerized by computer process, making use of SPSS 15.0 version. Through the data analysis according to these methods and procedures, the result on this study is described below. First, the exercise behavior according to socio-demographic characteristics. Second, the decision-making balance according to socio-demographic characteristics. Third, the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fourth, the physical self-concept according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fifth, the exercise behavior influence indirectly on the physical self-concept throughout the decision-making balance and self-efficacy.

  • According to many researches on brand management, the decision makings on brand marketing should center on the brand identity. Based on the brand management theory, Brand Identity-based OSMU Strategy has been suggested, in which the decision makings for culture content's OSMU should be focused on the brand identity of content to maximize the brand equity. In this study, the effectiveness of suggested brand identity-based OSMU strategy model is empirically studied, together with the effect on the brand equity. The study on the consumer's attitude toward the Harry Potter T-shirt with the associations of 'magic, courage and confrontation against evil' proved that consumers respond more favorably in terms of their recognition of the fit-to-content, preference and perceived quality. With this result, the positive effect of brand identity-based OSMU on consumer attitude is verified. On the other hand, the study on the effect of brand identity bearing T-shirt on brand equity did not support the hypothesis that the brand identity-based OSMU has the positive feedback effect on the brand equity of culture content. Still, while the brand equity is established through the long period of time with consumer's consistent experience on the certain culture content, the effect of brand identity-based OSMU on brand equity has a room for further discussion and research. While the ultimate goal of marketing is to create the power brand with high brand value, the further discussion on the effective culture content OSMU strategy to create a power brand is needed.

Fatty Acid Profile Of Thiocyanate Utilizing Bacillus Brevis (티오시안산염 이용 균주인 Bacillus Brevis의 지방산 개요도)

  • The fatty acid composition of thiocyanate utilizing Bacillus brevis isolated from carbonization wastewater was determined by Gas Chromatography and the results were analyzed. In addition to the saturated and unsaturated straight chain fatty acids this B. brevis strain contained a hydroxy fatty acid. The hydroxy fatty acids in general are shown to be interesting chemotaxonomic markers of bacteria. Cyclopropane fatty acids are totally absent in this strain. A comparison of the fatty acid composition of this strain with B-33 and B-34 strains of Bacillus brevis shows that there are deviations among these strains. The deviation in Bacillus brevis could be due to the stress effect of thiocyanate. This result supports that fatty acid synthesis depends highly on the environment.

  • This paper is aimed at studying the sexuality elements and their perceptibility in the sports photographs and images of internet portal media. The sexuality elements are composed of athletes' uniform, body and external feature. In an analysis of sports' users through portal media, there were some differences in an experimental group of men. There was the difference between an experimental group of men and a of men and women sports game. The perceptibility of sexuality imaged by sports images of men and women games in portal media was higher in an of men and women sports game than the experimental group of men. Accordingly, the sexuality imaged through sports images of portal media had a higher effect on sports' men-users.
