가속소음을 활용한 실시간 거시 교통류 모니터링 (Real Time Macroscopic Traffic Flow Monitoring Using Acceleration Noise)

  • Acceleration Noise는 교통류의 안정성을 진단하는데 중요한 지표이다. 하지만, 기존의 연구에서는 개별차량의 Acceleration Noise에 대해서만 수행되었고, 거시적 관점에서의 Acceleration Noise에 대해서는 연구가 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 거시적 교통류 모니터링 지표인 Network Acceleration Noise를 제안하고, 이를 분석하여 거시 교통류 모니터링 활용방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

  • In general, the braking system of high speed train has an important role for the safety of the train. To stop safely train at its pre-decided position, it is necessary to combine properly the various brakes. The prototype of Korean high speed train (KHST) has been designed, fabricated and tested by the domestic researchers. It has adopted a combined electrical brakes, such as rheostatic brake, regenerative brake and eddy current brake, and mechanical brakes composed of disc brake, wheel disc brake and tread brake. In this paper, the performances and control algorithms of braking system have been reviewed by the experimental method.

  • On the prediction of driving performance, an acceleration performance is normally simulated in stall starting condition which is the engine status of full-throttle and high-speed. The lack of transient engine torque data makes the difficulty of predicting an acceleration performance on engine-idle start condition. A experimental equation of transient engine torque is derived from vehicle performance test data. It is applied to simulation the accleration performance prediction on idle starting condition.

  • Modern vehicles require a high degree of refinement including good driveability. Vehicle driveability, which becomes a key decisive factor f3r marketability, is affected by many parameters such as engine control and the dynamic characteristics in drive lines. Therefore engine and drive train characteristics should be considered to achieve a well balanced vehicle response simultaneously. This paper describes experimental procedures which have been developed to measure engine torque and investigate shuffle characteristics. To analyze the vehicle dynamic behavior, fractional torques and inertia mass moment of engine, and drive train were measured. Shuffle characteristics during tip-in condition were investigated in an experimental vehicle at 2nd and 3rd gear stages. It was found that the shuffle characteristics were caused by sudden changes of engine torque and have a different vibration frequency with gear stage variation. Inertia mass moment of engine including flywheel rotation showed a key factor for the shuffle characteristics.

  • PURPOSES : The present study aims to evaluate the added $CO_2$ emissions incurred from accelerating operation when to increase the speed up to the allowed level. METHODS : The methodology used are basically the relationship between emission rates and vehicle speeds or acceleration rate. These rates together are used to calculate the added $CO_2$ emissions incurred from accelerating operation. RESULTS : It was resulted that the all the emission rates are increasing proportionally to vehicle speeds or acceleration rates. Additionally, it was also resulted that allowable speeds increasing, the added emission rates are increasing rapidly. CONCLUSIONS : It may be concluded that if the allowable speed ranges are managed, $CO_2$ emissions during vehicle operation are much reduced. From this reason, it was found that the allowable speed during highway design and operation would be much necessary

  • Intake E-CVVT noise, generally caused by collision sound of roller and cage clearance at idle and driving condition, is considerable source of annoyance in passenger cars using the gasoline engine. Main source of this noise is the cam torque variation of an intake E-CVVT system, and can be controlled by clearance decrease such as backlash reduction, but which may increase the manufacturing cost. Thus in this paper, most effective solution for low noise intake E-CVVT was achieved through not only reduction of backlash and cam angular acceleration but also improvement of vehicle transfer system, which is optimal configuration through acoustic sensitivity optimization of engine mount support bracket.

Vehicle driveability, which becomes a key decisive factor for marketability, is affected by many parameters such as engine control and the dynamic characteristics in drive lines. Therefore, Engine and drive train characteristics should be considered to achieve a well balanced vehicle response simultaneously. This paper describes analysis procedures using a mathematical model which has been developed to simulate spark timing control logic. Inertia mass moment, stiffness and damping coefficient of engine and drive train were simulated to analyze the effect of parameters which were related vehicle dynamic behavior. Inertia mass moment of engine and stiffness of drive line were shown key factors for the shuffle characteristics. It was found that torque increase rate, torque reduction rate and torque recovery timing and rate influenced the shuffle characteristics at the tip-in condition for the given system in this study.

  • 자유 낙하하는 물체가 받는 힘은 중력 뿐이다. 우리는 중력만을 받아서 운동하는 것을 자유 낙하 운동이라고 하고 자유 낙하하는 물체를 자유낙체라 한다. 다시 말해서, 물체의 초기 운동 상태와 무관하게 중력의 영향으로만 자유롭게 낙하하는 물체를 말하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 공기의 저항을 무시하고, 수직방향으로 짧은 거리의 범위 내에서 고도에 의한 자유낙하 가속도의 변화가 없다는 가정을 하고, 자동차가 수직 상 방향으로 출발하여 도약하고 최고점에 도달하는 시간, 최대높이, 자동차가 출발 위치로 돌아오는 시간과 자동차의 속도, 자동차가 땅에 떨어질 때의 시간 및 속도에 대해 알 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 산업자원부 중기거점기술개발사업의 일환인 '전동차 추진장치 기술 개발 과제'로 개발된 전동차 구동 시스템에 대하여 서술하고 있다. 개발된 전동차 구동 시스템은 4대의 210kW 유도전동기를 병렬로 구동하며 주 전력 소자로 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transisotr)를 사용하여 스너버 회로가 없는 간단하고 신뢰성 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 제어 기법으로는 벡터 제어 기법을 적용하여 저속 기동 및 가속시의 토오크 제어 특성을 향상시켰다. 본 논문에서는 전체시스템의 구성 및 특성을 약술하고, 적용된 벡터제어에 대하여 논하였다. 그리고 본 과제를 위해 새로 제작된 전동차 1편성을 이용하여 한국철도차량주식회사 상주공장의 시험 전차선에서 주행 시험을 실시한 결과 개발된 전동차 구동 시스템의 성능이 목표 사양을 만족함을 확인하였다.

  • Purpose: In this paper, we propose a test method for evaluating the life time of the inverter which is one of the main internal configuration systems in order to evaluate the life time of the power supply for the vehicle. Methods: The performance and failure criteria required for the development of the accelerated life test method were established and the Taguchi method was used to derive the stress factors affecting performance and reliability. Results: The major stress of the product degradation were considered to be high temperature. Conclusion: The acceleration factor was estimated through a two-level high temperature test and a test methods was designed to guarantee the accelerated life time of the inverter.
