Since a hybrid firewall filters packets at a network layer along with providing gateway functionalities at an application layer, it has a better performance than an If filtering firewall. In addition, it provides both the various kinds of access control mechanisms and transparent services to users. However, the security policies of a network layer are different from those of an application layer. Thus, the user interfaces for managing a hybrid firewalls in a consistent manner are needed. In this paper, we implement a graphical user interface to provide access control mechanisms and management facilities for a hybrid firewall such as log analysis, a real-time monitor for network traffics, and the statisics on traffics. And we also propose a new rule script language for specifying access control rules. By using the script language, users can generate the various forma of access control rules which are adapted by the existing firewalls.

건설공사 품질관리 기준이 대폭 강화된다. 국토해양부는 최근 건설공사의 품질확보와 부실시공 방지를 위해 건설공사 품질관리개선 종합대책을 마련하여 추진할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 국토해양부는 이번에 수립된 대책을 통하여 국내 건설현장의 품질관리 수준을 선진국 수준으로 끌어 올리고 주요국책사업은 물론 민간건설현장의 부실시공을 지속적으로 차단해 나갈 계획이다. 자세한 내용은 다음과 같다.

Recently, an attack to an application incapacitates the intrusion detection rule, the defense policy for a network and database and induces intrusion incidents. Thus, it is necessary to study integration security to ensure the security of an internal network and database from that attack. This article is about building an integration security system to prevent an attack to an application set with intrusion detection rules. It responds to network-based attack through detection, disperses attack with the internal integration security system through virtual clustering and load balancing, and sets up defense policy for attacking destination packets, analyzes and records attack packets, and updates rules through monitoring and analysis. Moreover, this study establishes defense policy according to attacking types to settle access traffic through virtual machine partition policy and suggests an integration security system applied to prevent attack and tests its defense. The result of this study is expected to provide practical data for integration security defense for hacking attack from outside.

청소년 흡연률 세계2위, 아시아 1위, 활발히 확산되는 범사회적 금연운동에도 불구하고 청소년 흡연률은 오히려 늘면 늘뿐 줄어들지 않고 있는 상황이어서 이를 바라보는 국민의 심정이 안타깝기 그지없다. 사태가 이렇게 심각하게 된데는 여러 이유가 있겠지만 우리 사회가 너무 청소년 흡연을 방치하지 않았나 한번쯤 심각히 반성해야 할 부분이다. 청소년 흡연방지를 위한 보다 적극적이고 실효성 있는 정책과 성인들의 관심과 질타 등이 있었다면 상황은 분명 지금보다는 나아졌을 것이다. 지금보다 실효성 있는 청소년흡연 억제 정책이 시급한 상황에서 그 위기를 구원할 릴리프로 담배자판기를 등판시킨다면 과연 어떨까? 과거만 해도 담배자판기 청소년 흡연조장이라는 이유로 길거리에서 철수되어야 하는 아픔을 겪었고 아직도 그러한 오명으로부터 자유스러울 수 없는 상황이지만 산업계의 기술발달은 이제 과감하고 자신있게 등판을 자청할 상황이 되었다. 위기에 등판한 릴리프는 성인인식장치라는 강력한 강속구로 자신 있게 청소년 흡연증가라는 강타자를 삼진 아웃 시킬 수도 있는게 현상황인 것이다. 문제는 정부관련부처의 담배자판기를 보는 시각변화와 신뢰이다. 100%청소년이용을 차단할 담배자판기를 이용, 기존 유인 담배 판매 유통수단을 대체한다면 청소년 담배구입 루트를 근원적으로 차단할 비법이 있는 마당에 담배자판기를 언제까지나 색안경을 끼고 봐서는 안될 것이다. 이러한 취지 하에 협회에서는 대정부 관련부처 설득을 진행해 가고 있다. 최근에는 청소년보호위원회 홈페이지를 통해 '청소년 흡연 감소를 위한 실질적 대책에 대한 질의 및 제언' 이라는 제목으로 성인인식담배자판기의 적극 활용을 촉구하는 민원을 제출했다. 이제는 정부관련부처의 마인드 변화, 산업계 및 여론의 지지 등이 삼위일체가 되어야 하는 상황에서 온라인 상에 게재된 하기의 내용이 적극 호응과 지지를 받았으면 하는 바램이다.

Problems related to information overload and harmful information have already expanded to national social problems as well as personal problems. This study explores the causes of Internet addiction, exposure to harmful information, malicious comments, fake information/information manipulation, and new alternatives that have recently been felt as social problems. Assuming that existing technologies/policies were not applied effectively, psychological cause analysis was performed for the fundamental problem approach. As a result, internal problems such as obsession with knowledge/understanding of wrong information/black and white stereotypes and prejudice were analyzed as main causes. Each proposed solution aims to help improve national technology/policy regarding internet addiction and blocking harmful information.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for preventing insider information leakages in public agencies for national security. First, the study examined the definitions and current usage of information security systems of public agencies were examined. Second, web-service base information leaks and malware-base information leaks were discussed and three major credit card companies' personal information leakage cases were analyzed. Based on the analysis, four solutions were provided. First, information leakages can be protected by using web filtering solutions based on the user, which make possible to limit frequencies of malware exposures. Second, vaccine programs and vaccine management system should be implemented to prevent information leakages by malware. Third, limit the use of portable devices within local networks to prevent information leakages and vaccines programs for malware should be regularly used. Forth, to prevent information leakages by smartphone malwares, data encryption application should be used to encrypt important information.

We proposed the blocking channel to reduce the performance decrease using the low correlation with cyclic delay scheme in LED-ID system. LED-ID is based on the visible light to transmit the data. However, It is occurred the block channel by structure or environment of indoor for light of straightness. LED-ID system is degraded the performance by the block channel as loss of data, and burst error. To solve the block channel, the proposed system is overcome the burst error by low correlation among data, which is able to obtain the maximize time diversity gain to improve the performance of BER by cyclic delay scheme. The BER performance is evaluated by computer simulation according to channel parameter. The simulation results shows that proposed system gives much better performance than conventional system and constant cyclic delay scheme system.

Dry eye symptoms can occur by various environmental exposure. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between eye symptom especially dry eye and sunblocks. Study subjects were total 30 (28 male, 2 female) and NIBUT, McMonnies dry eye questionnaire, subjective questionnaire were performed. NIBUT after rubbing sunblocks was decreased compared to that of not-rubbing. Sunblocks C showed the largest difference of NIBUT value and was chosen most uncomfortable sunblocks in subjective questionnaire. Half of the subjects (15) felt eyes discomfort after rubbing sunblocks and showed larger McMonnies dry eye questionnaire score than other subjects. The same result was founded about dry eye suspect criterion. Both showed borderline significant relation(p=0.049, p=0.051). This study suggested that sunblock could cause damage to the eyes and related to dry eye when rubbing sunblock around eyes. Because digital environmental factors could affect stimulus and modify the eyes, a convergence study will be required for additional research.

Exchange new security rule and packet filtering for switch type implementation through dynamic reset memory by real time, and deal with a packet. The attack detection about DDoS, SQL Stammer, Bug bear, Opeserv worm etc. of the 2.5 Gbs which was an attack of a hacker consisted in network performance experiment by real time. Packet by attacks of a hacker was cut off, and ensured the normal inside and external network resources besides the packets which were normal by the results of active renewal.

This study is a system development for voice information protection equipment in major meetings and places requiring security. Security performance and stability were secured with information leakage prevention technology through generation of false noise and ultrasonic waves. The cutoff frequency band for blocking the leakage of voice information, which has strong straightness due to the nature of the radio wave to the recording prevention module, blocks the wideband frequency of 20~20,000Hz, and the deception jamming technology is applied to block the leakage of voice information, greatly improving the security. To solve this problem, we developed a system that blocks the recording of a portable smartphone using a battery, and made the installation of a separate device smaller and lighter so that customers do not recognize it. In addition, it is necessary to continuously study measures and countermeasures for efficiently using the output of the anti-recording speaker for long-distance recording prevention.
