인간은 출생부터 필연적으로 부모와 관계 속에서 다양한 경험을 통해 성장하고 발전하게 된다. 자녀가 세상에 태어나면서 부모와 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통을 통해 다양한 관계를 경험하면서 성장하고 발전하면서, 본인의 가치관 정립과 대인관계 형성을 위한 기초가 된다. 부모-자녀 간 원활하지 못한 의사소통이 자녀에게 정신건강 문제와 이탈, 비행과 범죄로 연결된다는 것을 많은 연구 사례가 볼 수가 있다. 이러한 선행연구를 살펴보면서 부모와 자녀 간의 원활한 개방적 의사소통이 자녀의 성장과 대인관계 형성을 하는 데 중요한 역할을 하지만, 원활하지 못한 의사소통이 이루어지면은 발전과 성장에 많은 문제를 가지고 청소년기를 보내고, 성인이 되어서도 건강하지 못 할 수가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중기 청소년의 성장 과정에서 자기 통제력 향상에 부모와 자녀의 개방적 의사소통이 원활할 때 중기 청소년의 발달과 성장에 영향을 줄 수 있는 자기 통제력에 대해 부모-자녀 간 개방적 의사소통의 매개 역할을 하는지를 검증하는 데 있다. 부모-자녀 간 메시지 전달이 감정교류 및 정보전달 등을 모두 포함하는 상호작용을 통해 성장과 발전을 할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 중기 청소년의 부모-자녀 간 원활한 의사소통에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 자기 통제력을 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 검증하기 위해 진행하였다.

We are imitating animals. True imitation can be defined as a learning to do an act from seeing it done by others. We have been building culture by imitating others' skills and knowledge with high fidelity. In this regard, it is important to ask how the faculty of imitation has evolved and how imitation behaviors develop ontogenetically. It is also interesting to see whether nonhuman animals can imitate truly or not and how different imitation learning is among human and non-human animals. In this paper, first I review empirical data from imitation studies with human and nonhuman animals. Comparing different species, I highlight their different levels of copying fidelity and explain the reason why they are showing the difference. Then I review recent studies on neurobiological mechanisms underlying imitation. The initial neurobiological studies on imitation in humans suggested a core imitation circuitry composed of mirror neuron system [inferior parietal lobule(IPL) and inferior frontal gyrus(IFG)] and the posterior part of the superior temporal sulcus(pSTS). More recent studies on the neurobiology of imitation, however, has gone beyond the studies on the core mechanisms. Finally, I try to find out implications of psychology and biology of imitation for cultural evolution. I argue for a memetic approach to cultural evolution, along the lines with a recent study on measuring memes by mirror neurons system.

The forest fire covered with forest gets increasing year after year in Korea. Furthermore the scale becomes larger. A forest fire problem is extremely serious. In this situation this study discussed a forest fire prevention with scientific and systematic method. Various information was created using GIS for Mt. Uam, which is located in Uam, Cheongju city. The predictive model to enhance effective forest fire management was developed.

전통적인 상거래 영역에 정보기술을 접목한 전자상거래는 그 규모와 성장면에서 계속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 기업과 소비자간 전자상거래를 의미하는 B2C는 그 종류와 규모면에서 계속 성장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 소비간의 거래에 있어서 제품 구매에 중요한 영향을 미치는 온라인 리뷰의 정보제공능력에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 온라인리뷰가 제공하는 정보의 양이 증가할수록 이는 처리해야 하는 판매자와 구매자에게는 부담이 된다. 기존의 온라인 리뷰에 대한 연구는 사용자의 구매 경험을 전달하는 방법에 주력하여 온라인 리뷰의 형태와 전달효과 등에 대한 연구가 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효과적으로 정보를 전달하기 위해 필요한 온라인 리뷰의 형태와 정보 전달 등에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

종이책은 출판의 오랜 역사적, 기술적 과정을 통해 고유한 사용자 인터페이스를 형성해왔다. 전자책은 1970년대 이후 디지털 출판 방식에 의해 출현하고 최근 HTML5 기반의 이퍼브(EPUB)3.0 형식이 확산되었다. 전자책은 전통적 종이책 편집의 사용자 인터페이스 요소들을 상당부분 지니고 있으면서도 많은 부분을 포함하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 기술와 미디어 변화에 따라 '사용자가 인터페이스를 통해 상호작용을 하면서 가지게 되는 전체적인 느낌과 경험이 변화된다는 관점에서 종이책과 전자책의 인터페이스를 비교 분석한다. 이 작업을 통하여 공통점과 차이점이 지니는 의미를 분석하고, 전통적 출판의 편집요소가 어떻게 전자책 편집 수준을 높이고 전자책을 통해 더 진화된 인터페이스와 사용자 체험을 제공할 수 있게 활용될 수 있는지를 연구한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the formation and evolution patterns of a trading zone and to explore the difficulties teachers experience in the trading zone and their perceptions of the experience. Seven teachers involved in the 'STEAM Teacher Community' in a middle school located in the southern part of South Korea participated in this study. Participant observation and in-depth interviews were carried out, and reflective essays were collected for analysis. The results show that teachers successfully formed a trading zone to share their expertise when they developed teaching materials for the convergence of different subject matters. Moreover, such a trading zone evolved in the order of pre-trading zone, trading zone under elite control, trading zone with boundary object, and trading zone of shared mental model. The difficulties teachers experienced in the trading zone were categorized under the difference of culture and opinion across subject matters, the lack of motivation for convergence, the hegemony of convergence and far-fetched factors for convergence, and difficulty of communication due to jargons. Also teachers in this study experienced perceptual changes in the trading zone. The trading zone model drawn from the results of this study bring forth implications for voluntary teachers' learning community activity for the convergence of different subject matters.

Metaverse has been encountering in our daily lives, and it has dynamically changed people's way of working, educating, and entertaining. During the Covid-19, people has been more immersed with virtual world. For example, the virtual environments have created new form and features of our remote work, online education, entertainment, and so on. Also, some people make a strong tie with their avatar to live in a virtual world. Indeed, it became a new normal life now. With this radical social and technological change, the metaverse has become a core issue for the communities of researchers and practitioners as well, and a variety of meaningful research and products have been conducted so far. Nevertheless, it still is lack of diverse theoretical, empirical, and practical studies, dealing with this huge socio-technical shift with the metaverse. Therefore, in this special issue commentary, we suggest potential metaverse research issues and topics, which highlight how management, organization, and information systems researchers could dance with the ongoing metaverse ecosystem for creating more productive research performances.

This study is a food shopping experience of omni-channel. Food threats and healthy living concerns bring different channels in led to increase reasonable way such as various demand. Omni-channels should be premised on understanding customer behavior as well as empirical user types in which considerations including the value of experience and understanding consumer behavior. Online survey result showed that, (1)offline food shopping, major retail store with quality, buy fresh food directly 2~3 times a month (2)online food shopping, e-commerce site with costs, buy fruits & nuts 2~3 times a month. After in-depth interview with eight high quality participants, I analyzed needs for food shopping experience in regard to the four steps food purchasing journey then derived a persona with integral value 'health' and 'diet'. It is classified into two types. One is the primary persona, family and health oriented, considering household money 'saving', and other is secondary persona, work and personal oriented, looking forward to 'automatic supply'. The result of this study provided an insight that help us explore ways to resolve function and services in the context of a healthy and balanced diet for improving food shopping experience of omni-channel.

Our knowledge of the lithosphere beneath the Korean Peninsula has been improved through petrologic and geochemical studies of upper mantle xenoliths hosted by Quaternary intraplate alkali basalts from Jeju Island. The xenoliths are mostly spinel lherzolites, accompanied by subordinate harzburgite and pyroxenites. The mantle xenoliths represent residual mantle material showing textural and geochemical evidence for at least a three-stage evolution, fractional partial melting, recrystallization, and metasomatism. Their composition primarily controlled by early fractional melt extraction and porphyroclastic and mylonitic fabrics formed in a shear-dominated environment, which was subsequently modified by residual slab-derived fluids (or melts). Modal metasomatic products occur as both anhydrous phase(orthopyroxene) and hydrous phase (phlogopite). Late-stage orthopyroxene is more common than phlogopite. However, chemical equilibrium is evident between the primary and secondary orthopyroxene, implying that the duration of post-metasomatic high temperatures enabled complete resetting/reequilibration of the mineral compositions. The metasomatic enrichment pre-dates the host Jeju Quaternary magmatism, and a genetic relationship with the host magmas is considered unlikely. Following enrichment in the peridotite protolith in the mantle wedge, the upper mantle beneath proto-Jeju Island was transformed from a subarc environment to an intraplate environment. The Jeju peridotites, representing old subarc fragments, were subsequently transported to the surface, incorporated into ascending Quaternary intraplate alkali basalt. The result of this study implies that long term material transfer in the transformation of geotectonic setting from a subarc to intraplate may have played a significant role in the evolution of lithospheric mantle, resulting in the enriched mantle domains, such as EM I or EM II in the lithospheric mantle beneath East Asia.

지난 20년 동안 TFT-LCD의 화질은 급격하게 발전해 왔다. 특히 IPS와 VA의 기술경쟁을 통해 서로의 단점을 극복하려는 많은 연구가 수행돼왔다. 하지만 이제는 발광디스플레이의 출현으로 이제는 액정기술 간의 경쟁은 의미 없고 TFT-LCD의 화질/기능/비용면에서 발광디스플레이보다 우수해야 하는 당면 과제를 안고 있다. 현재 IPS기술은 FFS기술을 통해 한층 더 발전하였고 이제는 고화질 제품엔 FFS 채용이 기본화되고 있다. FFS 기술개발에 초기부터 참여하고 지금까지 FFS기술을 연구하고 있는 필자의 관점에서 보면 FFS는 1998년 발표이후 매 6년 마다 중대한 변화가 있었고 그 예가 2004년 히타치사 TV패널에 FFS기술 적용, 2010년 애플사 아이패드에 FFS 기술 채용이다. 현재 기술 흐름으로 볼 때 2016년 정도엔 FFS기술 + 산화물 반도체 + 광배향 기술을 적용한 FFS TV가 시장의 한 축이 되길 필자는 기대해본다. 마지막으로 필자의 경험을 바탕으로 평가한 각 기술들에 대해 다른 전문가들과 이견이 있을 수 있음을 인정하니 많은 양해 부탁드립니다.
