중소형 일체형 원자로의 MMIS 설계를 위한 인간공학 현안추적시스템

  • 중소형 일체형 원자로의 MMIS(Man-Machine Interface System) 설계개발 과정에 활용할 목적으로 관계형 데이터베이스 기반의 인간공학 현안추적시스템을 개발하였다. 동 시스템은 MMIS의 설계 진행과정에서 발견되는 인간공학적 문제점들이 합당할만한 수준으로 해결될 때까지 추적하고 관리하는데 사용된다. NUREG-0711(HFEPRM : Human Factors Engineering Program Review Model)에서는 원자력발전소를 설계함에 있어서 인간공학 현안추적시스템을 유지하고 운영할 것을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템은 NUREG-0711의 요구사항을 수용할 뿐만 아니라 서류문서형태에 전적으로 의존하는 현안추적시스템을 운영할 때 발생할 수 있는 비효율성, 즉 시간과 경비의 소요, 문서관리의 부담, 중복된 문서내용 등과 같은 부작용을 해소시켜 준다. 또한, MMIS 설계와 관련된 설계조직 구성원들이 인간공학 현안의 내용과 해결 진척사항에 대한 전반적인 정보를 효과적으로 획득하게 지원한다.

  • 조선공업(造船工業)의 생산관리(生産管理)(planning & production control)에서는 과거의 실적을 참고로 한 예정공수를 그대로 공사량(工事量)으로 간주한 지금까지의 사고방법을 고쳐서 용접장(溶接長) 및 취부장(取付長)등의 생산량(生産量)을 누계곡선(累計曲線)으로 표시하여 공사(工事)의 진척상황을 파악하고, 또 이들의 생산량(生産量)을 기초로 한 공수누계곡선(累計曲線)에 의해서 생산능률을 파악하고 순서(順序)(sequence)를 중(重)히 여겨야 한다. 이와 더불어 조선공업에도 computer가 일반적(一般的)으로 보급됨에 따라 현금까지 기술계산(技術計算)에 주(主)로 사용(使用)하여 오던 것을 계획관리(計劃管理)의 이론적(理論的)인 수단(手段)으로 활용(活用)될 수 있다. 즉(卽), 일수(日數)에 따라 변화(變化)하는 동적(動的)이며 확률변수(確率變數)를 포함하지 않은 확정적(確定的)인 최적공정(最適工程)과 최적 실천을 계획(計劃)하며 또한 모든 관계자가 협동(協同)하는 신속한 계획관리(計劃管理)의 매체 system으로써 사용(使用)하여야 한다. 따라서 모든 것이 simulation된 생산관리(生産管理) 사항(事項)을 단지 목적지를 표시하고 길은 임의(任意)로 선택시키는 것이 아니고 목적지(目的地)에 이르는 길을 명확(明確)하게 지정(指定)한 계획지시(計劃指示)가 명령(命令)으로써 현업(現業)이 따르게 하려 함에 목적(目的)을 두고 본 프로젝트를 개발 정착시켰다. 세계제일의 조선국으로 우리나라 조선공업 발전에 기여하고자 본문을 계속 조선학회지에 게재하고자 한다.

  • 우리나라 대형 건설시장의 하나인 터널 시공은 계획 대비 많은 물량과 자재의 소모로 인해 이들 정보의 지속적 관리를 통한 정확한 물량 및 자재 산출 정보 예측에 대한 관심이 꾸준히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 대부분의 시공현장에서는 굴진의 정확도 검측을 위해 광파기를 사용하고 있다. 광파기는 공사 초기 시부터 유지된 원점으로부터의 정확한 좌표를 사용하고 있어 취득된 정보는 신뢰할 수 있으나, 몇 개의 기준점을 측량하여 굴진방향 및 공사의 진척도를 평가하는 방식이므로, 전체적인 면을 측정하지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 이에 반하여 3차원 스캐너는 제원에 따른 반경 내의 모든 점들을 계측하여 그 정보를 선이 아닌 면으로써 파악하지만 위치에 대한 정확도를 포함할 수 없다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여, 광파기와 3차원 스캐너를 동시 활용하는 본 시스템은 현장에서 소모된 자원의 정확한 양을 체크하여 굴진정도를 파악하여 공사의 전반적인 진도를 관리할 수 있다. 또한 여굴의 발생 여부를 직접 확인하고 계획대비 소모된 물량정보를 통해 자재관리를 할 수 있게 된다. 마지막으로 추후 발생할 수 있는 하자에 대한 정확한 근거를 제시하여 균열 및 누수 등에 대한 정확한 원인 파악을 제공할 수 있다는 장점들을 제공한다.

  • Due to harsh conditions of construction site, understanding of current feature of terrain and other infrastructures is critical issue for site managers. However, because of difficulties in acquiring the geographical information of the construction sites such as large sites and limited capability of construction workers, comprehensive site investigation of current feature of construction site is not an easy task for construction managers. To address these circumstances of construction sites, this study deduce difficulties and applicabilities of unmanned aerial vehicle in the area of construction site management. To confirm applicability of UAV in civil construction project, case study have been conducted on the road construction project. The result of case study proved that the developed system is one of promising technologies that has been studied in construction site management. To improve applicability of UAV for construction and process management information, law and technical issues will be an important area of future study.

A Study on the Changing Role and Staffing of Catalog Librarian (정리사서의 역할변화와 업무재편에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the paper is to review the key factors of automation and information technology which have generally had the first and the most impact on traditional cataloging department and catalogers. Additioansl qualities and skills which the catalogers in this environment will need are indentified. The review is done through the examination of research reports and results of numerous library surveys. The overall climate of change is toward a process of conver gent evolution between catalogers and public service librarians. The heads of technical services departments and several catalogers in eight Korean academic libraries including National Central Library are interviewed to find out the present development of automation and any effect on cataloging staff in terms of work and organizational structure. It is too early to have any such changing impact as the automation is still in its implementing stage. However, they see the future when professional catalogers are expected to serve in much extended role as the automation stages are moving ahead.

End-Host Multicast Tree Protocol in Overlay Multicast Networks (오버레이 멀티캐스트 네트워크에서 종단 호스트 멀티캐스트 트리 프로토콜 기법에 관한 연구)

  • While the advantages of multicast delivery over multiple unicast deliveries is undeniable, the deployment of the IP multicast protocol has been limited to network domains under single administrative control. Deployment of inter-domain multicast delivery has been slow due to both technical and administrative reasons. For this reasons overlay multicasting technologies are recently proposed. We propose a End-Host Multicast Tree Protocol (EMTP) that searches two levels of the tree at a time until reaching to a leaf node and can select the nearest node that a new node try to join in the tree. Even if there is no available degree of the desirable node that a new node want to join, selecting the node as a potential parent by EMTP can reduce the number of tree switching with robustness of the tree and bring to ruduce the data delivery time.

  • Radioactive waste processing and disposal is a major problem that needs to be fully addressed by countries that use nuclear power. In recent years, only a few countries have made substantial progress on this issue, and the French stepwise legislative approach on radioactive waste management is evaluated as a successful case. For South Korea, it is still necessary to prepare an adequate national policy for dealing with radioactive waste so the French model has been suggested as a direction of policy making in Korea. Based on comparisons of technical status and sociopolitical indexes in both countries, then this study suggests that the French legislative model is a valid one which may be applicable to the Korean context, especially in relation to resource recycling and social acceptance enhancement strategies.

  • Construction management has been a target of the result and the index which were decided by whether the resourecs(time, cost and progress...etc) were used. but this has been serious problems in time and cost because of the shortage of storage space, the incident, lowering of efficiency for works, working impossible of between work categories and the demage of finished products. Therefore I noticed that more correct and more objective establish of data collecting system was necessary. it was through the diversification of information for exchange and communication between the construction site and participants. DVR(Digital Video Recorder) and internet technology were suggested for a solution to this problem. the collected information by DVR was divided to 3 steps as how long it used and how much it processed for improving efficiency of using and storage of information. and then it was verified through applying to cases at construction site.

Implementation of Personalized Rehabilitation Exercise Mobile App based on Edge Computing

  • In this paper, we propose a mobile app for personalized rehabilitation exercise coaching and management service using an edge computing-based personalized exercise information collection system. The existing management method that relies on user input information has difficulty in examining the actual possibility of rehabilitation. In this paper, we implement an application that collects movement information along with body joint information through image information analysis based on edge computing at a remote location, measures the time and accuracy of the movement, and provides rehabilitation progress through correct posture information. In addition, in connection with the measurement equipment of the rehabilitation center, the health status can be managed, and the accuracy of exercise information and trend analysis information is provided. The results of this study will enable management and coaching according to self-rehabilitation exercises in a contactless environment.

  • Almost 40 years have been passed since the CPM was introduced to the construction industry in Korea. However most of construction projects in Korea do not prepare the CPM schedule neither operate it after established manually, as well as still depend on the Bar-chart schedule only. One of these reasons is because the CPM schedule does not reflect the site works realistically, it makes so difficult to recognize the actual progress clearly in visual format, and it is impossible to integrate and manage the time and cost oriented work progresses effectively. This paper proposes new concept of progress management that is able to integrate and manage the time oriented schedule progress and earned value oriented cost progress while maintaining the merits of CPM although the CPM schedule summarized automatically within a schedule hierarchy by the BDM that is a new CPM technique. We expect that this concept could make the applications of CPM technique to the domestic construction industry popular and help the advancement of the construction management in Korea as well.
