  • 좋은 부모가 되기 위한 가장 필요한 것은 부모는 누구나 쉽게 되는 것이 아니라는 생각을 갖는 것이다. 좋은부모가 되기 위해서 많은 노력을 해야하는 것은 당연한 일이다. 자녀를 교육하는데 있어서 엄마가 하지 말아야 할 것도 많다. 자녀를 진정으로 이해하고 사랑하는 좋은 엄마가 되어보자.

  • Business organizations need to introduce trans-oriented response way and efficient management skill to survive in these days of severe struggle for existence. The new management models now ask organizations for building a new employee-employer relationship. As the economic recession continues and consumption shrinks around the world, many companies are in trouble. Companies will fall behind in the market unless they respond to this seamless and fast-changing business environment and market in a structured fashion. Therefore, the importance of leadership is growing bigger and bigger. This study reviewed prior literatures dealing with the servant leadership and surveyed workers in the service industry. Resultingly, it was found that servant leadership had positive effects on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and that the superior's trust affected the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment.

  • The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership on occupational self-efficacy and role-based performance and to investigate the effect of occupational self-efficacy on role-based performance. Moreover, another objective of this study is to analyse the mediating role of occupational self-efficacy in the influence of authentic leadership on role-based performance. To accomplish the purpose of the study, this study employed two methods: literature reviews and empirical studies. The results showed that authentic leadership increase employees' occupational self-efficacy and have a positive influence on role-based performance. And it was found that employees' occupational self-efficacy also positively affect employees' role-based performance.

  • The combination of chloral hydrate and hydroxyzine is one of the safest and most commonly used drug regimens for sedating young, uncooperative pediatric dental patients. The continuous monitoring of respiratory function and early recognition of respiratory difficulties are essential for the successful management of sedated dental patients. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the success rate of the sedation and the hypoxia through monitoring the oxygen desaturation in the pulse oximeter in pediatric dental patients sedated with 60mg/kg chloral hydrate and 25mg hydroxyzine. The following results were obtained : 1. The success rate of the sedation was 69.6% and there was no statistically significant difference among the groups based on the ages, weight and duration of the operative time. 2. Forty two percentage of the sedated patients showed the temporary hypoxia state and there was no statistically significant difference based on the ages and weights of the patients. But there was a statistically significant difference on the duration of the operative time.

  • Orally administered chloral hydrate is often used, because of it's wide margin of safety and relatively few sideeffects. Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine with sedative and anti-emetic properties. It has been used in conjunction with chloral hydrate to reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting. But, it's therapeutic drug concentration has not been established. The purpose of this study was to assess the sedative effect and physiologic parameter of hydroxyzine of different doses in sedating young pediatric dental patients. Fifty uncooperative children, mean age 33.2 months, who needed at least four separate restorative visits, requiring local anesthesia participated in this study. On every visit, one of the following 4 different sedative regimen was given (1) 70mg/kg CH (2) 70mg/kg CH and 1mg/kg HD (3) 70mg/kg CH and 2mg/kg HD (4) 70mg/kg CH and 3mg/kg HD. Physiologic parameter was recorded and behavior was videotaped and rated using Ohio State University Behavior Rating Scale by one investigator, blind to the dose. The analyzed sedative effect of combined oral administration of 70mg/kg chloral hydrate and 2mg/kg hydroxyzine was superior to the other regimens. Evidence of adverse effect was not detected or reported during and/or after the procedures.

Effects of Authentic Leadership on Subordinates' Job Performance and Turnover Intention: Subordinates' Organizational Identification as a Mediating Role (진정성 리더십이 직무성과와 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 조직동일시의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between authentic leadership, organizational identification, job performance, and turnover intention. Specifically, the study investigated whether subordinates' organizational identification mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and subordinates' job performance and turnover intention. The study tested the mediated model using data from 299 employees working in a variety of organizations. The result revealed that authentic leadership was positively related to organizational identification and job performance but was negatively related to turnover intention. Further, organizational identification partially mediated the effects of authentic leadership on job performance and turnover intention. Theoretical and practical implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

  • In the domestic cosmetics market, it is important to secure high customer loyalty in order to stably enter the market. To do this, customers should have a deep sense of trust and bond through the authenticity of the brand. At this time, among the components of brand authenticity, only corporate authenticity has a positive effect on customer brand attachment and loyalty. This paper suggests marketing strategies based on CSR activities that can most effectively show corporate authenticity. First, only cases where the activity was continued for more than one year and the activity contents and results were clear and recognized for authenticity were selected. Twenty cosmetic brands met this condition and 28 CSR activities which conducted by the brand are analyzed. The characteristics of each area were derived by dividing it into four areas of desirable society presented by the EU, and a marketing strategy for each type was presented. This research will be of practical help in conducting CSR activities later in the enterprise.
