This study investigated research data-related services offered by North American university libraries, focusing on service names, hierarchical relationships, job titles of service managers, and job descriptions. The study analyzed the homepages of 50 university libraries and found a clear hierarchical relationship between research data-related service names, indicating a clear structure for these services. The title of 'librarian' was most commonly used for the position in charge of research data-related services, and the job content of this position was found to be quite wide. Other job titles such as 'specialist' and 'analyst' were also used for experts in various research data-related fields. The existence of these job titles was seen as a way for university libraries to strengthen the expertise of their research data-related services. Based on the findings, the authors propose a service composition system for research data-related services in domestic university libraries. This system includes 'research data service' as the highest-level service name, with 'research data management service', 'GIS service', and 'data visualization service' as sub-service names. The authors also suggest that research data-related services should be provided through collaboration between existing university librarians in the early stages of service provision, and that new recruitment of research data-related professionals could be considered gradually.

Until now most of the leadership studies have been focused to managers having in formal authority. However, in the recent business environment, team member should also demonstrate his leadership. Hence, the purpose of this study has been focused to the team member's leadership and their leadership effectiveness. In this study, we verified how the degree of master sergeant's support can control to moderate the intensity of the team member's leadership behavior. The analysis results were as follows: we have found that team member's issue leadership can effect on positive(+) way on the audience's acceptance to the leader as well as team performance. But the moderating effects of master sergeant's support on the team member's issue leadership and leader acceptance was not significant in terms of statistical point of view. It has also shown even the negative(-) effects of master sergeants's support on the team member's issue leadership and leader acceptance as well as team performance. Through this study, we can understand that the master sergeant's support may impeding the team member's independent leadership.

화정(火正)은 중국 고대에 불을 관장하던 관리를 말한다. 주요 직책은 화재 예방이나 소방 등 불의 관리를 주관하는 것으로서 소위 '화정'(火政)이라고도 한다. "한서(漢書)"의 화정에 관한 해석을 볼 때, 중국 고대에 불을 관리한다는 것이 국가를 통치하는 중요한 일이었음을 보여준다. 따라서 화정을 맡는 사람은 절대로 보통 사람일 수 없다. 사서의 기록과 민간전승에 근거할 때, 상고 시대에 있었던 네 명의 화정을 살펴볼 수 있다. 지위가 가장 혁혁한 화정은 당연희 황제의 반열에 있는 '염제'(炎帝)를 들 수 있다.

최근 해양사고 발생 건수의 급격한 증가와 더불어 어선의 조업 중 안전사고로 인한 인명피해 또한 크게 증가하였다. 중앙해양안전심판원의 공식 통계에 따르면, 2017년 46명이었던 안전사고의 사망실종자는 2019년 38명으로 소폭 감소하였으나, 2020년 60명으로 크게 증가하였다. 그러나, 사망자가 감소하였던 2019년 안전사고로 인한 부상자는 164명으로 전년도 76명 대비 2배 이상 증가하며 어선원에 대한 안전재해 예방은 실효성을 갖지 못하는 실정이다. 국내 업종별 산업재해율을 비교해볼 때, 어업 재해율은 농업, 광업, 제조업, 건설업, 임업 등을 포괄한 전체 산업 평균 재해율의 약 10배에 이르며 어업인들의 안전이 큰 위협에 놓여있음을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 2017년부터 2019년의 수협중앙회의 어선원 공제보험데이터를 활용하여 선박별, 재해자별 사고 현황과 발생 형태를 분석하였다. 특히, 교차분석과 연관규칙분석기법을 통해 승선 직책별 부상 부위와 사고발생 형태를 식별하였으며, 이에 따라 직책에 따른 부상 부위를 비교하여 맞춤형 예방대책 수립을 위한 지원과, 사고발생형태의 군집 분석을 통해 발생형태간의 연결고리를 도출하여, 스위스 치즈 모델에서 제안하는 취약점(Weakness)를 식별하고, 이러한 취약점을 보완하기 위한 방어 장벽(Protective barriers)을 제언한다.

In the 2000's, due to a change in hospital management strategy, the organizational structure shifted from a hierarchical system to a team system. While the hierarchical system is characterized by being activity centered, job title linked, and vertically managed, the team system is characterized by being competency centered, job title segregated, and horizontally managed. The job titles of medical technologist manager was surveyed three times in 1997, 2007, and 2017. It has been confirmed through staff members working at 24 hospitals in more than 500 beds in the metropolitan area. The results of job titles follow are as follow: "Team Leader; Part Leader" 14/24 (59%), "Chief Technologist; Area Head Technologist" 7/24 (29%), and "Chief" 3/24 (12%). The present authors propose an alternative name based on the team system to refine the three job titles currently used by medical technologists. First, the Chief Technologist is unclear if it refers to the Technologist General Manager or Technologist Manager. The Chief Technologist should be changed to "Team Leader". Second, given that Area Head Technologist or Section Chief are on the same position as Head Nurse, we suggest that Area Head Technologist or Section Chief should be changed to "Part Leader". Third, while the organization regulation is marked merely as Department of Laboratory Medicine according to the hierarchical system, it is marked as Laboratory Medicine Team according to the team system. Medical technologists come to have more belongingness, feeling of solidarity, and intimacy under the team system.

보건 간호 사업은 독특하고 중요한 공헌을 하는 보건 간호원이 그 기관의 조직체 내에서 조화되어야 한다. 보건 간호원의 기능은 교육 정도와 경험에 의해서 선정된다. 어떤 보건 간호원은 다른 보건 간호원들이 보건 기관에서 관리자나 감독 혹은 강사 자격으로 일할 때 평 직원으로 기능할 수도 있다. 보건사업을 실시함에 있어서는 좋은 건강을 통하여, 보다 나은 생활수준을 향상시키기 위하여 팀으로서 목표 달성을 위하여, 계획을 세우고 그 발전과정을 평가함에는 계획서가 필요하다. 제한된 인원으로서 중요한 건강사업을 실행해야 되는 보건 간호원은 조직된 집단과 같이 일해야 된다. 당면한 보건 간호원의 기능 중 중요한 것은 환자의 건강 지도 및 훈련과 행정이 포함되고 있다.

BOM 은 ERP 시스템의 하나의 하위 단위로써 원자재 및 소요부품 현황을 파악 할 수 있는 부품 소요 계획이다 본 논문에서는 BOM 관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 컴포넌트 기반 개발기법으로 BOM 시스템을 구현하였다. 그 결과 직접 효과로는 상품에 대한 소요 부품 산정 기간이 2 주일에서 2 일로 단축이 가능하였으며, 부품 소요량 산출도 정확하였다. 간접효과로는 해당 업체의 많은 조직변화를 가져왔으며 구체적으로는 이사급 직책을 축소하였다.
