The purpose of this study is to derive useful theoretical and practical implications for the prevention and overcoming of burnout of visiting caregivers by conducting a qualitative case study researb on the burnout experience of visiting caregivers. To this end, we analyzed the context in which visiting caregivers experienced relationships with the elderly 65 years of age or older and their family carers for long-term care benefit service, and the dispatched home elderly welfare center. As a result, a total of 12 high-level categories were derived, Which were 'I fell into a suspicious person', 'Fallen self-esteem', 'Visiting caregiver activity I don't want to do anymore', 'Oppressed being', 'In a violent situation Exposure', 'Devaluated care worker', 'Work that is difficult to be recognized as a professional occupation', 'Labor where the boundaries of work are not clear', 'Disappointment with family guardians', 'Social awareness and effort that is not easy to improve', 'Poor treatment of dispatching agencies' and 'Distrust of dispatching agencies'.

This study attempted to investigate the effect of counseling experts' job stress and resilience on psychological well-being. To this end, a survey was conducted on counselors working in counseling-related occupations across the country through a Google questionnaire, and data from a total of 250 people were analyzed. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis between major variables were performed. To verify the causal relationship, it was analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24.0 program. Results, There were no factors affecting psychological well-being in demographic variables (gender, age, education, counseling experience, and supervision frequency). Among the job stress factors, social expectations for counselors had a relatively large impact, the resilience factor was found to have a positive effect when self-acceptance of life was active. The results of this study can be used as basic data for various measures to increase the psychological well-being of counselors.

By analyzing the operation status of fire safety management of small construction site workers, deriving problems, and suggesting improvement measures, this study was conducted to present practical basic data for their efficient use in the future, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was analyzed that small construction site workers are elderly in the age group of construction workers, have short construction skills, most of the jobs are working in the construction industry, and the employment type is non-regular workers. Second, the fire safety management improvement plan of small construction site workers is systematized, fire safety manager is deployed to manage fire risk, fire escape routes and emergency warning facilities are provided to inform all workers at the construction site. In addition, measures to reduce industrial accidents are needed through realistic evacuation training, fire VR training, and interesting educational programs.

This paper proposes a customized AI exercise recommendation service for balancing the relative amount of exercise according to the working environment by each occupation. WISDM database is collected by using acceleration and gyro sensors, and is a dataset that classifies physical activities into 18 categories. Our system recommends a adaptive exercise using the analyzed activity type after classifying 18 physical activities into 3 physical activities types such as whole body, upper body and lower body. 1 Dimensional convolutional neural network is used for classifying a physical activity in this paper. Proposed model is composed of a convolution blocks in which 1D convolution layers with a various sized kernel are connected in parallel. Convolution blocks can extract a detailed local features of input pattern effectively that can be extracted from deep neural network models, as applying multi 1D convolution layers to input pattern. To evaluate performance of the proposed neural network model, as a result of comparing the previous recurrent neural network, our method showed a remarkable 98.4% accuracy.

This study was aimed to identify importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers for Intensive Care Unit Clinical Nurse Expert (ICU CNE) roles. A questionnaire survey was performed with 138 intensive care unit health care providers between May 3 to 29, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. t-test and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). There were statistically significant differences in importance(t=2.33, p=.024) and satisfaction(t=5.43, p<.001) between physicians and nurses. The importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers were ranked in the order of advanced clinical practice, professional activity, coordination and cooperation, education and counseling and research. In the 'concentrate' area, it was found that 'Professional activity' and 'Education' should be improved. A strategy is needed to strengthen the expertise of ICU CNE and to enhance the competency in areas that need improvement.

A radiographer is a job in charge of diagnostic imaging equipment, and must contribute to the promotion of public health by suggesting an appropriate level of work. To this end, we intend to present an appropriate level of work through evaluation of human harm according to work, statistical evaluation through questionnaires, and domestic and international trends. In the case of human harm evaluation, considering radiation exposure, 42.6%, shield work, 69.7%, and in the case of magnetic resonance imaging, the maximum length of stay in the examination room should be adjusted to 15 minutes and not exceed 30 times. According to the survey statistics, it was confirmed that the physical and mental burden increased due to the high workload and difficulty compared to working hours. Based on domestic and international trends, it is necessary to adjust the examination standards for domestic radiographers to 36.8% to promote national health through qualitative improvement of radiological examinations. something to do.

본 논문에서는 코로나바이러스감염증19 사태가 국내 취업시장에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지에 대해 알아보기 위하여 빅데이터를 활용한 직업 관련 분석 및 시각화를 수행하였다. 빅데이터를 위한 기본 자료는 통계청 자료와 워크넷 Open API를 활용하였으며, 빅데이터 처리 과정을 거쳐 결과값을 예측을 시도하였다. 2020년도 워크넷 Open API를 통해 고용수와 통계청 자료를 통해 비교 분석 및 시각화를 실시하였고, 08년~20년 취업자수를 통해 시계열 분석 및 예측을 진행해 앞으로의 횡보를 예상해보았다. 분석한 결과 19년, 20년도를 비교 분석했을 때에는 크게 차이가 나지 않았다. 추가적으로 시계열 분석기법을 활용해 보았을 때 매년 고용수는 전체적으로 증가하고 4월에는 감소, 7월에는 증가하는 추세가 나왔다. 코로나바이러스감염증19 사태로 인해 공공기관과 언택트 시대에 따른 화상회의나 재택근무로 인해 운수·통신 취업률은 상승한다는 결과값이 도출되었고, 자영업이나 서비스 직업 등은 다른 직종에 비해 큰 감소를 보여줬으나 국가 경제 활성화에 따른 고용수는 점차 증가할 것이라 예측된다.

This study examined empirically the effect mechanism of labor market structure on access to social insurance. Data were derived from the second wave of Korea Welfare Panel Study in 2007 with a sub-sample of 3,790 of wage workers. Path analysis and structural equation model were used to analyze the effect mechanism. Findings confirmed the inequality of labor market by revealing high causal relationships among occupations and jobs, size of the firm, employment forms, and income. The results suggest that access to social insurance depends on the structural interaction of labor market rather than on the individual worker's trait. Small enterprises and non-standard employment were indicated as the main element explaining the unequal access to social insurance. Finally this study identified women's experience of intensive inequalities in the labor market status and access to social insurance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of techno-overload and techno-invasion on work-family conflict and the mediating role of psychological detachment from work to techno-overload and techno-invasion. In addition, this study examined the moderating role of leader-member exchange in the relationship between techno-overload, techno-invasion and psychological detachment from work. The results from 306 participants provided evidence that (1) techono-invasion was negatively related to psychological detachment from work, (2) psychological detachment from work was negatively related to work-family conflict, (3) psychological detachment from work partially mediated the relationship between techno-invasion and work-family conflict (4) leader-member exchange moderated the relationship between techno-invasion and psychological detachment from work. Based on the results, implications of these findings, limitations, and future research were dicussed in general discussion.
