This paper proposes the method to increase the current direct load control program by inspecting the problems of the DLC program. In order to increase the number of the customers participating DLC program, a raise of the base incentive and the direct load control incentive is suggested based on the interruption cost of electric power considering the characteristics of kinds of load.

In this paper, an advanced torque control scheme of SRM using DITC(Direct Instantaneous Torque Control) and PWM(pulse width modulation) is investigated. The proposed DITC-PWM regulates a duty ratio of the phase switch according to the torque error and simple control rules of DITC without any hysteresis bandwidth. The proposed control method is verified by the simulations and experimental results.

5축 관절로 구성된 파이프 등반용 로봇을 마스터 장비를 이용하여 반자동 원격제어하기 위해서는 마스터와 로봇 사이에 이동 좌표를 매칭 시켜주는 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 로봇에 장착된 모터의 움직임을 기구학적으로 풀어냄으로써 마스터 장비의 좌표계를 로봇 모터의 구동과 직접 매칭시키기 위한 과정을 수학적으로 기술한다.

제 1주제에는 총 106편의 논문이 접수되었으며, 이 논문들의 내용, 성격, 해석방법 등을 정리하였다. 일반적으로 논문의 수준은 모두 우수했으며, 구두발표를 위한 논문을 선정하는데 어려움이 있었다. 해석적인 방법에 있어서는 수치해석 방법이, 계측에 있어서는 직접 계측방법이 가장 일반적으로 사용되었다. 논문 면 수에 제한이 있었기 때문에 대부분의 저자들은 자세한 해석내용을 생략하고 있었다. 특이한 점은 암석역학과 유체동력학과의 접합이라 할 수 있으며, 암반 안전성에 미치는 시간의 영향 등에 대한 연구가 계속적으로 이루어져야 한다.

This paper presents a direct adaptive control scheme for nonminimum phase systems of which controller parameters are estimated from the least-squares algorithm, and some additional auxiliadry parameters are obtianed from the proposed polynomial identity equation. Integral action is incorporated into the adaptive controller to eliminate the steady-state error, and to satisfy a condition of the unique solution for the polynomial identity as well.

SDN(Software Defined Networking)은 효율적인 방법과 저렴한 비용으로 네트워크를 직접 프로그램 하여 즉각적인 제어를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SDN 의 특성을 활용, SDN 구성요소인 컨트롤러와 스위치를 활용하여 공격 정보를 수집하고 이를 기반으로 공격을 탐지하는 위협 레벨 관리 모듈, 공격 탐지 모듈, 패킷 통계 모듈 등을 설계하여 프로그래밍하고 허니팟을 적용하여 서비스 거부(DoS, Denial of Services)공격을 차단하는 방법을 제시한다.

The typical hydraulic system of hoist is composed of a hydraulic supply unit, a directional control valve, two pilot operated check valves, two flow control valves. The capacity coefficients of flow control valves should be adjusted for the hoist to operate at moderate speed and minimize the hydraulic energy loss. However, it is difficult to adjust the four capacity coefficients of flow control valves by trial and error for optimal operation. The steady state model of the hoist hydraulic system is derived and the optimal capacity coefficients of flow control valves are obtained using the complex method that is one kind of constrained direct search method.
