고양이 말초혈액 탐식세포(단핵구세포(MNC) 및 다형핵백혈구(PMNC))의 탐식능 에 있어서 인삼 saponin(ginseng total saponin(G75), ginseng PT saponin(GPT) 및 ginseng PD saponin(GPD))의 면역증강 효과를 flow cytometry를 이용하여 분석하였다. 인삼 ssponins을 직접 첨가하여 배양한 MNC 및 PMNC에서는 탐식중강 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 각각의 인삼 saponin을 첨가하여 배양한 PMNC 및 MNC 배양상충액의 존재하에 PMNC 및 MNC의 탐식능을 겅토한 결과, MNC의 탐식능은 Gff 첨가 PMNC 배양상충액과 GTS 및 GPT 첨가 MNC 배양상충액의 존재하에서 약간의 탐식증강 효과를 보였다. PMNC 탐식능의 경우에는 GPD 첨가 PMNC 배양상충액에서 미약한 탐식증강 효과가 나타났으나, 각각의 인 삼 saponin 첨가 MNC 배양상충액 존재하에서는 모두 현저한 탐식중강 효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로부터 고양이 말초혈액 탐식세포의 탐식증강 효과는 인삼 saponin의 직접적인 작용보다는 인삼 saponin에 의해 활성화된 단핵구세포에서 분비되는 가용성물질에 의해 단 핵구세포보다는 다형핵백혈구에서 현저하게 탐식효과가 증강되는 것으로 판단되었다.

This study is for analyzing the mgmt performances of Korean tourism firms, operating as preparing strategically against FTA, one of the most importantly external environment in int'l mgmt since in the mid of 1990s. The main purpose can be mentioned to test empirically some relations between the mgmt performances of Korean tourism ones and the economic effects originated from FTA. The dependent variables of mgmt performances are classified with sales, profits and mgmt satisfaction, while the independent one regarding with economic effects from FTA are sorted based on the previous studies with the 2 following factors like direct with inbound/outbound and indirect effects. This study is conducted in two stages. Firstly, the research model is designed by the reviewing relevant theories and previous studies. Secondly, the survey of Korean tourism firms engaging in mgmt activities is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are used for correlation, reliability, validity and multi-regression on SPSS 12.0 and the path analysis of structural equation modeling is activated with AMOS 11.0.

본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객만족과 지속사용의도를 예측하기 위해 구매 경험자를 대상으로 구매의사 결정 시 이용한 정보에 대한 사후 만족 측정을 통해 정보원천의 중요성과 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 구매와 관련된 기대형성에 정보원천이 미치는 영향과 전통적인 기대불일치 패러다임하에서 기대불일치와 만족간의 관계를 온라인 환경에서는 정보만족이 매개함을 살펴보았다. 분석결과 첫째, 정보원천 중 자신의 구매경험이 기각되었으며 반면 다른 소비자의 소비경험인 온라인 구전정보가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전통적인 기대불일치이론과 달리 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서는 전반적 만족에 대한 정보만족의 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 전반적 만족에 대해 정보만족이 직접효과가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 의사결정 유용성은 전반적인 만족과 지속사용의도에 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 온라인 환경에서의 정보의 중요성을 실증한 것으로 정보를 통한 기대관리, 정보만족을 기반으로 한 고객만족과 지속사용을 예측할 수 있게 해준다.

This study seeks to find a way to induce users to expand their direct participation in sports through the acceptance of digital technology. From July 1 to August 30, 2022, a survey was conducted targeting home training users who applied the Internet of Things (IoT). 129 people participated in the survey through non-face-to-face self-administration method. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediation regression analysis were conducted using IBM's SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the relationship between the home training PPM model and direct participation in sports, ease appeared to have a mediating effect. In the factors of push, simple functionality showed a complete mediating effect, and inefficiency showed a partial mediating effect. Among pull factors, enjoyment and possibility of experience showed a complete mediating effect. In the mooring factors, individual innovativeness showed a complete mediating effect. Second, in the relationship between home training PPM model and direct participation in sports, usefulness showed a mediating effect. In the factors of push, simple functionality showed a complete mediating effect, and inefficiency showed a partial mediating effect. Among pull factors, enjoyment and possibility of experience showed a complete mediating effect. Among the mooring factors, individual innovativeness showed a partial mediating effect. Through this research, it is expected that the sports industry will contribute to the expansion of consumption expenditure and economic growth through the expansion of digital technologies such as NFT, Metaverse, and virtual/augmented reality.

최적항로 지원 시스템은 실해역 속도 성능 예측방법에서의 선택 근거확보와 정확도 평가를 위한 효과 검증이 반드시 필요하다. 하지만 이 같은 성능검증에 있어서 동일한 선박에 대한 다양한 대안 항로에서의 동시성능계측이 불가능하기 때문에 효과를 직접 비교하기는 상당히 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최적항로 지원 시스템의 효과 검증을 위한 간접적인 절차를 제안하였고, 시스템의 내부 분석코드를 이용하여 효과를 비교 검증하였다. 그 절차는 1) 계산의 근거 인기상 정보의 정확성 검증, 2) 실제 항로에서의 성능예측계산의 신뢰성 확인, 3) 신뢰성이 확보된 계산방법을 이용한 최적항로선택, 4) 실제 항로와 최적항로의 연료 효율성 비교의 4단계로 이루어진다. 대상 선박은 폴라리스쉬핑의 솔라돌핀호(208k BC)이며 실선 운항 데이터는 최적항로 지원 시스템을 통하여 직접 계측하였다. 그 결과 호주-한국 항차에서 최적항로를 항해할 경우 약 6.0%의 연료 절감 효과를 기대할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Promoted in places like Korea, the central government and the local governments that can provide information on which to base investment policy to attract foreign direct mutation-specific gravity model (Shift-Share Model) In this study, the decrease of foreign direct investment performance using factors looked up in the industry. The sample period of 2009, 2010, 2011 nationwide (metropolitan and non-metropolitan separated) of foreign direct investment performance for Industry Standard Industrial Classification (Division) was conducted. Factors to look at the results of the National Growth Effect(NS), the industrial structure effect (IM), local allocation effect(RS) to decrease foreign direct investment in 2010 and 2011 non-metropolitan, metropolitan national growth effect(RS) is negative(-) has a value. Because it appears to be the aftermath of the global recession, the impact on the domestic economy Metropolitan area and the Industrial Mix Effect(IM) to the development of education, culture, business, and transportation, etc. in the development of service industries than in non-metropolitan valid environment. In the sector of services (food accommodation, business services, entertainment), We did it, was able to find the function. However, the Regional Share Effect(RS) be competitive in the manufacturing sector in metropolitan areas in the metal and chemical sectors have been identified. These results seems to enhance the competitiveness of the region, such as the metropolitan area's excellent workforce. Shift-Share analysis technique based on competitive factors of the region, to find the failure has limitations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of body appearance satisfaction(BAS) and the self-esteem on the obesity stress(OS). A survey sample drawn from the total of 664 middle school students(324 of females and 340 of males) were analyzed with the suggested conceptual model by employing the latent variables such as BAS and OS. By using the AMOS statistical program, we found that the conceptual model fitted well with the data set and paths in the model significantly predicted the OS. The middle schoolers' BAS had significant direct effects on the OS and self-esteem as well as a indirect effect via self-esteem on the OS. Self-esteem had a significant direct effect on the OS which was larger than the total effects from BAS on OS. Therefore, self-esteem could be buffered the negative influences from the BAS on the OS.

We studied the financial performance of ammunition stockpile reliability program on the Defense Management. We proposed the direct effect analysis, the indirect effect analysis and the combat power reinforcement effect as the financial performance analysis methodology. And, we estimated the financial performance using the proposed methods and the data of 2013 ASRP's data The financial performance by direct effect and indirect effect analysis was 99.96billion won and 303.7billion won. Also, The financial performance by reinforced Combat power reinforcement was 12.06 billion won. Therefore, the total financial performance of Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program was 52.43 billion won.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of spiritual experience and depression between self-identity and subjective well-being. The subjects of this study were 138 pastor's wives, and mediating effects were analysed through path analysis and Sobel test. As a result of analysis, first, there were significant relationships among self-identity, spiritual experience, depression, and subjective well-being, but not between spiritual experience and depression. Second, spiritual experience and depression had significant mediating effect within the relationship of self-identity and subject well-being. Third, self-identity had not significant direct effect on subjective well-being. Forth, spiritual experience had not significant direct effect on depression. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of self-identity and spiritual experience that could be taken to improve subjective well-being. In addition, suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study was to examine the structural model of nursing student 's Professional self-concept, Critical thinking, Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress. The subjects consisted of 227 nursing students and data was collected through Structured questionnaires. Results, Critical thinking, Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed a direct effect on Professional self-concept for nursing students. Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed an indirect effect on nursing Professional self-concept. Clinical competency and Clinical Practice Stress showed a direct effect on Critical thinking and Clinical Practice Satisfaction. In this paper, we propose a new approach to nursing students 'self-concept in nursing. In this paper, we propose a new approach to nursing students' self-concept. And to develop and apply an intervention program that can reduce the stress of clinical practice.
