Recently, the thoughts of Employees about the concept of workspace changes a job for a whole life time into the temporary job for an own' career development. To solve the problem, it causes the introduction of Fun Management among Domestic Corporations as the research for a fun and good workspace and the interest for the organization performance through it are increasing. However, the introduction possibility based on enough comprehension for various problems such as the strict relationship in the workspace, the rigid situation on construction site, the increase in the safe accident and the social avoidance phenomena for the employment to construction field in case that the fun management is introduced into domestic construction industry in the future is considered. Therefore, this study to propose the possibility and direction regarding the future fun management, when introduced into the domestic construction industry, by surveying and analyzing the common problems between The present state of the fun management method which is introduced and applied to other industries in advance and the performance process of the fun management which introduced and applied to the domestic construction corporations.

디자이너들이 3ds max를 어렵게 느끼는 것은 학습량이 많기도 하지만 근본적인 이유는 이해가 어렵다는 점 때문이다. 더욱이 직장생활을 하다보면 학습시간이 많지 않기 때문에 아예 중간에 포기하는 경우가 많다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 기본개념을 먼저 이해해야 할 것이다. 기본 흐름을 이해하면 응용기술은 쉽게 습득할 수 있을 것이기 때문이다. 이에 우리는 2회에 걸쳐 3ds max의 기본적인 제작개념을 배웠다. 이번 호는 마지막단계로 지금까지 배운 개념들을 실제로 어떻게 적용되는지 배워보도록 하겠다. 이 전에 알아둘 것은 이번 내용은‘예제 따라하기’식 설명이 아니라, 개념을 토대로 제작되는 과정의 흐름을 익히는 것이다. 만일 툴 사용법과 같은 테크닉적인 학습을 원한다면 차라리 서점에 있는 좋은 학습서를 통해 익히는 것이 좋을 것이다.

The purpose of the study is to explore the experience of bullying in the workplace of nurses. The study period was April 1 2013 to July 5 2013. The subjects were 14 nurses who had experienced bullying at their workplace. Data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory methodology. With data analysis, 139 concepts, 35 subcategories, and 13 categories were generated. "Disregard of presence by negatively learned inertia" was the central phenomenon for workplace bullying of nurses, and the core category was 'struggle to regain oneself'. This study will contribute to a change in individual and organizational awareness of bullying in the workplace by presenting a dynamic process of nurses experiencing bullying. Research is required on identifying workplace bullying status, monitoring methods and program development to reduce workplace bullying of nurses.

This study aims to investigate which job crafting has impact on person-job fit and job satisfaction. We define the concept of job crafting, person-job fit and job satisfaction based on previous literatures and analyze the relationship between variables. The research sample was collected from ground staffs of Low Cost Carrier (LCC) working in Incheon international airport. Results show that the cognition crafting influences on person-job fit of ground staff, and the person-job fit has been verified as a positive effect on job satisfaction.

압축 도시(Compact City)란 도시 용지의 이용 효율성을 높이기 위해 직장과 주거지의 거리를 좁히고, 자연 공간을 최대한 확보할 수 있도록 하는 신개념 도시를 말한다. 압축 도시 형태의 개발이 최근 국내에서 신도시를 비롯해 인기를 끌고 있다. 올 하반기에 분양하는 유망 단지들 역시 이런 트렌드에서 크게 벗어나지 않는다. 어떤 분양 단지가 유망한지 짚어본다.

The purpose of the present study was to prepare baseline data for developing nursing theory and knowledge by analyzing the concept of taeoom among the nurses and by investigating the differences from the similar concept of workplace bullying. This study carried out an analysis after perusing 15 articles selected from 125 research articles retrieved according to the evolutionary method of Rodgers. The attributes of taeoom found in the present study were passage rites, painful human relationships, verbal attacks, and working relationships. There is a clear difference in concept between taeoom and workplace bullying, therefore the two concepts should be used discriminatively in nursing research. In addition, by the dynamic changes of the properties of taeoom according to the times and social circumstances, the concept of taeoom is gradually expanding and changing negatively.

Korea is a rapidly industrializing nation. As a consequence, more mothers are working outside the home. This trend is likely to continue into the future and raises the problem of infant-toddler care during the mother's working hours. Considering that Korea is making such rapid economic advances, quality care for children of working mothers Is not only desirable but affordable as well. Variety in options for child care is recommended by Beck (1982). Some of the alternatives in child care have been discussed elsewhere (KWDI, 1984). This paper, thus, concentrated on center-based, worksite child care. Because the human environment is the most important aspect of the center, qualified staff and a low ratio of children per staff member is Vital. Philosophy of program and its actualization ensures that the children have a worthwhile experience at the center. The physical plant houses the center and includes provision for space, materials, and equipment for staff and child use in carrying out the program. Adequate health protection is a critical factor in infant-toddler group care programs.

This study was to investigate the elementary students' preconception on the brightness of electric bulb and degree of consistency on their preconceptions. Participants were 160 students of fifth graders in Seoul area. They had already teamed about the brightness of series circuit and parallel circuit of batteries. After they solved six problems in the same context, we provided them a pair of circuit which was an anomalous situation. And then they conducted CCLT (Cognitive Conflict Level Test). Elementary school students showed various preconceptions when they explained the light of bulb of two Simple electric Circuits. Many Students Consistently Showed the Scientific misconceptions like 'the light of bulb of two simple electric circuits was that the more batteries and the fewer bulbs were brighter.' The level of consistency that students presented scientific misconceptions was grouped all of four, such as 'high, middle, low, and nothing.' Therefore the higher scientific achievement they have, the higher consistency they have. As the students had high consistency level, they revealed high cognitive conflict level significantly. This high consistency will help them to change their preconception on the brightness of electric bulb and their cognitive conflict.

통계청이 발표한 '10월 고용동향' 자료에 의하면 10월 국내 실업률은 2.6%, 총 실업자수는 60만5000명으로 조사됐다. 특히 20~30대의 청년실업률은 계속 증가해 모두 40만9000명으로 전체 실업자의 67.6%나 차지하고 있어 그 심각성이 더하다. 더욱 심각한 것은 대졸 이상의 고학력 실업률이 계속 증가하고 있는 것이다. 1998년 IMF라는 미증유의 외환위기를 겪으면서 평생직장 개념이 사라졌다. 스스로 실력을 키워 몸값을 올리지 않으면 살아남기 힘든 무한경쟁시대가 도래했다.
