A Study on Satisfaction and Commitment Impact on Turnover Intentions at Occupation and Organization (직업과 조직에 관한 만족과 몰입이 전환의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this research was to examine the relationship between two forms of satisfaction, commitment and turnover intentions at organization, job. Also consistent with the Meyer et al(1993) notion of the three-component model of organizational commitment. Although researchers have examined organizational commitment in relation to a wide range of variables, there has been no discriminant validity of commitment at occupation and job. The purpose of the present article, are to compare the relation between satisfaction forms, commitment forms and turn intentions forms. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the proposed distinction between the three forms of commitment and two turnover intentions forms at the measurement level in the distribution industry(N=156). Results using structural equation analysis with AMOS18 showed that job satisfaction had an positive impact on job commitment forms. Organizational satisfaction positive impact on two turnover intentions forms. However it revealed that no significant relation between organizational satisfaction and job commitment, job commitment and job turnover intentions.

Announcers' Job Satisfaction and Jon Continuity Intention (아나운서의 직업 만족도와 직업 지속의도)

  • The object of this study is to determine and prioritize the factors that affect job satisfaction and job continuity intention of an important media content provider group - TV/radio announcers. In this study, the determinant factors are classified as "internal" factors (i.e. career motivation and identity as a member of an organization) and "external" factors such as reputation and prestige. A survey was conducted among active announcers in Korea, and 106 responded. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis. The result showed that organizational identity affected the job satisfaction and job continuity intention most, and perceived external prestige affected least. In conclusion, announcer's job satisfaction and job continuity intention have more meaningful relationship with internal factors than with external factors.

Influence of TV Drama Main Character Job on Story (TV 드라마 주인공 직업의 변화가 스토리에 미치는 영향)

  • Reflecting times, Korean TV dramas have gone through massive changes. So have their main characters. This study is about their jobs, which have become more professional as well as diverse. It is observed that the male characters" jobs and job-related episodes take the center stage in the stories of dramas, rather than love stories of those characters. While main characters' jobs used to be part of the overall backdrop in the past, it has been the latest trend for a drama to begin building conflicts around and in the meticulously described work settings. This is opening up the possibility for new categories of genre dramas, as opposed to the typical Koran melodramas. For further success of this newly burgeoning trend, the sense of reality matters the most. Then, it requires elaborately built narratives, based upon a high level of expertise of playwrights in the relevant fields, and realistic proper image processing techniques.

A Narrative Research on Occupational Identity of a TVET Teacher Using the Project Method in Programming Fields (프로젝트법을 활용하는 프로그래밍분야 직업능력개발훈련교사의 직업정체성 내러티브 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to discover the occupational identity by examining the narrative of the life of a TVET teacher using the project method in programming fields. Teacher S, a participant in the study, started as a part-time lecturer at university and has been teaching programs for the past 20 years. As a result, six kinds of occupational identities of a programming teacher who teach by project method were found. S experienced pride and pride as a teacher through the project method. The project method served as a motive for continuous self-development to lead S to an expert. His experience as a positive teacher made him wish to maintain this life and live as a teacher as long as his health permits, even after retirement. This study has significance in exploring the structure of the occupational identity of a TVET teacher using the project method in programming fields, which have not been studied yet.

How Digital Camera Has Changed Photographers? A Phenomenological Approach of Digital Labor (디지털 사진 이후 사진가들의 변화 현상학적 접근을 중심으로)

  • This study examines photographers who experienced steep changes from film to digital photography working and photography culture after using digital camera through a phenomenological approach. Digital technologies have brought many transition. Most of all digital camera popularize photography among people who had no knowledge and experience about camera. On the contrary digital photography made many professional photographers difficulties. After being digital photography, most film companies and film developing and printing studios have diminished. In addition many professional photographers have to cover increasing working time by decreasing photography price. For this research researcher interviewed 12 professional photographers who is working as a digital photographer. After collecting data, researcher analyse data by phenomenological approach. This study is looking for a meaning of photographers' labor after digital photography times.

  • 지식기반사회에 있어서는 종래부터 사용되어 오던 직업교육의 개념 설정과 교육의 방향이 바뀌어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 직업교육, 기술교육, 진로교육, 전문교육, 공학교육 등의 의미를 살펴보고, 전문대학과 대학 수준에서의 직업교육에 관한 교육과정을 살펴본 후, 그 개선점과 나아갈 방향에 대한 탐색을 하였다 이 논문에서 사용한 연구 방법으로는 자료 분석에 의한 문헌 연구(literature research) 방법이다.

  • AI 의료 영상 분석 기술은 의료 분야의 인력 부족 문제를 해결하는 방법으로 주목받고 있다. 이전 연구들은 세그멘테이션 라벨링과 질병 유무를 결합하여 판단하는데, 이 방법은 큰 비용과 시간이 소요된다. 본 논문은 의료 전문가의 세그멘테이션 라벨링 없이 병명 라벨만의 학습으로 질병을 어느 정도 진단할 수 있음을 보인다. 실험에 따르면 의미있는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.
