A Study on the Task Performance of Mobile Service Users in Medical Institute: Emphasis on Individual Characteristics and Task-Technology Fit(TTF) Model (의료기관 모바일 서비스 이용자의 직무성과에 관한 연구 : 개인특성과 직무-기술 적합 모형을 중심으로)

  • The rapid growth of investments in mobile service to reach a large and growing body of customers, coupled with low communication costs, has made user acceptance an increasingly critical management issue. The study draws upon the task-technology fit (TTF) model as its theoretical basis and its empirical findings to pragmatically explain the key factors that affect the performance and user acceptance of mobile service in medical field. A total of 110 usable responses were obtained. The findings indicate that the task, technology, and individual user characteristics positively affect task-technology fit and mobile service usage. The task-technology fit and mobile service usage are the dominant factors that affect mobile service performance. The result points out the importance of the fit between technologies and users' tasks in achieving individual performance impact from mobile service in medical arena.

  • 현행 철도관련기관에 종사하는 안전업무종사자(기관사, 관제사 등)의 업무적성평가제도는 나름의 논리적 토대 하에 설계되어 안전업무종사자의 업무적성검증과 역량의 개발 및 보존에 기여하는 바가 크다. 그러나 한편 조직 내외적인 여러 요인으로 인해 사회, 기술, 가치관(욕구) 등의 제반 환경적 변화추세를 적시에 제도적으로 반영하는데 일정한 한계가 있을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 같은 점을 고려하면서 특히 기관사를 대상으로 한 직무분석결과를 토대로 현행 업무적성평가제도와의 적합관계를 분석하여 바람직한 제도적 틀을 설계하기 위한 기초정보를 제시하려는데 그 목적이 있다.

  • 21세기에 기업의 운명을 결정짓는 것은 기업문화이다. 바람직한 기업문화는 훌륭한 일터 만들기 위한 전제조건이다. 그런 까닭에 오늘날 대부분의 기업들이 각사 특성에 적합한 바람직한 기업문화 정착에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 성마기업(주)가 그렇다. 성마기업은 투명경영을 통해 임직원 모두 주인의식을 갖고 소통하는 기업문화를 갖고 있다. 또 매년 전직원이 모여서 교육을 실시한다. 성마기업은 지난 1월 13일 오후 1시부터 15일 오후 6시까지 인천광역시 소재 건설기술교육원에서 60여명의 전 직원이 참석한 가운데 2박 3일간 직무능력 향상교육을 실시했다. 이 교육에 예외란 없다. 본사를 비롯, 전국에 있는 현장의 모든 직원들이 참석하여 교육을 받는다. 본지는 성마기업(주)가 실시한 2016년도 직무 능력 향상 교육을 직접 다녀왔다.

Horticultural Therapy: Job Analysis, Performance Evaluation, and Educational Needs (원예치료사의 직무 및 수행평가와 교육요구 분석)

  • This study was conducted to provide a job analysis for, and assess the job performance of horticultural therapists, as well as examine future educational needs. To this end, a chart developed using the DACUM method was chosen as the appropriate tool for the job analysis of horticultural therapists (Study 1). Based on the chart, a survey using an evaluation form was produced to investigate the current level of job performance and future required level of horticultural therapists (Study 2). A total of 8 duties and 45 tasks were classified to examine job performance, based on analysis of the DACUM Council (Study 1). These duties include A. Decide execution organization for horticultural therapy (HT) program, B. Diagnose and assess clients before starting the HT program, C. Plan HT program, D. Develop HT program, E. Prepare to implement HT program for each session, F. Implement HT program for each session, G. Implement overall assessment for HT program, and H. Develop oneself as a horticultural therapist. Their duties were broken down further into five to eight tasks per duty, totaling 45 tasks. Based on the horticultural therapist job performance sheet developed through this process, an assessment of the current job level of horticultural therapists was performed and future required level were examined (Study 2). The evaluation forms were sent to 779 horticultural therapists with level 1 or 2 certification via email or mail delivery. The analysis of 242 questionnaires (31.1%) revealed that horticultural therapists with level 1 certificates have a significantly higher job performance level for 34 of the 45 tasks. Regarding future required level, 20 out of 45 tasks were assessed as higher for level 1 horticultural therapists than level 2. In addition, a Borich formula was utilized to identify the priority of educational needs for the 45 horticultural therapist tasks. The results revealed the following top three tasks: H1. Receive feedback from the supervisor for the horticultural therapy program; A1. Distribute promotional materials about the horticultural therapy program; and H2. Submit a grant proposal for horticultural therapy program to organizations such as welfare foundations. The results of this study are anticipated to facilitate understanding and improve work conditions for current horticultural therapists or horticultural therapists-in-training. In addition, institutions that train horticultural therapists will be able to use this as basic research to develop a practical training curriculum.

Structural Relationships between the Variables of Person-Environment Fit, Positive Psychological Capital and Innovative Work Behavior (개인-환경 적합성, 긍정심리자본, 혁신 행동 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The importance of person-environment fit has been highlighted for human resources management in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of person-environment fit on innovative work behavior by focusing on mediating role of positive psychological capital. Person-environment fit showed a significant effect on positive psychological capital and turnover intentions. Innovative work behavior appeared to have a mediating effect on the relationship between person-environment fit and innovative work behavior. Especially the person-environment fit itself has no direct effect on innovative work behavior, and when the awareness of the positive psychological capital is firstly formed into a person, it can increase innovative work behavior.

A Meta-analysis of variables related to organizational commitment of social workers (사회복지사의 조직몰입과 관련된 변인에 관한 메타분석)

  • This study examined the correlation between the variables related to the organizational commitment of social workers. The research results are as follows. First, the overall effect size of the variable group had an intermediate effect size. Among the four organizational commitment-related variables, the job-related negative variable had the largest effect size. Next, the group of positive variables related to the organization, the group of positive variables related to the job, and the group of individuals related to the individual were in order. Second, among the individual-related variables, experience, gender, and education showed a small effect size, and other factors were close to the small effect size. In the group of positive variables related to organization, all variables except for transactional leadership and organizational fairness, which had a medium effect size, showed a large effect size. The job-related positive variables showed a large effect size only for job satisfaction, and customer orientation and job suitability were close to the large effect size. The turnover intention, which is a group of job-related negative variables, had a large effect size and job stress showed a medium effect size.

A Study on the Impact of Hotel Internal Marketing Practices on Culinary Staff Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (호텔기업 내부마케팅활동이 조리종사원들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study seeks to determine causal relationships between hotel internal marketing practices and job satisfaction, and ultimately on organizational commitment, to contribute information enabling hotel management to better understand employees working in hotel culinary departments. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were employed for the statistical analysis (e.g. frequency statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structure equation model). Results revealed that the formulated model showed proper model fit (${\chi}^2=227.154$(df=179), p-value=0.009, CMIN/DF=1.269, RMR=0.013, GFI=0.931, AGFI=0.911, NFI=0.906, CFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.031), and confirmed construct reliability and convergent validity. Three factors (benefit package, educational training, work autonomy) were extracted based on the results of the factor analyses. Specifically, benefit package and work autonomy exhibited an effect on job satisfaction with benefit package asthe most significant factor (t-value 3.311, p<0.001), partially supporting the first hypothesis of this study. In addition, job satisfaction has found to have a positive influence in organizational commitment, confirming the second hypothesis of this study.

Influence of Internal Competency on the Job Satisfaction Based on General Hospital (종합병원 내부역량이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between internal capabilities and job satisfaction using the 7S model and propose measures to improve management performance through internal factors. For this study, seven research hypotheses were set up, and the survey conducted among members of all professions working in general hospitals in small and medium-sized cities in the provinces. From September 20 to October 20, 2016, 385 people were surveyed, and 327 pieces of data (84.9%) used for the study. Multiple regression analyses were performed to verify the effects of internal capabilities on job satisfaction. The analysis results showed that the explanatory power of the research model was suitable by showing 69.1%, and among the 7S factors, the leadership style (β=.392**), the organizational structure (β=.129*), the membership (β=.232**), and the management technique (β=.204*) showed a positive influence on job satisfaction. That has been confirmed to affect job satisfaction as the standardized factor values increase. Relationships between strategies, systems, and shared values on job satisfaction could not be identified. Significantly observed in the relationship between some internal capacity factors and job satisfaction is that internal capacity can be used as an alternative to an organization's performance improvement measures. Internal capacity can be affected by various environmental variables, such as establishment classification, size, and location. Further implications will also be provided for measuring future internal satisfaction levels separately from internal and external factors.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Internal Marketing on the Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in International Logistics Firm: Primarily on International Freight Forwarders (국제물류기업의 내부마케팅이 직무만족, 조직몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 - 복합운송주선업을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship among internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in international logistics firm. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in international logistics firm. The final results and conclusions are as follows; Internal marketing of international logistics firm was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Internal marketing, Job satisfaction and organizational were negatively related to turnover intention. Through this results, to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving internal marketing strategy.

Investigation of Ultrasound Examination by Radiological Technologist (방사선사의 초음파검사업무 실태조사)

  • In this study, the actual condition of ultrasound examination was conducted for radiological technologist working across the country. The measuring tool of the study was a questionnaire, and it was targeted to radiological technologist engaged in ultrasound examination at medical institutions located across the country from February 01 to July 31, 2021. In consideration of the COVID-19 situation, 431 questionnaires suitable for research were analyzed using the SPSS/PC Ver 18.0 program using email and SNS in a non-face-to-face manner. The general characteristics of study subjects, ultrasound examination job characteristics, and job satisfaction factors were analyzed using descriptive statistics. As a result of analyzing the job characteristics of radiological technologist who perform ultrasound examination as overall job satisfaction, the overall job satisfaction was 3.30 ± 0.56. The job satisfaction level of radiological technologist performing ultrasound examinations was higher than the average of 3.0 points, indicating a higher job satisfaction level than the average. Since insurance coverage for ultrasound examinations started, many radiological technologists have been very interested in ultrasound examination work. Therefore, the Korean radiological technologists of Association and radiological technolgists engaged in ultrasound examination more attention and effort should be put into strengthening professionalism.
