본 논문에서는 먼저 비주류로써 시스템 다이내믹스의 특성을 경험적 행태주의와 비교하여 설명한다. 이러한 시스템 다이내믹스의 특성은 경험적 행태주의와는 달리 정책 평론을 수행하는데 용이하다는 점을 지적한다. 즉, 정책 평론에서 요구하는 평이성, 신속성, 일치성의 요구를 시스템 다이내믹스 접근이 충족시킬 수 있다는 점을 설명한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 인과지도, 시스템 원형, 인지지도, 정책지도, 시뮬레이션 모델링 등 시스템 다이내믹스의 분석도구들이 정책 평론에 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지를 검토해 본다. 단선적이고, 부분적이며, 맹목적인 정책으로 인한 대규모의 실패를 방지하기 위하여 정책 평론이 요구되며, 시스템 다이내믹스는 정책 평론의 효과적인 도구가 될 수 있다는 점을 지적하고자 하였다.

Cadastral map is the basic data that prescribe a lot number, the classification of land category, a boundary and ownerships of the parcels. Because the analogue cadastral map is not appropriate for the Parcel Based Land Information System, computerization of cadastral map is needed. When considering other automatic vectorizing softwares, we conclude that they can not satisfy the accuracy needed in cadastral map. Also screen digitizing methods demand lots of time. So we developed semi-automatic vectorizing program that realized almost capacities, such as overlay display which is needed for screen digitizing , window link, vector file generation , and so forth. As comparing screen digitizing method using AutoCAD with our developed program, we could obtain not only almost same accuracy , but also 35 minute reduction in vectorizing.

This study divided the keyword sets searched from LISTA database focusing on the overseas open access fields into two types (controlled keywords and uncontrolled keywords), and examined the results of performing an intellectual structure analysis based on profiling for the each keyword type. In addition, these results were compared with those of an intellectual structural analysis based on co-word analysis. Through this, I tried to investigate whether similar results were derived from profiling, another method of intellectual structure analysis, and to examine the differences between co-word analysis and profiling results. As a result, there was a similar difference to the co-word analysis in the results of intellectual structure analysis based on profiling for each of the two keyword types. Also, there were also noticeable differences between the results of intellectual structural analysis based on profiling and co-word analysis. Therefore, intellectual structure analysis using keywords should consider the characteristics of each keyword type according to the research purpose, and better results can be expected to be used based on profiling than co-word analysis to more clearly understand research trends in a specific field.

본 연구는 지금까지 학계에서 꾸준히 연구되고 있는 시장진입 순서의 효과에 관한 광범위한 문헌고찰을 통해 이제까지의 연구들을 유기적·인과적으로 연결시킬 수 있는 통합적인 틀을 제시하고, 기존 연구의 한계점을 바탕으로 진입순서 연구에 관한 새로운 접근을 시도하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 크게 선발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 후발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수에 관한 연구로 구분하고 각 부분별 문제점과 향후 연구방향을 도출하였다. 먼저, 기존 연구에서 선·후발 진입에 대한 정의와 기업이 속해있는 시장에 대한 정의가 불분명하게 이루어짐에 따라 그 효과가 매우 다르게 나타나고 있음을 지적하고, 동시에 효과가 나타나게 되는 메커니즘도 사후적인 해석 관점에서 이루어지고 있음을 지적하였다. 이 외에도 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구가 생산자 관점에서 주로 다루어져 실제로 제품을 소비하는 수요자의 특성을 감안한 연구가 필요함을 제시하였으며, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로 자원기반 관점 요인과 시장·경쟁 요인뿐만 아니라 조직의 특성에 대한 연구가 고려되어야 함을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 진입순서 외에도 후발기업의 진입시차에 관한 추가적인 연구의 필요성을 언급하였다.

영재의 특성은 다양한 분야에 대한 관심과 재능을 가지고 있으며 지적 호기심에 대한 도전의식이 강하다. 영재교육프로그램은 이러한 영재들의 지적호기심을 자극하여 영재로서 갖추어야할 제반 능력들을 균형 있게 길러 줄 수 있어야한다. 그러나 현재까지 개발된 대부분의 영재교육프로그램들은 여전히 논리와 이론을 중시하여 수리능력, 창의적 문제해결력 등 대부분 지적 능력신장에 치중하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 프로그램만으로는 교과별 학습을 통하여 얻게 되는 개념과 원리들을 생활과 관련지어 이해하거나 다양한 분야에 적용하는 능력을 길러주는데는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 영재아들의 잠재능력을 계발하고, 교과간의 연결능력을 길러 새로운 분야를 창의적으로 개척할 수 있는 능력을 신장하기 위해서는 수학분야에 집중된 주제를 다루기보다는 개방적인 주제를 다루는 간학문형 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수학분야나 지적영역에만 국한되는 편협성을 탈피하여 보다 창의적인 역량(creative competency)을 신장할 수 있는 수학과 관련성이 있는 간학문형(間學文型, inter-disciplinary)프로그램 개발 방안과 그 사례를 제시하고자한다.

근래에는 특히 정보통신 분야와 관련된 표준화 활동이 강화되고 있고, 여기에 표준화와 상충되는 성격을 갖고 있는 지적재산권과의 조화 문제가 하나의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 표준화기구들은 표준화와 지적재산권의 조화를 위하여 지적재산권정책을 마련해 두고 있다. 이러한 지적재산권정책의 한 부문으로서 본 논문은 ITU의 저작권정책 수립 동향을 분석한 것이다. ITU 저작권정책 수립의 동기가 된 것은 매우 특정적인 기술 분야의 사건으로 말미암은 것으로서 ITU의 표준기술문서인 권고안에 컴퓨터프로그램의 소스코드를 공개할 수 밖에 없는 상황에 따른 것이다. 이에 대하여 특허권과 저작권의 근본적인 특성 차이로 인한 논란 가운데에서도 현재는 ITU의 특허정책의 기조에 맞춰진 독립적인 저작권정책을 수립하는 활동을 진행시키고 있다. 본 논문은 저작권정책의 수립을 놓고 논의되었던 여러 가지 의견들을 종합.분석함으로써 특허정책과는 다른 저작권정책이 갖는 특수성에 대하여 이해하고, 결과적으로 현재 작성되어 계속 검토되고 있는 저작권정책 초안의 내용을 분석하여 소개한다.

본 연구에서는 지적도면 정보에 대하여 불법 복제와 유통의 방지는 물론 유통 후에도 유통 경로를 파악하여 차단할 수 있는 디지털 워터마킹 기술을 개발하여 보고자 하였다. 연구성과로는 지적도면은 일반 지형도와 달리 워터마크의 삽입 및 검출 과정에서 왜곡이 없어야 하고, 또한 토지이동시 발생할 수 있는 다양한 공격에서 강인성을 가져야한다는 특성을 고려하여 주파수 영역에서의 워터마킹 삽입 및 검출 시스템을 개발하였다. 향후 연구에서는 구현된 워터마킹 시스템의 성능을 평가하여 보고자 지적도면의 위치정확도 분석에 기초한 왜곡정도를 분석하고, 다양한 토지이동 상황(분할, 합병, 접합, 이동, 회전 등)에 대한 강인성 및 검출율 등을 실험하고자 한다.

Modern optical mechanisms slanted toward Ocular-centrism have neglected diverse functions of vision, judged objects in abstract and binary perspectives, and organized spaces accordingly, there by neglecting the function of eyes groping objects. Recently, various experiences have been induced through communication with other senses by the complex perception beyond the binary perception system of vision. Haptic perception is dynamic vision that induces accompanying bodily experiences through interaction among the various senses; it recognizes the characteristics of material properties and various sensitive stimulations of human beings. This study elaborates on the major features of haptic perception by examining the theoretical background of this concept, which stimulates the active experience of the subject and determines how characteristics of haptic perception are displayed in picturesque gardens. In order to identify the major features of haptic perception, this study examines how Adolf Hildebrand's theory of vision is developed, expanded, and reinterpreted by Alois Riegl, Wilhelm Worringer, Walter Benjamin, Maurice Merleau Ponty, and Gilles Deleuze in the histories of philosophy and aesthetics. Based thereon, the core differences in haptic perception models and visual perception models are analyzed, and the features of haptic perception are identified. Then, classical gardens are set for visual perception and picturesque gardens are set for haptic perception so that the features from haptic perception identified previously are projected onto the picturesque gardens. The research results drawn from this study regarding features of haptic perception presented in picturesque gardens are as follows. The core differences of haptic perception in contrast to visual perception can be summarized as ambiguity and obscureness of boundaries, generation of dynamic perspectives, induction of motility by indefinite circulation, and strangeness and sublime beauty by the impossibility of perception. In picturesque gardens, the ambiguity and obscureness of boundaries are presented in the irregularity and asymmetric elements of planes and the rejection of a single view, and the generation of dynamic perspectives results from the adoption of narrative structure and overlapping of spaces through the creation of complete views, medium range views, and distant views, which the existing gardens lack. Thus, the scene composition technique is reproduced. The induction of motility by indefinite circulation is created by branching circulation, and strangeness and sublime beauty are presented through the use of various elements and the adoption of 'roughness', 'irregularity', and 'ruins' in the gardens.

The abuses on the people with disabilities reported through mass media are, in most cases, related to intellectually disabled people, who are vulnerable to abuse. Nevertheless, the actual condition of the abuses on the intellectually disabled people that had remained unrevealed was examined according to socio-demographic variables, social support network, the ability to perform daily activities, and the type of belonging of the handicapped in each age group. Based on these research results, it has been proposed to operate a rest program for their guardians as main caretakers, to improve the education and evaluation programs for activity assistants, and to enhance the quality of integration.

This study attempts to examine the factors influencing the Caregiving responsibility of sibling without disability on their adult siblings with intellectual disability. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on siblings without disability who have adult siblings with intellectual disability aged 18 years old or more and also who use services provided by 8 welfare centers for persons with disabilities in Seoul. With 132 valid responses, multiple regression technique was adopted in exploring a model for characteristics of adult with intellectual disability, a model for characteristics of siblings without disability, a model for relationship factors, and a comprehensive model. The findings of the study showed that the degree of disability in the model for characteristics of adult siblings with intellectual disability and the intimacy of siblings and social support in the model of relationship factors were significant. The result of the comprehensive model revealed that the degree of disability, the gender of the siblings without disability, the intimacy of siblings, and social support were significant. Especially, the relationship factors including the intimacy of siblings and social support were found to be the most significant factors in order to explain the caregiving responsibility. The findings of the study suggest that sibling program needs to be developed and disseminated in order to increase the understanding and the trust between adult with intellectual disability and sibling without disability, that a help is critical for adult with intellectual disability to extend the social network in which sibling without disability receives support from sibling without disability, family, friends, and other acquaintances around, and that different approach is needed in order to reduce caregiveing difficulties depending on the dependence of disability.
