본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 직·간접적으로 수행하고 있는 창업교육, 창업지원제도, 창업멘토링의 매개를 통하여 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 대학생의 창업 가능성을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 방향성을 제시하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 대학생의 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에서 창업효능감에 따라 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위해 채택한 변수는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링을 독립변수로 지정하였고, 둘째, 창업의지를 종속변수로 지정하였으며, 셋째, 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링과 창업의지 사이에서 창업효능감을 조절변수로 지정하였다. 넷째, 창업지원제도인식은 정부창업지원정책과 대학창업지원사업으로 창업멘토링은 멘토링 기능(문제해결 기능, 네트워킹 기능, 의사소통 기능, 동기부여 기능)과 멘토 신뢰(인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰)로 구분하였다.

In this study, 284 families of people with developmental disabilities responded to a survey about the importance of family support services and their recognition level of satisfaction. First, there was a statistically significant difference in the level of importance-satisfaction recognition of family support services for the people with developmental disabilities. Second, the recognition level of the importance of family support services of the people with developmental disabilities was in the order of support for parenting, support for physical and material wellbeing, support for family interaction. Third, satisfaction of family support services of the people with developmental disabilities was in the order of support for parenting activities, support for family interaction, support for emotional wellbeing. Fourth, we proposed the maintenance of the status quo, improvement efforts, and the need for mid-and long-term strategy by analyzing the characteristics of the importance-satisfaction quadrant. The results of this study are expected to be useful as basic data for improvement of family support services for the people with developmental disabilities.

2001년 이후 고용노동부는 산업재해예방을 위해 50인 미만 근로자가 근무하는 소규모 사업장을 대상으로 재정지원을 해주는 클린사업장조성지원사업을 수행하고 있다. 클린사업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 사업 추진 과정과 지원 이후의 상황이 철저히 관리되어야만 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 클린사업 지원을 받은 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여, 추진 과정 중의 중요도와 만족도, 그리고 지원이후의 중요도와 만족도를 조사하였다. IPA 분석을 이용하여 클린사업의 중요도-만족도 분석을 하였으며, 그 결과 추진 과정에서는 지원 금액, 지원품목 품질, 지원품목의 다양성 요소에 특히 관심을 더 가져야 하는 것으로 나타났고, 지원 이후에는 모든 성과변수들이 기대하는 수준만큼의 성과를 얻고 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of project selection procedures such as information provision and transparency and project application conditions such as required documents and conditions on the satisfaction of agricultural subsidy support policy and re-application intention to support pig farmers in Jeju. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support business. Second, Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to increase the subsidy re-application intention through the income increase effect by the subsidy support project. It is shown that the efforts to improve the satisfaction of the selection process can improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support project as well as re-application intention at the same time. Therefore, It is necessary to focus on improving the satisfaction of the project selection process, such as providing information and reflecting opinions on the subsidy project.

본 연구는 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 지원서비스가 성장단계별로 차이가 있을 것이라는 가정과 입주기업이 느끼는 만족도와 그에 따른 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정 하에 입주기업의 니즈(needs)를 반영한 성장단계별 차별화된 효과적 지원서비스로 입주기업의 만족도와 경영성과를 높임으로써 창업성공률을 제고하기 위한 이론적 기여와 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 검증을 위하여 가설1 성장단계별 지원서비스는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다, 가설2 성장단계별 만족도는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다, 가설3 성장단계별 경영성과는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있을 것이다를 ANOVA 분석을 실시하였고, 가설4 지원서비스가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설5 지원서비스가 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설6 만족도가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다는 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 선행연구와 같이 지원서비스는 입주기업의 경영성과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 성장단계별 지원서비스가 서비스의 만족도와 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 중소기업청 지정 창업보육센터 입주기업 174개를 표본으로 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 실증분석을 통하여 얻은 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 성장단계별 지원서비스의 차이에 대한 차이분석 결과 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성장단계별 만족도의 차이는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며 성장단계별 경영성과의 차이 중 투자유치는 정(+)의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업보육센터에서 제공하는 지원서비스가 입주기업의 경영성과와 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 입주기업의 만족도도 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합해보면 창업보육센터의 지원서비스가 아직도 행정지원과 자금지원 등에만 국한되어 지원되고 있는 것으로 나타나 입주기업의 성장단계에 적합한 다양한 서비스의 제공이 필요함을 주지시켜 주고 있다. 또한, 성장단계별 입주기업의 만족도는 매출증가와 고용증가로 이어졌지만 아직 투자유치에는 크게 영향을 미치지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 모든 입주기업에게 획일적인 지원서비스가 아닌 차별화된 지원서비스가 필요하며, 이를 위하여 창업보육센터 매니저들이 엑셀러레이터로서의 역할을 하기 위한 창업보육역량 고도화가 필요하고, 창업보육사업은 기업의 성장단계와 관련이 있으므로 입주기업의 성장단계 및 창업보육센터의 지원하는 역할과 기능에 따른 창업보육모델의 진화를 고려한 3세대, 4세대 보육모델로서의 발전된 운영정책 수립이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of parents support (PS), friends support (FS), and professor support (PS) of university students, and to examine the correlation between gender, social support, and university life satisfaction (ULS). The survey was conducted using 564 college students in Gangwon-do using a questionnaire consisting of 27 social support and 5 ULS. As a result, PS, FS, and PS showed positive answers, but the PS showed relatively negative answers and ULS was not high. And regardless of gender, there was a statistically significant correlation between PS, FS, PS and ULS (p<0.00). In the correlation of gender, PS, FS, PS, and ULS, there was a statistically significant correlation between PS, FS, PS and ULS without gender (p <0.00). In order to improve the ULS, it is necessary to promote interaction through systematic friends and professors as well as parents.

본 연구는 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육지원 사업의 운영 사례를 통해 부모의 만족도 및 개선점을 확인하였다. 이를 위하여 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육지원사업에 참여한 부모를 대상으로 276명을 임의표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 빈도 및 백분율을 분석하였다. 양적연구에 이어 심층 면담을 순차적으로 수행하는 혼합적 연구 방법을 적용하였고, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정양육지원사업의 만족도를 높게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 가정양육지원사업의 개선점은 부모가 가정양육지원 사업에 참여할 수 있도록 소그룹형태의 가족체험프로그램 확대에 대한 인식이 높으며, 사업에 대한 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 육아종합지원센터의 가정양육사업에 참여한 부모의 만족도 및 개선점을 확인하여 가정양육사업의 향후 방향성을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Small business start-up competition in the market has become overheated. It is effected by early retirement and unemployment, specially youth employment. It is a research on small business owners' satisfaction of SEMAS(Small Enterprise and Market Service) based on the funding policy, education and consulting program. It has surveyed 272 small business owners living Gyeongsangnam-province from January 2013 to September 2015. In addition, it analyzes some factors such as motivation, business model, item, owner's experience, sales and demographic by small business owner. Analysis results, the satisfaction of small business that uses support system is shown to be significantly related with education degree, entrepreneur motivation, and business kind is partly related. It will conduct a decision-making governor to help small business owners entered the start-up market and.

본 연구는 Dienhart et al.(1993)이 제시한 조직지원, 고객초점, 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 구성된 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성을 고객초점과 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 재정의하고, 조직지원을 종업원의 서비스지향성을 촉진하는 요인으로 제시하였다. 그리고 조직지원과 직무만족, 직무안정성의 상호작용이 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성이 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 본 연구에서 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성 구성요소로 제시한 압박상황에서의 서비스는 변수의 내적 일관성이 매우 낮게 나타나 제외되고 고객초점만이 종업원의 서비스지향성을 구성하는 것으로 나타나 압박상황하에서의 서비스 항목에 대한 신뢰성 검토가 추후 연구에서 있어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직지원, 직무만족, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원은 정(+), 직무만족은 부(-)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 상호작용(OS ${\times}$JS)이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직지원, 직무안정성, 조직지원과 직무안정성의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원과 직무안정성은 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 두 변수 모두 영향을 주지 않았으며 상호작용 변수만 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.
