이 연구는 전자교육에서 성인여성 학습자를 중도탈락에 이르게 하는 요인을 도출하고, 이 중에서 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인을 찾음으로써, 궁극적으로는 수료율을 제고하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 선행연구 분석을 통해 도출된 9가지 요인 중 어떤 요인이 중도탈락에 영향을 미치고, 그 영향력은 얼마인지 알아보기 위해 16개의 설문문항을 구성하여 K 기관의 교육생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 전자교육에서 성인여성 학습자의 중도탈락에 영향을 주는 요인은 결혼 여부, 내적 동기, 교육기관의 지원, 가사와 육아, 학습가능 시간 등 5가지로, 내적 동기, 학습가능 시간, 결혼 여부, 교육기관의 지원, 가사와 육아 순으로 중도탈락에 대한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 학습진행 시 내적 동기의 만족도가 높을수록, 학습 시간의 부담이 적을수록, 미혼이며, 교육기관의 지원에 만족도가 높을수록, 또 가사와 육아에 부담이 적을수록 수료를 할 가능성이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 전자교육에서 성인여성 학습자의 수료율을 제고하기 위해서는 성인여성을 대상으로 한 전자교육 과정 운영 시 결혼 여부, 내적 동기, 교육기관의 지원, 가사와 육아, 학습가능 시간의 요인을 고려해야하며, 그 중 결혼 여부, 가사와 육아부담 등의 여성학습자의 일반적인 특성에 따른 중도탈락을 줄이기 위해서는 교육기관의 역할이 중요하다. 또한, 성인여성 학습자의 중도탈락에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 내적 동기 향상을 위해 과정설계 시 여성학습자 위주의 맞춤형 교수설계전략을 세우는 것이 중요하다. 성인여성 대상 전자교육에서의 학습자 중도탈락 요인들의 인과관계 및 그에 따른 영향력을 분석하는 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 성인여성 학습자의 중도탈락을 줄일 수 있는 실증적인 방법론에 대한 연구를 통해 중도탈락률을 줄이는 것은 물론, 학업성취도 및 만족도를 높이고 나아가서는 여성의 사회진출을 도울 수 있는 연구가 필요하다.

협업시스템은 분산된 작업그룹의 구성원들이 정보를 쉽게 교환하고 공유할 수 있도록 지원하는 공동작업환경이다. HTTP/1.1 을 확장한 WebDAV는 사용자가 원거리 서버의 자원을 수정하고 관리하는 기능을 제공하는 웹 통신 프로토콜이다. CoSlide 협업시스템은 효과적으로 협업을 지원하기 위하여 WebDAV 프로토콜을 확장하여 개발된 협업시스템으로서 협업을 위한 가상공 간을 제공하며 가상공간에 다양한 자원을 등록하고 관리할 수 있다. 하지만, CoSlide 협업시스템이 제공하는 기존의 작업장들은 그룹 구성원들간의 효과적인 협업을 위한 구성원들의 행위 인식 (Behavior Awareness) 을 지원하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CoSlide 협업시스템을 이용하여 협업을 수행할 때, 협업의 효율성을 증대시키기 위하여 구성원이 수행하는 행동을 인식할 수 있도록 자바 메시지 서비스를 이용하여 CoSlide 서버의 Awareness를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 설계하였다. 또한 CoSlide 서버의 Awareness 지원을 위하여 CoSlide 클라이언트인 CoSpace의 확장을 설계하였다. 사용자는 CoSpace 협업 클라이언트를 이용하여 협업을 수행하면 CoSlide 서버는 구성원이 수행하는 작업을 인식하고, 인식한 정보의 공개수준 여부와 수신여부를 참조하여 관련된 구성원에게 알려줌으로써 협업의 효율성이 증대된다.

근래에 들어, 백플레인 버스를 기반으로 하는 멀티프로세서 시스템의 프로세서간 통신에도 TCP/IP와 같은 표준 네트워크 프로토콜을 이용하여 표준 MAC 계층을 구현하는 것이 일반적이다. 본 논문은 이러한 MAC 에뮬레이션 기반 버스 네트워크상에서 내장형 실시간 은용을 지원하기 위한 최악 응답 시간 분석법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 분석법은 구체적으로 MAC 에뮬레이션 방법의 하나인 ANSI BusNet 프로토콜을 대상으로 진행된다. 각 실시간 태스크를 주기, CPU 시간, 종료시한, 메시지 패킷 개수로 모델링하고 스케쥴 가능성, 즉 주어진 종료 시한 내에 작업을 완료할 수 있는지의 여부를 검사하는 수식을 유도한다. 이를 위해 물리적인 버스 특성을 고려한 버스 전송 모델을 제시하고, 버스 중재 방식과 버스 하드웨어의 캐슁 지원 여부에 따른 스케쥴 가능성을 분석한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 실험을 통해 블록 전송이 실시간 통신 성능에 미치는 영향을 살펴본다. 비록 본 논문의 분석법이 BusNet에 기반하여 개발되었지만, BusNet이 대부분의 백플레인 하드웨어가 지원하는 기본적인 기능만을 가정하고 있으므로, 본 논문의 분석법은 다른 종류의 백플레인 네트워크 프로토콜에도 쉽게 적용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relating factors of the Budgeting for Korean Medicine health promotion in the Integrated Community Health Promotion Program as of 2020 targeting 226 basic local governments nationwide. Descriptive statistics, Difference tests, and Binary logistic regression analysis were conducted to analyze the factors relating Budgeting for Korean Medicine health promotion in the Integrated Community Health Promotion Program in local communities using regional budgets in 2020. As a result of the analysis, the difference in the Budgeting for Korean Medicine Infertility Treatment Support, Number of Korean Medicine Doctor, Number of Population people over 65 years old, and Aging Population Percentage. And there was a influencing factors, Budgeting for Korean Medicine Infertility Treatment Support, Aging Population Percentage, Whether to join a healthy city, so expected to be used as a reference in organizing policies and business budgets related to Korean Medicine in the future.

The economy has deteriorated worldwide due to COVID-19, and the domestic economy has also been hit hard. Accordingly, the government implemented unprecedented financial support policies related to COVID-19 to solve the financial difficulties experienced by SMEs. In addition, as the spread of COVID-19 continued, the government implemented guidelines and measures along with recommendations for non-face-to-face contact. Organizations in the public and private sectors have introduced non-face-to-face work methods. Considering this situation, this study investigated the impact of COVID-19-related financial support policies on technological innovation of SMEs. External support is important for corporate innovation, but internal capabilities are also important. Therefore, the effect of entrepreneurship on product innovation was identified. In addition, as the non-face-to-face work method was activated, the effect of smart work was identified by comparing companies that introduced smart work and companies that did not. As a result of the analysis, entrepreneurship showed a positive (+) effect regardless of the introduction of smart work. Financial support policies related to COVID-19 were found to show mixed results according to the type of support.

We have made significant efforts to deeply investigate and analyze the success factors of small business owners, who play a crucial role in modern society, to gain a clear understanding of the factors that affect their business performance. We set the management capabilities of small business owners, the utilization of government support services, and policy support funds as the main variables. Our research has discovered that the management capabilities of small business owners and government support services positively influence their business performance. This means that small business owners can enhance their business performance by strengthening their capabilities and efficiently utilizing government support services. The utilization of policy support funds showed a moderating effect only on the impact of government support services on financial performance, but not on other business performances. This suggests that while the utilization of policy support funds is necessary, it is not sufficient by itself and needs to work in combination with other variables to see effectiveness. Our research proposes a new direction for the success of small business owners. Through this research, small business owners and related policy decision-makers can gain deep insights into the factors that influence the business performance of small business owners and how to effectively manage and utilize these factors. This research has made a significant contribution to academic research on business management and small business owners. Through a deep understanding of the success factors of small business owners, we have proposed new research directions and strategies that can help improve their business performance. These efforts will take us a step further in enhancing the social and economic value of small business owners.

본 논문에서는 학교평가에 효과적으로 대비할 수 있는 교육정보화 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해, 이미 도입되어 있는 초.중등학교 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 활용하였다. 이 정보시스템을 이용하여 학교평가에 대비하는 시간을 줄이고, 학교평가 자료를 쉽게 추출하고자 하였다. 먼저, 학교평가 항목을 토대로 현재의 종합정보관리시스템을 분석하여 학교평가의 지원여부를 확인하였다. 그리고, 효율적으로 학교평가를 지원하기 위해서 반드시 갖추어야하는 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine which factors decide welfare exit in the hope building account program that targets low-income families. This study used the matched DB of hope ribbon program and hope building account program which is collected by central self-sufficiency foundation. As a result, the significant factors in welfare exit are main income, health(illness), licensed possession of status, education, marital status, employment and entrepreneurship, in-kind support, professional case management service, and social service. In particular, the participants who received proper social services and case management services in the program have more possibility of welfare exit than the participants who did not. It have implications in that the study found the success factors by connecting hope ribbon program and the hope building account program which has been introduced since 2010 and enlarge the scope of the performance analysis of the hope building account program. In addition, this study provides the suggestions to improve anty-poverty policy and system in the direction of providing work incentives and facilitating welfare exit and securing continuity of the hope building account program and the hope ribbon program. Specifically, this paper can be utilized as objective data in establishing a expansion of the hope building account program and suggesting the important issue for the case management in the filed.

본 연구에서는 대표적인 국내 중소·중견기업 육성사업인 "World Class 300 프로젝트" 수혜기업을 대상으로 R&D 지원사업의 성과를 측정하고자 한다. 특히, 수혜기업을 산업군(소재·부품·장비·모듈·소비재 기업)별로 세분화해 R&D 지원사업이 산업군별 특성에 따라 어떻게 차별화되는지에 대해 실증분석하였다. 분석은 2011년부터 2017년까지 World Class 300 프로젝트에 선정된 총 272개 기업을 대상으로 수행되었으며, 패널회귀 방법론을 통해 얻은 분석결과는 R&D 지원이 산업군에 따라 기업의 성과(당기순이익)에 상이한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 소재, 부품, 장비 기업 표본에서는 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했고, 모듈 기업 표본에서는 성과에 부정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 소비재 기업 표본에서는 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 향후 R&D 지원효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 산업군별 특성에 맞는 차별화된 지원정책의 기획·집행이 필요하다는 점에서 기존 연구들과의 차별성을 확보할 수 있다.
