This study aims to solve the problem of class imbalance in numerical data by using a deep learning-based Variational AutoEncoder and to improve the performance of the learning model by augmenting the learning data. We propose 'D-VAE' to artificially increase the number of records for a given table data. The main features of the proposed technique go through discretization and feature selection in the preprocessing process to optimize the data. In the discretization process, K-means are applied and grouped, and then converted into one-hot vectors by one-hot encoding technique. Subsequently, for memory efficiency, sample data are generated with Variational AutoEncoder using only features that help predict with RFECV among feature selection techniques. To verify the performance of the proposed model, we demonstrate its validity by conducting experiments by data augmentation ratio.

As technological development continues, platforms with more diverse structures are emerging. Existing research predicts that a new structure based on technology and innovation will affect the two-sided market. This study evaluated the decentralized identifier (DID) platform, a new platform based on blockchain technology, of the importance of this platform from the perspective of the two-sided market. Using the Analytic Network Process, IT, platform, and blockchain experts conducted a dual comparison survey. Data with a consistency ratio value of 0.1 or less were selected and analyzed for 12 data. The research results showed the importance of service quality, policy support, openness, and uncertainty. This study is expected to be used to support the development of strategic decision-making for blockchain and DID platform-based business companies.

We analyzed the responses of 152 science-gifted high school students by surveying the status and recognition of writing and keeping laboratory notebooks to develop guidelines and education plans. Science-gifted students did not write laboratory notes diligently, despite recognizing that it is crucial to do so. Mentors also tended not to provide faithful guidance and inspection. There was an insufficient practice in using research evidence in laboratory notebooks, such as including names and dates for authentication. In addition, while a high ratio of students owned their own laboratory notebooks, there was not a high level of recognition regarding the retention period, ownership, and responsibility. Based on these results, we propose suggestions for improving educational institutions for gifted students in science. First, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance for science-gifted students to faithfully write laboratory notebooks. Second, education on writing laboratory notebooks should be provided. Third, science-gifted high schools should prepare regulations for the management of lab notes and conduct education based on them.

This study tried to analyze the social perception of news coverage on inclusive education by using big data analysis techniques. News articles were collected according to the 5-year policy period for the development of special education, and news big data was analyzed. As a result, the frequency of media reports during the five-year policy period of special education development from 1998 in the first year to 2022 in the fifth year was steadily increased. During this period, the top topic words in news coverage changed from words conceptualizing simple definitions to words expressing the active will of students with disabilities for the actual right to education. In addition, as a result of emotional analysis of the overall keywords in the inclusive education news coverage, it was found that the positive word ratio was high. Through this study, it can be seen that interest in news coverage on inclusive education is increasing quantitatively in accordance with changes in special education policies, and the demand for inclusive education is being concreted in the direction of guaranteeing the actual right to education of students with disabilities.

In this paper, interoperability in heterogeneous wireless mesh network, and mesh nodes for providing efficient IP mobility technique offers multi-hop ARP. Heterogeneous wireless mesh networks to MANETs based on a wireless mesh network backbone and non-MANET architecture is based on a client wireless mesh network and the two mobile networks, combined with a hybrid wireless mesh network are separate. In two different hybrid wireless mesh network routing protocols used to connect the two protocols in the protocol conversion at the gateway to parallel processing problems seriously overload occurs. All of the network reliability and stability are factors that reduce. Therefore, for efficient integration with L3 routing protocols, design techniques to build ARP multi-hop go through the experiment to increase the number of mesh nodes, the packet forwarding rate and an increased hop number of the node was to ensure reliability and stability.

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the effect of social workers' ethical consciousness on job satisfaction. Based on the ratio of the statistical yearbook of Korean social workers in 2020, the subjects of the study conducted an online survey on 512 social workers working at social welfare facilities in Seoul. The study was conducted with IRB approval. The analysis and statistics of this study used SPSS & AMOS 25.0. Bootstrapping was used to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the effect of social workers' ethical consciousness on job satisfaction. As a result of the study, the positive effect on self-efficacy and job satisfaction of social workers was verified. In addition, the positive mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified between the ethical consciousness of social workers on job satisfaction. The results of the study suggest the importance of systems and practices to support capacity building and promote self-efficacy for ethical awareness to improve job satisfaction of social workers.

As the ownership of pets has steadily increased in recent years, the need for an effective pet management system has grown. In this study, we propose a pet management system with a deep learning-based emotion recognition SNS. The system detects emotions through pet facial expressions using a convolutional neural network (CNN) and shares them with a user community through SNS. Through SNS, pet owners can connect with other users, share their experiences, and receive support and advice for pet management. Additionally, the system provides comprehensive pet management, including tracking pet health and vaccination and reservation reminders. Furthermore, we added a function to manage and share pet walking records so that pet owners can share their walking experiences with other users. This study demonstrates the potential of utilizing AI technology to improve pet management systems and enhance the well-being of pets and their owners.

Various researches are actively studied to satisfy exponentially increasing the usage of the Internet as well as the diverse service demands. Especially the Optical Internet that delivers several Tbps through a single optical fiber requires the intelligence to satisfy the various types of survivability requirements. In the paper, a novel recovery scheme that satisfies the various restoration demands in IP over WDM networks is proposed. The scheme classifies the restoration services into three classes and applies dedicated protection and shared restoration scheme with different priorities for each class. Also, a configuration scheme for information database to support the scheme is proposed. This scheme satisfies the different degree of restoration demands in terms of restoration time, blocking rate and resource usage. With the scheme, medical data can be transmitted without loss.

우리나라는 2000년 수원국에서 공여국으로 전환 후 ODA 규모를 지속적으로 확대해 왔으며, 2018년 ODA 예산 규모는 약 3조 482억원으로 OECD DAC(개발원조위원회) 회원국 중 총액 기준 15위 규모로 성장했다. 우리나라의 국민총소득(GNI) 대비 ODA 비율은 0.15%(2018년)로, 우리나라는 2030년까지 GNI 대비 0.3%까지 ODA 예산규모를 확대하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 우리나라 하천·수자원 관련 국제개발협력 사업은 2007년 '라오스 메콩강변 종합관리사업'을 시작으로 현재까지 약 40건의 사업이 시행되었다. 시행된 사업중 90%(36건)가 중점협력국가(2016-2020)와의 협력사업이었으며, 24개의 중점협력국 중 물관리가 중점협력분야로 들어가 있는 국가는 17개국이나 그 중 8개국에서만 국제개발협력사업이 시행되었다. 라오스, 인도네시아, 캄보디아가 각각 6건, 필리핀 5건 등으로 일부 국가에 편중되어 국제개발협력사업이 추진되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 그동안 하천·수자원 분야 국제협력사업이 전담기관 없이, 일부 공공기관이나 민간기업의 각각의 네트워크와 노하우에 의존하여 발굴되고 있기 때문이다. 사업을 추진하는 공공기관 및 민간기업이 각자의 네트워크를 활용하여 사업의 발굴부터 시행까지 추진함에 따라 사업추진에 따른 네트워크가 지속되지 않고 단발성으로 끝나는 경우가 많고, 해당 국가에 우선적으로 필요한 사업이 선정되는 것이 아닌 사업을 추진하는 기관의 특성에 맞게 발굴된 사업이 선정되어 왔다. 국제개발협력사업 발굴에서 가장 핵심적인 부분은 상대국가와의 네트워크를 구축하고, 지속적인 교류를 통해 해당 국가에 어떤 하천 및 수자원 관련 문제가 있는지 파악해서 우선적으로 필요한 사업을 제안하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 사업제안서를 수원국이 자체적으로 작성할 수 있는 역량이 부족한 경우가 대부분이기 때문에 우리나라의 사업을 추진하는 기관이 사업제안서를 작성해주고 수원국에서 검토하는 방식으로 사업제안서를 작성해야하는 한계점이 있다. 따라서, 하천분야 국제 협력 네트워크의 지속적인 관리 및 정기적인 하천사업 수요조사 및 구원국의 사업제안서 작성 지원을 위한 전담기관을 선정하여 국제협력사업 추진을 위탁함으로써 네트워크 및 노하우의 누적을 통한 해외사업의 발굴 및 지속가능성을 강화하는 것이 필요하다고 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to explain eco-tourists' behavioral intention based on exploring Extended Theory of Planned Behavior and Sustainable Intelligence as moderating variable. To do so, the survey was conducted on eco-tourists from Dongbaek-Dongsan wetland, Jeju-do between March. 12th and 30th, 2023. As a result, eco-tourists aged 50 years old and over, and from Jeju-do with their family members have more possibilities to visit Dongbaek-Dongsan wetland. Also, this study analyzed that independent variables including subjective norm, epistemic value, emotional value and attitude showed significant effects on behavioral intention. Further, sustainable intelligence as the moderating variable showed its moderation effects between independent variables including attitude and subjective norm, and behavioral intention as dependent variable.
