This study analyzes the economic impact of the shipping and port logistics industry in Gwangyang Bay Area on the regional economy. For this purpose, the study constructs an input-output table of 29 sectors for 2010 in the area. The main findings are as follows. In terms of production, value added, and share of employment, the regional shipping and port logistics industry accounts for approximately 10.8 percent, 6.0 percent, and 2.9 percent of the national shipping and port logistics industry, respectively. Moreover, the economic impact of the industry on the regional economy is estimated to be an increase in terms of production of about 6 trillion Korean won), to be an increase in value added of about 2.5 million Korean won, and an increase of about 16,000 in employment. Furthermore, the industry is found to have strong inter-industry linkages with the main manufacturing as well as the main producer service industries.

21세기 양돈산업의 전망은 환경문제, 사료생산, 동물복지 등 다양한 생산제한 요인에 의하여 국제적으로 돈육수급이 불안정할 것으로 예상되지만, 세계적으로 돼지고기 소비는 아시아 지역의 경기회복 등으로 증가추세에 있어 우리의 노력 여하에 따라서는 내수 소비확대 및 수출재개 등 경쟁력 있는 양돈산업으로 발전될 수 있다고 생각합니다. 또한 미래의 양돈산업 전개방향은 소비자 중심의 산업으로 변화되어 돈육의 건강개념과 영양적 가치 증진 및 식품의 안전성에 중점을 둘 것이며, 특히 소비자의 의식변화는 미래 양돈산업을 지배하는 결정적인 요인이 될 것입니다. 한편 유통경영 측면에서는 수직협력 시스템(Vertical co-ordination)과 효율적인 물류유통관리(MSCM) 시스템 도입이 가속화 될 것입니다. 즉, 소비자가$\codt$저마진에 의한 다량판매, 대규모 사육, 생산비 절감 기술개발에 주력할 것이라고 생각됩니다. 이에 따라 우리나라 양돈산업의 국제경쟁력 제고를 위하여 보다 시급히 해결되어야 할 질병$\codt$방역관리, 유통구조 개선, 고품질 돈육생산 및 위생$\codt$품질향상 분야에 있어서 중점 추진되어야 할 내용을 소개하고자 합니다.

Wonju, a city of the Kangwon provincial who is lack of industrialization, try to make a blueprint to be a leader of information tele-communication industry as its major direction of city development strategy. It might be a spontaneous way that Wonju want to have a high hi-technology industry not of anti-environment industry. In this paper, several alternatives are presented to make Wonju as a hi-technology city in new era of 2nd millennium.

This study analyzed the changes in the industrial environment surrounding the Gumi region and the status of the industrial crisis in the Gumi area amid such changes. The Gumi region is experiencing a more turbulent period than ever in the environment changes at the international, national and local levels, such as the transition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the weakening of the competitiveness of key industries including mobile devices and displays, and the moving-out of core companies such as Samsung and LG Group. Accordingly, efforts have been made to diversify the industrial structure by fostering industry of automobile parts, high-tech medical devices and carbon materials to cope with and adapt to environmental changes at the regional level. However, the Gumi region is still locked in to the mono-cultural, large enterprise-dependent industrial structure centering on the mobile and display sectors, failing to overcome the regional industrial crisis and stagnating the overall local economy. The relocation of large companies began to increase in the 2010s, reducing the protection of large corporations against environmental changes at the corporate level. As a result, the crisis factors of small and mediumsized enterprises are gradually expanding to the national and international scale and working more complexly, which is beyond the level they can afford. So it is highly likely that the current industrial crisis will deepen. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the resilience to adapt to changes in the environment when it comes to overcoming the industrial crisis in Gumi region. To this end, it is necessary to improve innovation capabilities and diversify businesses based on convergence and complex technologies at the enterprise level, and to be selected as a special crisis response area aimed at creating an innovative ecosystem through autonomous resonance of companies and industries at the local level.

광산업이 신성장동력산업으로 각광받고 있다. 특히 광주광산업은 미래 먹거리를 위해 10여 년부터 진행된 지역전략산업진흥사업의 가장 성공적인 모델로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 광주광산업은 소비도시로 알려진 광주의 경제지도도 바꿔놓고 있다. 자동차와 가전산업과 함께 광주시 3대 주력산업으로 광산업이 당당히 어깨를 견주고 있는 것. 한국광산업진흥회에 따르면 지난해 광주광산업 매출은 2조 5,400억원이었다. 지난해 1조 6천 억원에 비해 1조원 가량 매출이 늘었다. 매출증가는 후발경제요소인 일자리 창출에도 긍정적인 역할을 미치고 있다. 지난해 8,000여 명이 광산업 분야의 일자리를 얻었다. 벤처수준에 불과했던 광산업 기업들의 성장세도 눈부시다. 기술력과 시장 잠재력을 믿고 광주에 둥지를 튼 기업들이 이제는 어엿한 중견기업으로 성장하고 있다. 지난 10여년간 각종 시행착오와 어려움을 겪으면서 이들 기업들은 내공을 단련해왔다. 때마침 전세계적으로 인터넷 열풍이 불었고 기후변화에 따른 녹색성장에 대한 공감대가 퍼져가면서 광통신과 LED 등 광산업 수요가 크게 늘기 시작했다.

Convergence and advancement between technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and the Internet of Things have a significant impact on the regional flagship industry. All technical fields are used as a converged technology by connecting between technology and industry. In order to understanding the recent technical trend, it is possible to easily realized the technical trend research and analysis through keyword search using patent information. The purpose of this study is to identify patent trends applied to convergence technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution age in radiation technology development and to present patent trends and analysis for strengthening and utilizing radiation-related industrial technology competitiveness and to apply them to demand technology and forecast future promising technologies.

This paper aims to analysis the production linkage relationships between large firm and its subcontracting firms, especially focus on the spatial network and collaboration network. For the purpose of it, the division of semiconductor in Samsung Electronics and its most important subcontracting firms are picked up for the case study. The empirical study show that the location distribution pattern of Samsung Electronic's subcontracting firms is concentrated very highly on the Kyeong-Ki Province and Chung-Nam Province in Korea, which is the location sites of Samsung Electronic's key plants as well as the best environment for business in Korea. And the major subcontracting firms seems to be in the hierarchic and vertical relationship with Samsung Electronics rather than horizontal and good collaboration network in this case.

정보화 시대에 살고있는 우리는 교육의 패러다임 변화요청에 부응하여 교사 중심의 교육 환경을 학습자 중심의 선택에 강조점을 두고 교육을 실시하여야 한다. 그리고 양질의 교육환경이 좋은 교육효과를 낳을 수 있다는 점에서 컴퓨터 교육 환경의 현황을 파악하고 그 개선 방향을 제시하는 것이 시의 적절한 연구라 할 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 전북 지역에 있는 고등학교를 대상으로 컴퓨터 교육의 환경과 그 실효성에 대한 자료조사를 설문지와 면접법을 통해 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 수업 만족도 , 전산실 사용 만족도를 중심으로 전체를 분석하고 인문계 고교와 실업계 고교 ,그리고 남학생과 여학생의 의견도 각각 분석하였다. 그 결과는 모든학생들이 컴퓨터 수업과 전산실 사용에 불만족을 느끼고 있었으며 주요한 이유는 컴퓨터 시설의 미흡과 컴퓨터를 전공한 전문 교사의 부족함등으로 나타났다. 결론으로 컴퓨터 교육을 활성화하기 위해서 정부는 교육용 컴퓨터보급, 교사용 컴퓨터보급, 교육용 소프트웨어 개발 보급영역, 컴퓨터 교육을 대학에서 4년동안 전공한 전문 교사의 현장배치의 시급함등 네 가지 부분에 주력해야 함을 제시한다.

최근 산업의 발전으로 국민들의 생활의 질이 높아짐에 따라 좋은 환경에서 살 권리를 주장하는 시민들이 늘어나고 있다 대도시나 국가 산업단지를 중심으로 오존의 농도가 높아짐에 따라 오존을 생성하는 전구물질의 배출억제에 대한 국가적인 대책이 요구되고 있어 오존을 생성하는 천구물질을 파악하는데 주력하고 있다. 이러한 전구물질 중 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 것이 VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) 이다. 방향족 탄화수소는 화합물 자체로서도 환경 및 건강에 직접 유해하거나 지방족 탄화수소와 같이 주로 대기중의 광화학 반응에 참여하여 광화학산화물 등의 2차 오염물질을 발생할 수 있다. This study examines the mud-based cosmetic business by the City of Boryeong, as a case of commodifying a locality's endowment or assets for local development. Concretely, the study discusses current status, history, and challenges of the business, which is an integral component of the key industry Boryeong seeks to promote by using mud materials. The discussion also encompasses the factors behind the development of the business. From the discussion, my work presents the business‘s implications for the commodification of local endowment/assets and promotion of relevant key industries that not a few localities across Korea pursue for their development. I deal with such implications, primarily in terms of the local institutional capacity that induces the consistent participation and cooperation from a wide variety of stake-holder as well as the shared vision among such stake-holders in order to enable a locality to effectively use its endowments/assets for local development. And this work reiterates that the institutional capacity which is significant for local development has to be analyzed in depth and such an analysis should produce codified knowledge which can function as guidances or manuals for many localities.
