The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the level of participation in sports for the disabled on the community attachment. The subjects of this study were 227 persons with physical disabilities in D city. The analysis method was analyzed by factor analysis, frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, there is a high level of community attachment to male(sex), 40's and 50's(by age group) and 1st and 2nd grade(by disability grade). Second, in the degree of participation, the duration of exercise and duration of exercise, duration of exercise in dependency, and duration of exercise and intensity of exercise were found to have a positive effect on identity. As a result, it affected the consciousness of local community. In future research, it is necessary to study the psychological effect connected with community.

The people who is returning to the community after hospital treatment are faced with the choosing where to proceed with rehabilitation exercise with an appropriate exercise specialists based on the current health condition of them. It is required to supprot a personalized exercise rehabilitation service (hereinafter referred to as ARES system) in the community based on individual disease information and health conditions based on hospital clinical data. In this study, we designed a resource management system for online-to-offline (O2O) based coach matching to improve accessibility with facilities and coaches for exercise rehabilitation in the community.

본 연구는 현대하이스코 순천공장과 포스코 광양제철소에서의 비정규직 조직화 비교를 통해 사내하청 노동조합의 조직화에 영향을 미치는 작업장 요인과 지역사회 요인들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 기존의 비정규직 노동자 조직화를 비롯한 노동운동, 노동조합 관련 연구들은 대부분 '생산의 정치'의 영역에서 비롯된 '작업장' 요인들에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 그러나 비정규직 노동자 조직화에 대한 보다 분석을 보다 발전시키기 위해서는 작업장뿐만 아니라 '스케일의 정치'가 작동하는 공간인 '지역사회' 또한 분석의 단위로 통합되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 작업장에서의 정규직 및 비정규직 노동자들에 대한 관리통제와 실천뿐만 아니라, 지역사회의 다양한 요인들이 비정규직 노동자들의 조직화 시도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검토하고자 한다. 두 사례에서 사내하청 노동자들은 철강산업이라는 산업부문과 사내하청 고용형태에 속한다는 공통점 외에도 낮은 수준의 임금과 노동조건하에서 강한 불만을 지니고 있었으며, 원청 및 사내하청 업체의 강한 통제하에 놓여 있었다는 공통점을 지닌다. 그럼에도 포스코의 경우와 달리 현대하이스코 비정규직 노동자들은 격렬한 대중투쟁과 지역사회의 지원 속에서 성공적인 조직화를 이룰 수 있었다. 사내하청 노동조합 결성 과정 또한 상이하였다. 현대하이스코의 경우 누적된 사내하청노동자들의 불만이 계약해지를 계기로 일순간 터져 나오면서 작업장 점거농성을 비롯한 대중투쟁과 결합하였다. 나아가 현대하이스코 비정규직지회는 지역사회운동과의 연대를 통해 작업장의 문제를 전체 비정규직 노동문제로 확대해 나갔다. 반면, 포스코의 경우 초기 조직화의 범위가 제한적이었고 대중투쟁 또한 강하게 나타나지 않았으며 지역사회의 관심과 지원 또한 약하게 나타났다. 이상과 같이 두 사례를 비교 검토함으로써 비정규직의 조직화에 있어 비정규직 자체 동원기제와 정규직의 지원은 여전히 중요하게 작용하지만, 이것이 확보되지 않을 경우 지역사회를 비롯한 외부의 지원이 일정하게 작용함을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 그러나 이 역시 지역사회구조 및 지역사회운동의 성격에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

This research is a case study of 'Seattle Reads', which launched in 1998 and has become the prototype of 'One Book, One City' Community Reading Promotion Campaign. The purpose of this research is to comprehend further the current state and future goals of 'Seattle Reads' as a typical 'One Book' program by documenting the characteristics of the 'One Book's selected for the past 25 years and their related events and activities. 'Seattle Reads' presented the model of 'One Book' program, which consists of the selection of 'One Book' for adult readers, its reading and discussion, and a variety of events and activities in the community. This analysis of 'Seattle Reads' demonstrates the continuity, consistency, self-reliance, and independence of a 'One Book' program, by reading and talking about 'One Book' by authors with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and trying to understand and integrate differences among people in the community.

Since the Arab spring in 2010, SNS prompted discussions about the roles to organize collective actions. First of all, mobile media and SNS help to mobilize both on and offline social movement, second, to create new forms of collective actions, third, to organize social movement organizations across the world, fourth, to empower movement participants to develop new collective identities. On the other hand, the same technologies also hinder social movements from developing continuity and dedication. In addition, the problems of digital divide might aggravate the divisive process to organize collective actions across the world. This research is built on these ongoing arguments about the potentials and limitations of new media technologies. In particular, this research tries to move beyond the confrontational approaches to the media through the case study of Save The Jeju Island social movements on Facebook. The movement SNS on Facebook aims to provide as well as organize international SMOs and activists that might help deeper understandings on the potentials and limitations of online communication strategies for global social movements.

본 논문은 병원과 지역사회에서 제공하는 재활 서비스를 연계하여 재활 단계별 개인 맞춤 재활서비스를 제공하기 위한 재활운동 빅데이터 플랫폼과 재활 서비스를 지원하는 재활 운동 기기간의 데이터 수집을 위한 인터페이스의 설계에 관한 것이다. 재활 운동 빅데이터 플랫폼은 병원과 지역사회에서 생성되는 재활 관련 데이터를 수집하고 이를 가공, 유통하기 위한 데이터 서비스와 수집된 데이터를 예측, 분석하여 개인 맞춤형의 단계별 재활을 지원하기 위한 다양한 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 재활 운동을 보조하는 재활 운동 기기에서 생성되는 다양한 유형의 데이터를 재활 운동 빅데이터 플랫폼으로 전송하고, 수집된 데이터를 플랫폼 내외부에서 활용 가능하도록 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스에 대하여 설명한다.

Health promotion has more comprehensive approaches in recent years. Nevertheless we accept the concept of health promotion differently, we are agree on that community is the most important field in health promotion which includes population at the aspect of health policy, individual skill and, environment. And there are a number of different approaches to health promotion. In them, 'population approaches' and 'high -risk group approaches' has the most different characteristics. 'Population approaches' is equally important or more important than 'individual approaches' for maintaining and promoting population health. Almost part of this article contents is the summary of the guideline and population strategy of health promotion in Korea, 1999 - 2005. Community based health promotion program should be reinforced, integrated, comprehensive, collaborative through efficiently utilizing community resources. Recent new orientation of community health program is integrated health program, we can find this orientation at Ottawa charter 1986. Comprehensive approaches with the determinant factors for health are essential task. Physical activity is a key health determinant. The population-health approach suggests that educating people about physical activity is not enough. Individual behavior changes are important too, but need to be balanced with strategies for environmental change. Population strategy with physical activity for health promotion should be developed through improving social and physical supportive environment, linking and integrating community resources between public and private sectors in national, regional and local level. Continuous public education and social marketing should be provided through collaborating with community physical activity organization, facilities, work-places and school for increasing concern of all the people of community about physical activity. Governments, agencies and citizens should held and participate to building movement. And the strategy that various 'active for life' program should be developed, delivered, maintained and reinforced continuously. Basically, adequate and sufficient financing, developing human resources, policies and legislation would be provided and supported fully too. At last, research development and knowledge exchange are required domestically and internationally. In Korea, we had classified the category of strategic priority of physical activity programs by environmental support, life-course approach, high-risk group approach and disease group approach for physical activity program based on community health center. Community based core programs for physical activity that includes infrastructure building and establishment of supporting environment, community campaign, health promotion education and public service announcement, physical activity programs for elderly and obesity, exercise prescription program.

The purpose of this research is to describe the characteristics of "One Book, One Community" reading promotion campaigns in which universities are involved in the U. S. A. Many universities and colleges in various communities participate in "One Book" campaigns in communities as leaders or partners, and promote reading for students on campus through either "One Book, One Campus" or "common reading programs." Universities can contribute a lot to "One Book" campaigns in communities by providing library collection, human resources, and facilities, and especially coordinating programs and events which require subject specialties. Also, they can promote the significance of reading literary classics. "Common reading programs" help freshmen easily adjust to campus life and build the sense of belonging to the "academic community" by reading the same book and talking about it with other members of universities.

A public reading campaign is a sociocultural movement that can stimulate a sense of community. The 'One Book, One City' reading campaign, as a typical public reading campaign, was established as a new reading paradigm by sharing cultural experiences among community residents through discussions after reading 'one book,' thus evoking a sense of community. This study focuses on the 'One Book, SeongBuk' reading campaign in Seongbuk-Gu, Seoul, which was awarded the title of '2012 Year of Reading' program. In line with this, this study examines the theoretical background of the public reading campaign, looks into the background and contents of the 'One Book, SeongBuk' reading campaign in Seongbuk-Gu, and analyzes and pinpoints the factors that influence the campaign. By so doing, this study aims at enhancing our understanding of the public reading campaign.
