Korean TV program market has started since 1995 along with Cable TV and local TV stations and increased significantly due to Korean wave. Now the new platform such as IPTV makes a new opportunity of growth to the TV program market. This study will analyse the actual status and mechanism of Korean TV program market. To begin, Korean TV market is still dominated by terrestrial TV in domestic distribution market and in exportation even though the windows are diversified. This has influenced not only for the production market but also the distribution market as the following: continuous conflicts between terrestrial TV and independent production companies even though the significant increase of independent production in quantity ; terrestrial TV's dominance in distribution market with enormous libraries as for the major content provider. In addition, there are limited independent distributors due to the exclusive trade of TV programs by terrestrial TV. As for the exportation, foreign market for Korean TV programs are mainly Asian countries like Japan, China, etc. Furthermore, since the genre of distribution has been concentrated in dramas, it is time to make efforts to find a solution. Thus, this research can give a guideline as for the first step.

As the development of recent science and technology, high-performance computing resources is needed to solve complex problems. To reach these requirements, it has been actively studied about grid computing that consist of a huge system which bind a heterogeneous high performance computing resources into on which are geographically dispersed. However, The current research situation which are the process to obtain the best results in the limited resources and the scheduling policy to accurately predict the total execution time of the real-time task are very poor. In this paper, in order to overcome these problems, we suggested a grid computing-based risk management system which derived from the system structure and the process for improving the efficiency of the system, grid computing-based working methodology, risk policy module which can manage efficiently the problem of the work of resources(Agent), scheduling technique and allocation method which can re-allocate the resource allocation and the resources in problem, and monitoring which can manage resources(Agent).

In this research, we analyze about the effect of the traditional market supporting policy about 16 large unit self-governing bodies and effeciency through DEA analysis. The plan for supports of the traditional market were shown. Now, the object of the traditional market supporting policy was any more not improvement of facilities and the thing which is the attraction of customer activity for the sales increase of the traditional market could be confirmed. For the sales increase, supporting of the field like the client information center, source indicator, autonomic packing stand, and the broadcasting facility are effective more. In addition, for the visiting customer inducement activation, we could know that supporting of the field like client information center, broadcasting facility, broadcasting advertisement, and the premium event for gift certificate were required. The method including the customer distribution service operation, which is the various product development and cross sellings and client friendly based on data which it investigates the actual conditions the market merchant on the Incheon area and consumer with the concrete plan for support gift certificate activation, the market information system construction, and etc. was shown.

This study conducts an analysis of a problem on internet reservation of e-haneul funeral total information system by disqualified fee imposition standard in public cremation facilities through research and investigation focusing on the operational realities and an ordinance related to public cremation facilities made by each local government across the country, and then is to suggest a policy proposal to improve the drawn problem. As a result of the analysis, as a way to improve the drawn problems, this study suggests a policy proposal that prevents an illegal camouflaged move-in to reduce fee by restricting residence period in requirement of local residents inside the jurisdiction who can use public cremation facilities, raises fee of public cremation facilities of local residents inside the jurisdiction into the optimum level that is set cheaper than production cost, and unifies age norm of an object to apply adult fee in the central government about a difference of age norm of an object to apply fee of adult with the highest availability of public cremation facilities between local governments, resolving a fee difference through fee cutting of local residents outside the jurisdiction priced higher than production cost.

As the cremation usage in ehaneul funeral information system through online reservation service is showed to increase 50.7% that with use the case of from the 37,784corpse in 2011 to 56,945 corpse in 2017. With these increasing, Seoul Metropolitan City should implement the following policies in order to improve the operation of public cremation facilities. First, additional cremators should be built through smooth negotiations with local residents who live around the planned locations. Second, Seoul Metropolitan City should implement cooperative projects of building joint public cremation facilities with local governments of Gyeonggi-do that are adjacent to Seoul Metropolitan City. Third, decentralize demand of cremation through the establishment of cremation facilities exclusively for open tomb in Seoul Municipal Cemetery. Lastly, should take measures to control cremation demand by expanding differentiated operation of public cremation facilities' use hours for people who live in other regions except residents of Seoul Metropolitan City and by increasing cremation charges.

Ad-hoc networks can be used various environment, which it is difficult to construct infrastructures, such as shadowing areas, disaster areas, war area, and so on. In order to support to considerable and various wireless services, more spectrum resources are needed. However, efficient utilization of the frequency resource is difficult because of spectrum scarcity and the conventional frequency regulation. Ad-hoc networks employing cognitive radio (CR) system that guarantee high spectrum utilization provide effective way to increase the network capacity. In CR based wireless ad-hoc networks, cluster-head decides the existence of primary user using sensing information of primary user from each ad-hoc device. However, it is still defective research to decide cluster head among the a lot of ad-hoc devices. So, in this paper, we show the decision method of cluster head in CR based wireless and detection probabilities of primary user based on decision method of cluster head.

최근 GPS의 이상 현상에 대한 대비 핀 독자 항법 시스템을 구축하기 위해 유럽의 갈릴레오 일본의 QZSS 등 세계 선진각국의 GPS에 독립적인 위성항법시스템을 구축하고 있으며 GPS의 백업 용도로 지상항법 시스템인 Loran의 현대화 작업 등이 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 독자항법에 대한 필요성이 거론되었고 해양수산부는 해상 밀 국내 전 지역을 커버할 수 있는 신호 영역을 가진 DGPS 신호의 대체항법 및 시각동기 인프라로서의 활용성에 대해 정책적으로 접근하고 있다. GPS 보정 정보를 방송하는 DGPS 비콘 신호는 중파 대역으로 지표를 따라 전파되는 특성이 있다. 지표를 따라 전파되는 지표파는 지형의 전도율과 고도에 의해 전파의 전파시 추가 지연이 발생하고 이 추가 지연은 항법 린 시각동기에 오차를 유발하게 된다. 본 논문은 DGPS 신호가 지형의 특성에 따라 지연되는 전파 특성 및 전파지연모델을 소개하고 해당 전파지연모델 구현 결과를 기존 연구결과와 비교$\cdot$검증하여 그 결과를 제시한다.

The analysis and comparison on the usage of public cremation facilities located in Seoul through online reservation service of ehaneul funeral information system by area from Jan. 1, 2011 to Dec. 31, 2017 showed that among 314,877 in the number of bodies using the facilities, 225,828 (or 71.7%) belonged to Seoul citizens and 89,049 (or 28.3%) belonged to people living in other area than Seoul, such as Goyang city, Gyeonggi-do and other local governments. Therefore, there appeared that the Seoul citizens could not get the timely cremation service but instead extended the funeral service to 4 to 5 days or had to go to the remote area for cremation. This trend gets severe every year. To solve these problems, it is recommended that Seoul city government makes effort of constructing or expanding the public cremation facilities in cooperation with other local government of the area whose residents show high rate of using Seoul public cremation facilities and that Seoul city government expands or builds its own public cremation facilities in mid- and long-term. In addition, the local government of other area around Seoul needs to expand their use rate of their own (4) public cremation facilities or raise the creation fee for the residents from other areas, thus trying to dispersing and controlling the demand for the cremation.

This paper presents a novel mobile measurement system with multi antennas which enable mobile measurement as well as fixed measurement with telescope mast. Proposed system installed 4 omni directional antennas for the space diversity process and one directional log periodic antenna for the simultaneous conventional fixed measurement. Whole antenna systems are connected to the custom DTV channel analyzers with Ethernet networks respectively and processed by the main controller to calculate real time average receive levels. To prove the performance of proposed system, the typical receive models are categorized as 3 area types - open area, building area and house area, and then intensive field tests were performed through mobile and fixed measurement phases. With these measurement data, the relationships between mobile and fixed measurement are analyzed, and the concept of compensation factor is proposed to assume the average receive level of signal. The field test is fulfilled as a co-work with public broadcasters and the proposed system is applied to the intensive coverage measurement projects for metropolitan areas by the korean government agencies.

The government and the police are trying to expand the safety of the people by spreading "four major social evil erasures" intensively crackdown and prevention activities of sexual assault, school violence, domestic violence, and bad foods for the main purpose of security activities I made an effort. However, in spite of such efforts, the public's feelings of social unrest and the concern about security have not been significantly improved. Therefore, in this paper, using R which is the tool for analyzing big data which is most widely used in each field such as enterprise, consulting, public field, etc., R Using variables measured at each level, we analyzed by analyzing multiple regression analyzes, and confirmed what kind of correlation there is in relation to the direction affecting policy improvement I will try to present it.
