Storage facility of the pre-historic Korea is classified into the subterranean, ground and overground types. The rectangular-shaped subterranean Storage facilities have been identified in the Pungnaptoseong, the Gong mountain fortress site and the Gwanbukri site. Feature no. 196 at Gyeongdang District in Pungnaptoseong yielded a large quantity of glazed potteries, and a wooden storage at the Gwanbukri site contained a large amount of fruit seeds. These storage facilities might be functioned as the warehouse for the highest group rather than the storage for the emergency such as war and flooding and stipend of government officials. This article subdivided into "state storage" on the concept of the former that "royal storage" on the concept of the latter. If it look on the state storage at large, this include the royal storage too. But it subdivided to help article understand because Baekjae changed from state storage to royal storage by change and specialization of system after 4th. The reason why the diversification of storage pits was closely related to the unification of local polities and the concentration of political power in the state-level. Therefore, it might reflect the political circumstances the ruling elites attempted to heighten their authority in terms of the organizing tax collecting system. And divided the time of storage is confirmed separative storage pits in the suburbs of capital city. There is hight probability of top local polities or nation that have possessional a role. This is to cover on frequent war in the Three States. On the other hand, state storage is located around ancent road that linked castle gate that is divided into center and periphery depending on function and position of storage. Center is located royal storage focusing in the presumed royal palace that periphery is located state storage to provide service to the public. It is presumed that located with the government office.

This is a comparative descriptive research conducted to compare work obstacles and safety culture perceptions of elderly welfare facility employees in Korea and Japan. The number of subjects are total 680 including 460 Japanese employees, working at elderly welfare facility in city 'N', and 220 Korean employees in city 'A' and 'S' of province 'K'. This study had been conducted from April 1, 2018 to August 30, 2018 and the data was analyzed by x2-test, t-test, ANOVA. As a result, work obstacles were korea and japan, there were no statistically significant differences between two groups. In the safety culture perceptions, employees of elderly welfare facility in Korea showed significantly higher level of safety culture perception than employees of that in Japan. furthermore, it is revealed in both countries that the less work obstacles they have, the higher safety culture perceptions they get. And it is a work obstacles that affects safety culture perceptions. Lastly, it is expected that the result of this study can be used as basic data for the improvement of working environment and for the strategy development in human resource management to enhance the safety culture perceptions and to reduce work obstacles.

최근 3D콘텐츠에 대한 주목, N-Screen 환경조성, 종편사업자등장 등의 환경 변화를 배경으로 방송영상콘텐츠산업이 급성장 하고 있다. 그리고 그 중심에 스마트 콘텐츠가 있고, 스마트 콘텐츠를 제작하는 과정에 중요한 역할을 하는 CG, VFX 로 대표되는 특수 영상분야가 주목받고 있다. 고양시는 이러한 시대변화를 앞서 읽고 CG/3D 기업육성, 아쿠아스튜디오 조성 등 타지자체와 차별화된 정책을 추진하여 관련 분야에 경쟁력을 확보하여 지역경제 활성화를 위한 블루오션을 개척하였다. 이에 본 논문은 고양아쿠아스튜디오의 현황 및 향후 가능성을 보고자한다. 고양아쿠아스튜디오가 단순한 개별시설로서 활용되는 것이 아니라 고양시의 방송영상 로케이션, 후반작업 등 문화산업의 가치사슬인 기획-제작-후반작업-배급 등과 연계되어 상승작용 하므로 지역경제 활성화 기여할 수 있는 가능성에 대해 고민하였다. 고양아쿠아스튜디오의 가능성으로 문화산업기반 조성 확대, 폐정수장을 문화산업을 테마로 재활용하는 도시재생의 시범사례 그리고 기업의 방송영상제작환경 제고와 고양아쿠아스튜디오의 테마(Theme)공원화 등을 제시한다.

Complex school facilities are being considered to meet increased public demands for culture and welfare in Korea, given the decreasing population. In this context, Gyeongi-do Hwaseong City's E-umteo is recognized as a relatively well-operated school complex. Therefore, this study considered seven E-umteo branches as case studies to examine the operations of educational programs and understand the techniques employed in the spatial configuration of E-umteo. To this end, field observations and interviews with facility operators were conducted. The case analysis results revealed that educational programs could be classified into three types: learning sharing , community communication, and lifelong learning. Furthermore, the learning sharing type was classified into education and physical education while the community communication type was classified into the community and convenience types. Meanwhile, lifelong learning was identified as the most actively used type by differentiating specialized programs. With regard to the spatial composition between the school and the "pitcher," only the connection and independent types were observed, and no integral type was discovered. Therefore, integrated future studies are mandated.

Reunification and economic development are discussed as the national visions of the Korean Peninsula in the 21st century. In particular, the tourism industry must be included as one of goals pursued under these visions because tourism indeed seeks for the happiness and peace of human beings. Mt. Kumgang tour began on November 18, 1998 and a land route to Mt. Kumgang also opened on September 1, 2002. These historical events have brought huge changes in the tourism industry of South and North Korea, and over 1,000 tourists are enjoying the Mt. Kumgang tour everyday. Nevertheless, the Mt. Kumgang International Tourism Zone is still poor in tourist accommodations as well as tourism infrastructure. Legal and institutional systems as an international tourism zone have not been established, and incidental and convenience facilities are insufficient. All these problems make it difficult to operate the special zone. Thus, this study set the following objectives to solve these problems: Establish systematic theories on the Mt. Kumgang International Tourism Zone, analyze theories on external factors, factors affecting tourist accommodation expansion, and use the findings as basic materials for tourist accommodation expansion strategies.

A community center is situated near the residential areas and is the public facility that acts as the core of local cultural activities. A community center, as the general cultural activities increases, is transforming into a facility that promotes the community restoration and living convenience such as welfare, sports, art activities, and education etc. beyond location of simple leisurely activities. This study considers local residents' accessibility through the renovation of preexisting community center.

This research is an analysis of the working plan, to build a pedestrian bridge for Eunpa amusement park in Kunsan, South Korea. This research takes into consideration the need of harmony with the surrounding area as well as the assessment of the activity of people on the pedestrian bridge. This research finds that it is possible for an efficient method to understand the interaction between humans and movement in this space. Another research objective is to understand human interaction and the relationship with the local scenery through a study of the scale and form of the bridge, the form of the main tower, and various subsidiary facilities in the space studied too. This research is to be an attempt to access a new way to approach bridge design and with the hope for the revitalization of the site.

안산시는 시민을 위한 사회, 문화적 기반시설의 확충으로 사회체육활동 공간과 지역 주민의 공동체 의식을 확립할 수 있는 장으로 시민건강 증진을 위한 종합운동장 건립을 추진, 현상설계경기를 실시하여 지난 96년 10월16일 아도무건축(장석웅)안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다. 가작으로는 공간건축(정종영)안과 유신건축(김지덕)+제일건축(정원심)안이 선정됐다. 본지에서는 당선작과 가작 중 공간건축안을 게재한다.

국.도.군립 등 자연공원의 보호와 이용에 대한 도하각신문 기사의 초점은 모든 개발도상국들이 겪듯이 보호보다 이용.개발쪽에 시각을 높혀 지역민의 경제발전과 연계하려는 경향이 짙다. 더욱이 보호의식의 희박으로 환경오염의 심각성은 폭주하는 이용객과 정비례하는 적신호를 울리고 있어 보호의식의 선양이 초급하다. 참고로 최근 각신문(전문지 포함)에 비친 국립공원 등 자연공원에 관한 기사의 제목만이라도 엮어 매스콤의 초점을 살펴 연구자료로 삼고저 한다.
