As people are highly interested in health, the number of people who participate in various sports programs is getting increased. But there is no web service which integrates all the information of the public sports facilities in Seoul and it's convenient to use the public sport facilities. So we propose an integrated information system whoever can find the public sports facilities in Seoul. The public APIs for the Seoul public sports facilities provided by Seoul city are used to integrate the information. Also, our web page provides various graphic function using pictures and videos of the facilities on the environment of HTML5. And it is the responsive webpage which can be provided on both desktop and mobile environment. By implementing the wizard page, the managers of the facilities who are not specialized can renew the information about their facilities easily. And for the easier searching, we provides three options of searching: local, subjects, themes.

주택가의 높은 토지 보상지, 적정한 부지 확보 곤란 등의 새로운 주차장을 확보하는데 한계가 있는 가운데 공공시설과 지역주민의 주차수요 첨두시간대가 서로 다른점을 이용해서 야간시간대에 공공시설의 주차공간을 개방하여 주민들이 이용하게 하면 주차장을 비워 두는 시간 없이 효율적으로 이용할 수 있습니다. 이에 따라 이 연구는 공공시설이나 기존 시설물의 부설 주차장을 주민들의 주차 공간으로 제공된 사례들을 수집, 분석하고 이들 사례들에서 지적되고 있는 문제 등을 자료 또는 기존 연구 등을 이용해 정리 했습니다. 이 연구의 대상은 주민의 복지를 증진하기 위한 시설물로 공공에서 조성하는 학교, 청사, 공원 등이다. 각 사례 조사를 통해 주차공간 확보가 효율적으로 이루어지는 사례가 보이지만 그에 따른 유의사항도 많아 주의도 많이 필요한 실정이라고 봅니다.

본 연구는 GIS를 이용하여 물리적 공간 차원에서 특정 지역 거주자의 물리적 공간 차원에서 공공시설 향유도를 분석하여 평가하는것을 목적으로 한다. 향유도 평가를 위해서는 향유도를 측정할수 있는 지표와 (GIS를 이용한) 지표 값 계산 도구의 개발이 필요하다. 지표는 접근성 및 사용가용량이 고려된다. 사용가용량은 특정 주택으로부터 일정거리 이내에 존재하는 공공시설의 가용량의 합을 말한다. 지표 값을 계산하기 위해선은 GIS를 활용한다. GIS를 통한 향유도 평가 결과는 특정 지역 거주자가 일정거리이내 공공시설에 대한 접근성을 고려하는 동시에 공공시설에 대한 사용가용량을 종합 비교하여 보여준다.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to effectively utilize the public facilities site that is being used in the new town for the expansion of newly required public facilities, because it is difficult to carry out redevelopment projects in apartment complexes of 1st generation new town due to the rigidity of land use and macroeconomic conditions. This study examined the following three ways to effectively utilize existing public facilities sites for Pyeongchon new town. First, it suggested how to secure the parking lot by deciding multi-dimensional urban planning facility of public facilities such as parks and schools in superblock that lacks parking space of apartment complex. Second, it suggested a plan to accommodate the demands of public facilities required by increasing the building density of existing public buildings in commercial district as an example of the Anyang Tax Office. Lastly, it suggested a way to install additional functions required by users through the reorganization of the existing public facilities and some extensions by examining the Pyeongchon library.

Change of Zoning Regulations in district unit plans calls for improving development benefits through upzoning rather than harmonious worldwide development. The purpose of this study is to examine the floor area ratio incentive system according to un-zoning in district units plan, and to suggest criteria to secure publicness. In order to derive methods to secure district unit plan publicness in Busan Metropolitan City, the ratio of securing public facilities through upzoning was examined. A comparative analysis of land price rate in the entire city versus the use district suggests that it is possible to secure 10 to 15% of public facilities. In this study, 10% of the project site was applied to secure public facilities, and it produced upgraded publicness.

The study examined citizens' information needs, perception and expectations of their public library services in Daejeon. The study analyzed citizens' demands and satisfaction(or dissatisfaction) of library services and facilities to develop comprehensive library plans and detailed strategies to satisfy the diverse users' needs (including non-users' needs) in the middle of rapidly changing socio-technological environments. To achieve the goal, the study collected the data by using both quota sampling and online and offline survey methods, and analyzed the 1,383 data through the statistical processes. The study found out the significant results and features, and suggested the implication and main points to apply the results to developing comprehensive library plans and strategies.

Recently, attention has been drawn to a new form of a public library, that is, a public library in a complex facility constructed in the same building or site with another facility. To get active users' or local governments' supports in the public library in a complex facility, it is necessary to build library strategic plans based on the analysis of users' evaluation and demands. Thus, this study analyzed the user satisfaction and perception of the 28 public libraries in complex facilities in Seoul. As a result, it was found that most users overall satisfied with public libraries in complex facilities in terms of human resources, information resources, and the links among services and positively perceived their environments and services. In order to provide more satisfaction to the users in public libraries in complex facilities first, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of libraries, to secure the sufficient library space, to prevent the outside noise, to link the facilities which bring mutual synergistic effect, and to develop a program and service accompanying other facilities.

기후변화로 인한 태풍과 국지성 집중호우의 발생 증가로 국토의 64%가 산으로 이루어진 우리나라에서 산사태와 토석류와 같은 산지 재해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 토석류는 물과 흙, 자갈, 유목 등이 계곡을 따라 이동하여 하류 지역에 위치한 주거 및 공공시설, 도로, 하천 그리고 인명에 피해를 입히는 자연재해이다. 본 연구대상 지역인 강원도 삼척시를 기준으로 2019년 10월에 발생한 태풍 '미탁'은 시간당 최대 110mm/hr, 누적강수량 487mm를 기록하였으며, 태풍으로 인한 강풍, 폭우, 홍수뿐만 아니라 산사태, 토석류와 같은 산지 재해로 사망 13명, 실종 2명, 이재민 910세대 1,442명의 인명 피해와 공공시설 1,835건, 사유시설 3,700건 등의 재산피해를 발생시켰다. 연구대상 지역에 높이 2m의 기설치된 저감시설이 있었으나 당시의 토석류 발생량을 저감하기에 규모가 작아 주택, 도로와 주민들이 있는 하류 지역에 많은 피해가 발생하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 토석류 피해가 발생한 강원도 삼척시 원덕읍 지역을 대상으로 현장조사를 통해 획득한 실측 자료를 활용하여 Hyper KANAKO 모형의 입력 매개변수로 사용하였다. 실측 자료를 모형에 적용하여 최대 유동심과 유속이 발생한 지점을 분석한 후 기설치된 재해 저감시설과 동일한 제원의 재해 저감시설을 설치하였을 때와 재해 저감시설의 높이와 종류를 변경하였을 때를 비교·분석하였다.

정부의 4대강 물 관리 종합대책에 따르면, 수계 전체 오염원중 비점오염원이 차지하는 오염부하가 22~37%에 달하는 것으로 추정되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 농업지역 비점오염물질 저감을 위한 대책은 논과 밭과 같이 농경지에 관한 것이 대부분이었으며, 축산은 관리 기준의 가장 기초라고 할 수 있는 지목분류기준에 조차 별도의 기준이 없는 실정이다. 가축분뇨공공처리시설과 가축분뇨자원화시설은 가축분뇨를 처리하여야 하는 점오염원이지만, 차량 운반시 발생되는 일부 분뇨와 처리장 세척 시 발생되는 일부 오염물질들이 비점오염원으로 작용하고 있으며 이에 대한 관리가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가축분뇨공공처리시설과 가축분뇨자원화시설에서 강우시 발생되는 유출특성을 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 가축분뇨처리시설의 비점오염 관리 처리시설 설치 시에 중요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 경상북도 영천시, 경기도 용인시, 전라북도 정읍시, 강원도 횡성군 등 축산밀집 지역을 대상으로 연 5회 강우시 모니터링을 실시하였으며, 모니터링자료를 바탕으로 유량가중평균농도(Event Mean Concentration, EMC)를 산정하였다. 영천시 가축분뇨자원화시설의EMC 산정결과 평균 BOD 5.1 mg/L, TN 6.90 mg/L, TP 0.91 mg/L로 산정되었으며, 용인시 개별처리농가의 경우 BOD 6.8 mg/L, TN 3.74 mg/L, TP 1.04 mg/L로, 횡성군 가축분뇨공공처리장의 경우 BOD 4.5 mg/L, TN 3.56 mg/L, TP 1.60 mg/L로, 정읍시 가축분뇨공공자원화시설의 경우 BOD 4.3 mg/L, TN 6.82 mg/L, TP 0.48 mg/L로 산정되었다. BOD, TN은 영천시 가축분뇨자원화시설에서 가장 높게 나타났고, TP의 경우 횡성군 축산폐수공공처리장의 경우 높게 나타났다. 유출특성을 분석한 결과 가축분뇨자원화시설의 경우 대부분 콘크리트 기반으로 조성된 토지위에 조성되어 강우시 유량은 급격하게 상승하며, 강우가 종료되면 바로 감소하는 불투수층 지역의 특성을 나타났다. 본 연구에서 분석된 유츨특성과 EMC는 비점오염 처리시설이나 가축분뇨공공처리시설 설치시 기초데이터로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 향후 가축분뇨처리시설의 지속적인 모니터링과 모니터링지점 확대로 자원화시설 강우유출수의 DataBase화를 통한 지속적인 연구 및 관리가 되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

This study aims to provide the basic data for the revitalization, efficient operation and management of sports facilities by investigating the perceptions of the service satisfaction in the users of public sports facilities. As the subjects of this study, 225 residents in the Chungbuk region were selected regardless of their sexes, and correspondence analysis method was applied to examine the interrelations among perceptions in the users of public sports facilities. The findings obtained through the research results are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to construct and improve public sports facilities for the efficiency of their operation and the reflection of the users' demand for service satisfaction. Second, it is necessary to approach from the welfare aspect in the plan for the utilization of public sports facilities and to develop and provide various activity programs for the consumers' classes.
