The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the mobile app 'Allive' to improve accessibility to resources and mental health services among sexual violence survivors. Participants include survivors of sexual violence as well as service providers at sexual violence crisis intervention centers. The usability test was conducted as a quantitative and qualitative evaluation after study participants used the app in a real-life environment. The results of usability testing highlighted the positive and beneficial impact on mental health function as well as accessibility to essential resources for those who have experienced sexual violence.

Culture technology (CT) becomes important in the recent environment where digital technology drives content-based innovations. However, technological trends of CT have not been systematically discussed. Especially, the trends of CT should be analyzed from the national perspective, because CT has grown with the help of government-driven innovation. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze CT trends focusing on national research projects. We collected data on CT from the national science and technology information service (NTIS) database, analyzed the keyword co-occurrence network, and identified the patterns of technological innovation using a clustering analysis. As a result, we found that CT has contributed to the digital content and cultural media, and has been actively developed with the help of machine learning technique. Especially, due to the rise of Covid-19, the non-face-to-face online content is rapidly increasing. This study provides important clues for understanding, analyzing CT trends.

Due to COVID-19 and minimum wage raise, rate of adoption of zero contact payment methods, such as kiosk, had increased rapidly in 2018. Although there exist users who have trouble utilizing it, kiosk is growing consistently, especially in food service industry. Main goal of this research is to verify antecedent of satisfaction level which affects continuance intention of kiosk in terms of quality and execute through examination of kiosk users on fast-food industry, which employs kiosk most predominantly. The result of this research showed that information accessibility (environment quality), convenience of order process (process quality), and addition of beneficial supplementary service (process quality) of kiosk had influence on customer satisfaction level which in turn, also affected continuance intention, but order payment readiness, which is consequence quality, had no effect on satisfaction level. With pervasion and indispensable increase in zero contact payment market, this research expanded our knowledge on kiosk user and established kiosk quality figure that can improve user satisfaction level and continuance intention, ultimately proposing selection guide of kiosk and securing competitiveness for stores.

As the need for artificial intelligence (AI) education, which will become the core of the upcoming intelligent information society rises, the national level is also focusing attention by including artificial intelligence-related content in the curriculum. In this study, the PASPA education program was presented to enhance students' creative problem-solving ability in the process of solving problems in daily life through supervised machine learning. And Micro:bit, a physical computing tool, was used to enhance the learning effect. The teaching and learning process applied to the PASPA education program consists of five steps: Problem Recoginition, Argument, Setting data standard, Programming, Application and evaluation. As a result of applying this educational program to students, it was confirmed that the creative problem-solving ability improved, and it was confirmed that there was a significant difference in knowledge and thinking in specific areas and critical and logical thinking in detailed areas.

This study analyzes whether the network characteristics lead to differences in innovation performance between inventors, using the case of Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor Company which have applied for the most patents in the electronics and automobile industries while showing significant differences in the degree of collaborative invention. The more inventors an inventor is connected with in the network, the higher innovation performance is achieved. While existing literature addressed intra- / interindustry, and intra- / inter- group spillovers at the organizational level, this study extends this discussion to the inventor level. This study newly introduces spillover pools from network components and then constructs spillover pools in three dimensions of the group, the industry, and the network component. The study analyzes the effects of each spillover pool on invention performance of an individual inventor and compares the effects between spillover pools. At the inventor level, the innovative effects of spillover pools were confirmed. The results of this study suggest that the inventor's network characteristics and spillover pools can be used to predict the inventor's innovation performance.

Conceptual Model of the Mission Spaces(CMMS) is a first abstraction model of the military real world and serves as a knowledge(mission spaces) reference models for development, interoperability and reusability of defense modeling and simulation(M&S) systems, by capturing basic information about entities involved in any mission and their key actions and interactions. Therefore, the completeness of CMMS is the key to success for the quality of M&S systems based on it. To improve quality and credibility of CMMS, the Verification, Validation and Accreditation(VV&A) processes of CMMS is very important. This paper briefly describes the K-CMMS(Korean Conceptual Model of Mission Space) and the VV&A process.

This study aims to elicit the vision of the future human being and mathematical competencies that next generation should pursue to be nurtured through mathematics education as regarding the need for a national mid-term to long-term mathematics education standard for nurturing learners that can accommodate changes in the future society is emerging. The research team established the criterion for domains of mathematical competencies through the analysis of prior research, and then, refined three dimensions of mathematical competencies and the domains of each dimension through expert advice (9 people in total, 3 times) and focus group interviews (10 people in total, 4 times). After conducting a large-scale survey (295 people in total) which includes elementary and secondary teachers, professors, and researchers, etc., the vision of the future human being and mathematical competencies were elicited. In order to utilize the vision of the future human being and mathematical competencies, five stages of research on the development and utilization of mathematics education standards were proposed. Cooperating with related organizations, securing the research project period and expanding the scope of research team composition, and providing web-based documentation of mathematics education standards will be needed for the follow-up studies.

Research misconduct has been a strong societal concern in sport and leisure studies. However, little is known about the complex mechanisms and ways of promoting research integrity. This study aimed at exploring the ways in which research integrity in sport and leisure studies could be established from the perspectives of academia. Employing a grounded theory approach, 13 academics and graduate students were invited to the study. Data were collected primarily through focus group and one-on-one follow-up interviews. Perceived negative factors contributing to research misconduct within socio-political/socio-environmental, socio-cultural, and personal contexts were identified. Three approaches, (a) top-down approach, (b) bottom-up approach, and (c) continuous education, as well as subsequent practical strategies were also suggested for the enhancement of research integrity within the field. This paper provided empirical knowledge regarding barriers to and opportunities for improving research integrity in sport and leisure studies.

기후변화로 인하여 가뭄은 그 위험성이 점차 높아질 것으로 예상되고 있다. 잠재적 대규모 가뭄피해를 사전에 예방하기 위해서는 가뭄에 보다 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하며, 국가적 수자원 관리를 넘어선 국민 전반이 가뭄 심각성을 인지하고 적합한 대응을 하도록 유도하는 것이 중요하다. 기상, 수문, 농업 등 가뭄 발생의 다양한 측면들을 표현한 여러 가뭄지수 및 정보가 이미 생산되고 있으므로, 이러한 정보를 국민에게 제공한다면 국민이 가뭄의 심각성을 인지하고 물 절약 등의 행동에 동참하도록 하거나 농민의 경우 사전에 대처 방안을 마련하도록 하는 등, 공급측면에서의 수자원 관리 뿐만 아니라 수요 측면에서의 대응도 가능하게 될 것이다. 하지만 현재 제공되는 가뭄지수 및 정보는 전문적 지식이 있는 의사결정자 및 연구자 등을 위한 것으로, 일반 시민이 이러한 정보를 통해 가뭄의 상황을 이해하고 해석하여 그에 따른 행동을 하기란 어려운 것이 사실이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내 가용한 가뭄지수 및 정보로부터 국민이 체감할 수 있으며, 적절한 행동을 하도록 설득할 수 있는 가뭄정보 생산 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 사회과학적 이론, 포커스그룹 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통하여 국민의 가뭄정보에 대한 인지 및 이해 특성을 파악하고, 시민자문단을 통하여 직접적으로 국민에게 현재 가용한 가뭄정보를 제공하고 어떻게 바라보는지 분석함으로써, 국민이 체감 가능한 가뭄정보의 방향을 제안하였다. 또한 현재 가뭄에 대한 뉴스 등이 어떠한 방식으로 생산되고 유통되는지를 분석하여 이로부터 사회과학적 측면에서 국민을 설득하기 위한 보다 효과적 방안을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 국민이 가뭄의 상황을 인지하고, 국가적 차원의 가뭄 대응의 필요성을 이해하며, 물 절약 등의 행동을 하도록 설득하는 것이 가능하게 되어, 점차 심각해져가는 가뭄에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
