Much attention is being paid to social media because of their potentials to draw collective intelligence. In this context does this study attempt to draw some implications of social media as knowledge creation platform and suggest a conceptual framework of social media management. Information sharing among the public through social media literally produces profound influence throughout the society and thus not only business firms but all levels of public institutions, including government are seeking to take its advantage for various purposes such as public relations, crowd sourcing, etc. Especially considering that social media open the possibility of social knowledge creation platform in the Big Data era, this study is perhaps able to contribute to further development of social media management model together with a series of measuring indexes.

Rapid globalization process is applying to Science field in Korea. Until now, most researches and government's announcement used to examine the scientific level of Korea by using the number of publications in the SCI Journals. I investigate other aspects of the scientific globalization: a scientific collaboration trend, participations of foreign researchers, and the national level of collaboration networks. There are increasing patterns in collaboration and foreign researchers' participation, and the Impact Factors of the Journals were preceded by inflating trend in the participations of foreign researchers. Also, the breadth and the density are different from each science fields in the national level of collaboration networks. These findings are related to the process of globalization in the Korean science journals and the science fields.

This study examines the breadth and depth of knowledge of the teacher employment test for secondary mathematics. For the breadth of knowledge, we attempted to figure out the range of knowledge in terms of the content areas using the standards from the Korea Society Educational Studies in Mathematics[KSESM](2008). For the depth of knowledge, we chose Anderson & Krathwohl(2001) framework to analyze levels of each item in the test. The results from the analysis of 180 items in the teacher employment test between 2014 and 2021 show that while items in mathematics education have considerable variation in terms of range and levels of knowledge, those in some subjects of mathematics can be found only certain level of knowledge. i.e., merely certain topics or levels of knowledge have been heavily evaluated. Thus, considering the breadth and depth of knowledge teachers should have, the current exam needs to be improved in terms of teacher knowledge. It does not mean that every topic and every level of knowledge should be evaluated. However, it is a meaningful opportunity to think about what kinds of knowledge teachers should have in relation to K-12 mathematics curriculum and how we can evaluate the knowledge. More collaborative effort is inevitable for the improvement of teacher knowledge and teacher employment test.

In this paper, we have proposed a new geometric solution of inverse kinematics of high instinct, while traditional solutions of inverse kinematics requires high level of mathematical knowledge. It was possible to use the inverse kinematics without mathematical knowledge because 3D vectors of directions of folded bones could be calculated by our method in the inverse kinematic model of two bones. The proposed method can be utilized easily by graphic designers who have little knowledge of mathematics of inverse kinematics

Research and Development projects sponsored by the government are one of the main production sectors of academic and research information in domestic area. The access control and information service of R&D outcomes should be considered as a critical factor of nation-wide knowledge-based IS management. This study focused on the practical utilities of three IPR legislations of the government projects and analyzed if they are good enough to support the information service in recent digital network environment. Some suggestions in different perspectives were provided for the improvement of the existed IPR legislation.

The intranet systems used in government sponsored research institutes have been faced with the change of knowledge management under a large scale project. The intranet structure have to be changed to knowledge management system so that every year, the increasing research results information may be effectively administrated by government control system and the competitive power of R&D may be gotten in the society of technical competition. In this paper, we've researched about the change of the times, legacy systems in each organization, the expected efficiency, which have been demanded in government sponsored research institutes through a real implementation process.

According to Kant, time is integral to all human cognitive experiences. Human beings perceive things in the frame of time. Phenomena are perceived in successive way or in coexistent way. In this paper, I argue that the perspective of temporality and atemporality can be a framework to consider the issues of teaching and understanding of mathematical knowledge. Significance of temporal inquiry of atemporal phenomena is discussed with examples of mathematical expressions and geometric figures. Significance of atemporal inquiry of temporal phenomena is also discussed with examples of the sum of natural numbers, geometric pattern, and the probability of two events. Teachers should understand the potential of mathematical tasks from the perspective of temporality and atemporality and provide students with opportunities to inquire temporal phenomena atemporally and atemporal phenomena temporally.

각 나라의 경쟁력은 기존의 자원이나 자본이 아닌 뛰어난 인재들의 두뇌에서 나올것이라는 앨빈 토플러의 말이 이미 현실이 되어 우수한 두뇌를 갖기 위한 치열한 전쟁의 시대가 전개되고 있다. 이에 우리나라가 21세기 첨단지식기반의 정보화 세계화 사회에서 국가 경쟁력을 확보하려면, 고급 인적자원을 조기에 발굴하여 체계적으로 교육하는 프로그램이 필요하다. 따라서 고도의 지식정보 사회에 적응하고 국가간 경쟁력에서 앞서나가려면 정보과학영역에서의 영재교육의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 국가적인 차원에서 고도의 정보사회에 부응할 수 있게 17개 대학부설 과학영재교육원 및 여러 영재교육기관에서 정보과학 영재를 선발하여 교육하고 있다. 그런 의미에서 본 논문에서는 제주지역 대학부설 과학영재교육원과 다른 영재교육기관에서의 정보 영재 선발에 관련된 제반 사항 및 교육과정과 교육내용에 대하여 연구하여 보았다.

본 연구는 CSDP-초기설계 시스템 개발'3' 세부과제로 수행되었으며 선박의 기본 성능 및 사양을 결정하는데 필요한 제반 기본 계산을 수행하고 설계자의 의사결정을 지원하는 대화식 초기 설계 전산 시스템의 개발에 그 목적이 있으며, 크게 개념설계 분야와 선형 설계분야로 나누어 개발 되어왔다.(Fig. 4.1 참조). 이번 4차년도에는, 프로그램을 보다 효율적으로 사용할 수 잇도록 하기 위하여 개년설계 시스템을 구성하는 단위 모듈들을 단독으로 사용 가능하도록 독립성을 유지 함과 동시에, 시스템 차원의 상위 레벨에서 각각의 모듈들을 통합 제어하는 수퍼어플리케이션 개념을 이용한 유연화된 대화형 개념설계 프로그램(BASCON-3)을 개발하였다. 그리고 선박의 주기관 선정과 관련한 경험적 지식을 도출하여 지식베이스를 구성하고, 주기관 데이터베이스 및 저항.추진성능 추정 모듈들과의 통합을 통한 시험형의 주기관 선정 지원 시스템(ME-ASSIST )을 개발하였다. 또한 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI)를 채택한 확장형 선형 정의 및 변환 프 로그램(MBASTRANS)을 개발하였다. 형상 모델러인 ACIS를 도입하여, 조선 분야에의 활용 가 능성을 연구하였고, 조선소에 GUI개발 기술과 시스템 통합 기술을 이전하였다.

Recently, the virtual world where avatars are playing crucial roles in connecting users with each other receives much attention from practioners as well as academicians. Especially, Second Life is one of the most prevailing website where 3-D avatars can be easily designed in line with for users' personal tastes. However, there are no studies showing how the selling agents designed in 3-D avatars can affect customer trust and purchase intention in the context of virtual world. This study is concerned with suggesting the empirical results to fill in the research void like this. Results reveal that the proposed hypotheses are proven with statistical significance.
