  • 유네스코 창의 도시 네트워크는 문화예술 분야에서 국제 수준의 경험이나 지식, 전문기술을 가진 창의도시 간 네트워크를 의미한다. 우리나라 7개 분야에서 총 8개의 창의도시가 존재하며, 대구의 경우에는 음악 창의도시로 선정되었다. 본 연구는 음악 창의도시 대구 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 PCSI 모델을 기반으로 한만족도 설문조사를 실시하였다. PCSI 2.0 모델을 기반으로 서비스 내용 품질, 서비스 전달 품질, 서비스 환경 품질, 사회적 책임, 불일치, 성과 그리고 만족도라는 변수를 설정하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 세 가지 품질과 사회적 책임 및 불일치가 만족도에 영향을 미치고 만족도는 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 검증하고자 하였다. 대구가 창의도시로서 역할 정립을 새롭게 하고 발전방안을 수립할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하고자 한다.

Performance Measurement Model for Open Big Data Platform (공공 빅데이터 플랫폼 성과평가 모형)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the performance measurement model for open big data platform. In order to develop the performance measurement model, we have integrated big data reference architecture(NIST 2018) with performance prism model(Neely et al. 2001) in the platform perspective of open big data. Our proposed model consists of five key building blocks for measuring performance of open data platform as follows: stakeholder contribution, big data governance capabilities, big data service capabilities, big data IT capabilities, and stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, our proposed model have twenty four evaluation indices and seventy five measurement items. We believe that our model could offer both research and practical implications for relevant research.

  • 최근 들어 WWW(World WideWeb) 환경은 데이터의 소유자나 독점자 없이 누구나 손쉽게 데이터를 생산하고 인터넷에서 공유할 수 있도록 한 사용자 참여 중심의 인터넷 환경인 Web 2.0 시대를 맞이하고 있다.Web 2.0 관련 기술이 발달함에 따라 UCC(User Created Contents) 웹사이트의 사용자 수는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 여럿의 중지를 모아 만들어지는 집단지성의 중요성이 부각되고 있고, UCC 웹사이트는 고품질의 집단지성을 제공하려고 다양한 서비스 및 상품의 개발을 하고 있다. 또한, UCC 웹사이트들은 자신들이 제공하는 집단지성을 사용자들이 채택하도록 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 대표적인 UCC 웹사이트인 위키피디아(www.wikipedia.org), 네이버 지식인 (kin.naver.com), 윙버스 (www.wingbus.com) 를 비롯한 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트를 대상으로 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트의 지속사용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 개발하여 실증분석을 한 결과 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 사용자 만족을 통해 지속사용에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되다.

  • 제조업과 유통업 등을 대상으로 했던 '한국서비스품질우수기업 인증'이 건설업 부문으로 확대되면서 건설업계의 관심이 커지고 있다. 서비스품질우수기업 인증제도는 기업 및 국가 경쟁력 제고와 소비자의 삶의 질 향상 및 권익보호를 위해 서비스 품질에 대해 이뤄지는 유일한 정부 인증으로 재단법인 키캄연구소(KICAM : 한국건설경영연구소)가 절차를 진행하고 지식경제부 기술표준원이 인증서를 발급해 준다. 2001년 시행된 이래 현재까지 800여 개 제조 유통업체 및 공공기업이 인증을 획득했고, 지난 9월부터는 고객서비스를 중시하는 건설산업 구조변화를 반영해 건설부문에도 시행됐다. 건설업 서비스품질 인증은 아파트 분양에서부터 입주, 사후관리까지 모든 단계의 사전 사후서비스 프로세스는 물론 서비스 품질문화 달성을 위한 리더십 등 추진력 부문, 고객만족 추진체계 등 시스템 부문, 서비스 경영성과 부문 등을 평가지표에 따라 종합 심사하게 된다. 특히 현장평가와 고객평가, 그리고 암행평가를 토대로 기술표준원 인증심사위원회에서 1000점 만점에 800점(중소기업은 700점) 이상을 획득한 기업에 한해 우수기업으로 인정해 준다. 건설업 서비스품질 인증제도에 대해 살펴본다.

  • 서비스 경제의 확산과 경쟁심화라는 현 시점에서 서비스품질은 조직의 장기적인 핵심 가치로 판단되는 것이 타당하며, 조직은 서비스품질을 확보하여 재무성과를 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 조직의 성과는 유/무형의 재무적 요소로 표현되나 이러한 재무성과의 성공과 실패는 리더십, 전략, 고객만족, 정보와 지식, 인적자원, 프로세스 등의 유기적인 체계에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 한국표준협회 한국서비스대상의 평가지표를 기본 구조로 하여 평가 지표가 실행과제의 내용을 구성할 수 있도록 지표를 세분화 하고 서비스품질의 개선을 통해 경영성과의 증진을 도모하는 일련의 방법론과 프로그램을 개발한다. 연구의 결과는 기업이 전사적 측면에서 서비스품질 활동을 위한 지표개발로부터 실행계획수립까지의 과정에서 필요한 가이드라인 혹은 실질적인 평가 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

A Study on the Development of an Instrument for Knowledge Contribution Assessment (조직 구성원의 지식기여도 평가 도구 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This paper defines appraisal items and weights of the items for the purpose of developing an appraisal instrument that objectively measures employee's effectiveness of knowledge contribution. Deductive research is used for the development of appraisal items and delphi method for the development of weights of the items. In the deductive research the term, "effectiveness of knowledge contribution" is first defined. Then knowledge contribution activities are classified as "dimension of explicit contribution" and " dimension of tacit contribution" due to the characteristics of knowledge. Each dimension is divided again by components. The dimension of explicit contribution is divided according to the content of knowledge, and the dimension of tacit contribution is divided according to the extent of tacitness of knowledge contribution. The total components of dimensions are 7. The dimension of explicit contribution is composed of factual knowledge and procedural knowledge. The factual knowledge is made up of "procedural knowledge outcome" and "other factual knowledge". The procedural knowledge is made up of "procedural knowledge manual" and "lessons-learned procedural knowledge". The dimension of tacit contribution is composed of "agency", "model" and "Q&A". The basic framework for measuring 7 components of knowledge contribution is quantitative and qualitative approach. This paper is premised on the assumption that the outcomes of employee's knowledge contribution activities are recorded in the knowledge management systems in order to evaluate them objectively. The appraisal items are defined as follows: at the dimension of explicit contribution, in quantitative approach, "the upload number" or "performance number", and in qualitative approach, other employee's "referred number" and other employee's "content and format satisfaction evaluation"; at the dimension of tacit contribution, "demanded number of performance" After the development of appraisal items by the deductive method, delphi method was used for the analysis of the weights of the items with the total degree of knowledge contribution, 100. This research does not include the standard marks of the appraisal items. It is because when companies apply this appraisal instrument, they could use their own standard appraisal marks of the appraisal items considering their present situations and companies' goals. Through this almost desert-like research about the appraisal instrument of employee's knowledge contribution effectiveness, it proposes a cornerstone in the research field of appraisal instrument, which provides a standard for employee's knowledge contribution appraisal, and appraisal items that make organizational knowledge to be managed more systemically in business sites.

Effects of Knowledge Management Activities on Transaction Satisfaction and Business Performance (지식전달체계가 거래만족과 사업성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The franchise system started by Singer Sewing Machine in the US is acting as a national economic growth engine in terms of job creation and economic growth. In China, the franchise system was introduced in the mid-1980s. And since joining the WTO, it has grown by 5-6% every year. However, compared to the growth rate of franchises, studies on shared growth between the chain headquarters and franchisees were insufficient. Accordingly, recent studies related to shared growth between the chain headquarters and franchisees have been active in China. The purpose of this study is to examine the knowledge transfer system between the knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and the use of knowledge by franchise chain headquarters in China. In addition, the relationship between franchise satisfaction and performance is identified. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from franchise stores in Sichuan, China, and were conducted with the help of ○○ Incubation, a Sichuan Province-certified incubator. From November 2020 to January 2021, 350 copies of the questionnaire were distributed in China, and 264 copies were returned. Of these, 44 copies with insincere answers and response errors were excluded, and 222 copies were used for analysis. The data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical packages. Result: The results of this study are as follows. First, knowledge creation has been shown to have a statistically significant impact on knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. In particular, the effectiveness of knowledge creation was higher in knowledge sharing than in knowledge utilization. And we can see that knowledge sharing also has a statistically significant e ffect on knowledge utilization. Second, knowledge sharing was not significant for transaction satisfaction and business performance, and knowledge utilization was significant for transaction satisfaction and business performance. These results can be said to mean less interdependence of the Chinese franchise system. Finally, transaction satisfaction was statistically significant to business performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the importance of knowledge management to secure long-term competitive advantage for Chinese franchises. This study shows that knowledge sharing is important for long-term franchise growth. And we can see that there is a lack of knowledge sharing methods in the case of franchises in China. I n addition, it was found that the growth of Chinese franchises requires systematization of communication, information sharing measures and timing, help from chain headquarters, and mutual responsibility awareness.

디자인 지식창출을 위한 검색시스템 구축

  • In the past era, acquisition and utilization of useful information was the main origin of competition. Nowadays, unlike that era, is the era of knowledge information(management) in which we should create a new knowledge on the basis of information and apply it to the field of practice. And more acquisition of information is no more the competitive power of any person, any company and any nation because in such the era of knowledge management, anyone can access and get the information he needs, utilizing internet-based searching system. Such demands of the times of knowledge management change rapidly in each field through knowledge management system and researches about knowledge management are actively processed in various academic branches. However, in our field of design, researches about those demands(knowledge management) still remain on the level of one-dimensional searching service for general data about design. Therefore, in this study, we developed building database of researches on form, color, aesthetical elements, preference image word, satisfaction etc. about CI/BI of home electronics goods, living goods, apparels, and food goods companies, also suggesting searching system through which you can obtain useful data and information helpful for designers to process CI/BI works of new product by using that database. Especially, in case of developing specific CI/BI, various search results through help of suggested system will supply a useful design concept. And more, cross table which is the result of analysis two-dimensional categorical data about existing design factors(such as form, color, aesthetical elements, preference image word, and satisfaction) will make contribution for designers to create a new design knowledge.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the health leader education on health behavior motivation, perceived health status, knowledge improvement, and life satisfaction among the living in rural area. The subjects consisted of 50 health leaders who participated in the health leader education program. Pre-and post-education tests were collected after education. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program with frequency, means, ANOVA, Paired t-test. The data significant changes in motivation, perceived health status, knowledge improvement. The data not significant changes in life satisfaction. Based on this study, a continuous health leader education program through a community health center is needed for rural community people.

Effects of Nonverbal Communication of Flight Attendants on Customer Engagement and Brand Intimacy (항공사 승무원의 비언어 커뮤니케이션이 고객 인게이지먼트 및 브랜드 친밀감에 미치는 영향)

  • The air travel industry, which had shrunk with COVID-19, is gaining wings again. Accordingly, this study investigated whether non-verbal communication factors experienced through interaction with airline flight attendants for passengers who have traveled abroad within the past year through domestic airlines affect customer engagement and brand intimacy. A total of 285 samples were collected, and SPSS 28 and AMOS 26 programs were used to verify the reliability and validity of the research tool, the suitability of the model, and hypotheses. As a result of the empirical study analysis, it was confirmed that Paralanguage and Proxemics in non-verbal communication of flight attendants had a significant effect on customer engagement. Although it is different from the results of previous studies following changes in perspective after COVID-19, it once again confirmed the importance of airline crew communication in providing face-to-face services at the interface with passengers. In order to induce customer engagement, which is a new customer satisfaction management index. In addition, it was confirmed that customer engagement has a significant effect on brand intimacy. These results support the view that it is necessary to establish new customer management indicators of emotion and relationship marketing in the existing marketing centered on price reduction or securing loyalty. It was confirmed that interactions with flight attendants can contribute to customer engagement, and these results have important implications for those working in the air transportation industry.
