쌍방향으로 질문과 답변을 하는 커뮤니티 기반의 지식검색서비스에서는 질의를 통해 원하는 답변을 얻을 수 있지만, 수많은 사용자들이 참여함에 따라 방대한 문서 속에서 검증된 문서를 찾아내는 것은 점점 더 어려워지고 있다. 지식검색서비스에서 기존 연구는 사용자들이 생성한 데이터 즉 추천수, 조회수 등의 비텍스트 정보를 이용하거나 답변의 길이, 자료첨부, 연결어 등의 텍스트 정보 이용하여 전문가를 식별하거나 문서의 품질을 평가하고, 이를 검색에 반영하여 검색성능을 향상시키는 데 활용했다. 그러나 비텍스트 정보는 질의/응답의 초기에 사용자들에 의해 충분한 정보를 확보할 수 없는 단점이 제기 되며, 텍스트 정보는 전체의 문서를 답변의 길이, 자료 첨부등과 같은 일부요인으로 판단해야하기 때문에 품질평가의 한계가 있다고 볼 수 있겠다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비텍스트 정보와 텍스트 정보의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 품질평가 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 통한 품질지수는 텍스트/비텍스트 정보와 소셜 네트워크 사용자 중앙성을 고려하여 질문에 적합하고 신뢰성 있는 답변을 랭킹화 함으로써 지식검색문서를 분별하는 지표가 되며, 이는 지식검색서비스의 성능향상에 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The revolution of information in information society innovates a lot of business processes. and the renewed processes contribute new paradigms of the 21th century. As one of the revolutions, ISO 9000 becomes a standard for developing efficient quality management systems which provide any-time and any-where environments satisfying customer needs. Thus, it becomes important to research on quality management systems for improving quality in information flowing and service domain. In this paper, we describe the applicable direction and the case study of ISO 9001 : 2000 which establishes quality management systems in the domain and hope to help for the Quality enhancement.

조선 용접 품질의 향상을 위해 무조건적인 비교우위를 추구하여 품질 최상의 상태를 요구할 수는 없으나, 용접의 기본적인 Rule인 각종 선급 규정이나 일반적 지식에 의거한 기본 품질은 유지되어야 하며, 이에 더하여 보다 향상된 품질 수준을 확보한다면 대외 경쟁력에서의 우위를 점할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, there has been a growing trend toward private brand. Although much has been written about the determinants of attitude and purchase intention on PB, little is known about the influence of manufacturer and retailer trust on private brand purchase. This research addresses three questions:(1) what impact do manufacturer and retailer trust have on private brand purchase?(2) What is a key mediating variable in the relationship retailer between trust(on retailer/manufacture) and purchase intention?(3) Are the impacts of these factors differ depending on the level of customer knowledge? The findings indicate that retailer trust directly influence on the perceived quality, attitude toward private brand, and purchase intention. Manufacturer trust affects on attitude and purchase intention, however, only when it is through perceived quality. In addition, the relative impact of theses two factors differs to some extent, depending on the level of consumer knowledge. When customer knowledge is relatively high, retailer trust is a very important factor influencing perceived quality, attitude and purchase intention. On the other hand, both retailer trust and manufacturer trust are considered when customer knowledge on private brand is low.

불특정 사용자의 참여에 의해 정보가 생성되는 지식검색 서비스에서는 문서의 품질이 검색 만족도에 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 지식검색 문서의 품질 평가에 관한 기존 연구는 조회 수나 추천 수 등의 비텍스트 정보를 이용하여 문서의 품질을 평가하고, 이를 검색 모형에 반영하여 검색 성능을 높이는데 집중하였다. 이러한 비텍스트 정보는 그 유용성이 실험을 통해 증명되었지만, 새로 작성된 문서와 같은 경우 심각한 자료 부족 문제가 발생할 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비텍스트 정보의 자료 부족 문제를 완화할 수 있는 새로운 문서 품질 평가 자질로서 문서 내용의 신뢰성을 반영하는 신뢰도 자질을 제안한다. 제안하는 자질은 문서의 내용으로부터 직접 추출되며, 따라서 추천 수나 조회 수 등 서비스 사용자의 참여나 이용을 필요로 하는 비텍스트 자질보다 자료 부족 문제에 견고하다는 장점이 있다. 또한 제안하는 신뢰도 자질은 문서 품질 평가에 유용하다고 알려진 비텍스트 자질과 유사하거나 향상된 성능을 실험에서 보였으며, 추후 자질 추출 방법을 개선한다면 효과적인 품질 평가 자질로서 기능을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The importance of the creation, diffusion and utilization of the knowledge and information has been magnified at the 21st century of knowledge and information society. If the utilization level of the web site of the national-level R&D information system is enhanced, the duplication of the researches as well as overlapped R&D investment could be greatly reduced. In this regards, this study aims to identify the factors which affect customer value and intention of continued usage for the national science & technology information services (NTIS & NDSL). The empirical research results show that information service quality have a significant influence on the continuous usage intention of science & technology information service. Customer value, as well, influence the continued usage intention as a mediating variable. In addition, the situational factors of information use by itself shows a significant effect on customer value, but it does not moderating the relationship between information service quality and customer value. After a description of research result, we discussed implications and limit of the study as well as future study direction.

In Knowledge Q&A services where information is created by unspecified users, document quality is an important factor of user satisfaction with search results. Previous work on quality prediction of Knowledge Q&A documents evaluate the quality of documents by using non-textual information, such as click counts and recommendation counts, and focus on enhancing retrieval performance by incorporating the quality measure into retrieval model. Although the non-textual information used in previous work was proven to be useful by experiments, data sparseness problem may occur when predicting the quality of newly created documents with such information. To solve data sparseness problem of non-textual features, this paper proposes new features for document quality prediction, namely text-confidence features, which indicate how trustworthy the content of a document is. The proposed features, extracted directly from the document content, are stable against data sparseness problem, compared to non-textual features that indirectly require participation of service users in order to be collected. Experiments conducted on real world Knowledge Q&A documents suggests that text-confidence features show performance comparable to the non-textual features. We believe the proposed features can be utilized as effective features for document quality prediction and improve the performance of Knowledge Q&A services in the future.

본 연구는 검색의 궁극적인 니즈충족에 영향을 미치는 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인을 위한 연구모델은 DeLone & McLean(2003)의 정보시스템 성공 모델을 기반하였다. 연구 결과, 상호작용성이 지식 충족도에, 정보의 재현성과 정보의 최신성이 각각 지식 충족도와 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 신뢰성이 사용자 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 보여주었으며, 또한 지식 충족도가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 시맨틱 검색 시스템 성공측정을 위한 유용한 평가 프레임워크로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

샤모아 프레임워크(Chamois Framework)는 독특한 컴포넌트를 지니고 있는 새로운 지식공학 프레임 워크이다. 이러한 대용량의 데이터 소스로부터 의미 있는 지식을 추출하는 지식공학 시스템에서 소스 데이터의 품질을 보장하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 데이터의 품질 측정 도구인 DAQUM(DAta OUality Measurement) 컴포넌트의 설계 및 구현에 관한 주요 내용을 기술하고, 컴포넌트 기반의 구조를 가지는 샤모아 프레임워크에서 DAQUM의 역할 및 동작에 대해 기술한다.

In order to expand e-Learning and to increase effect of e-Learning, e-learning should be improved more and more. It is achived when reflecting learning planning, teaching method design, well-designed operation, etc. The quality of e-Learning can be influenced by the development method and operational method, and the quality of e-learning can decide teaming effect. That is, the development method(model) of contents influence contents quality, and contents quality decides learning effect. Therefore, this study, analyzing e-Learning models and introducing "Knowledge-based e-Learning Model" which can increase quality of e-Learning, should contibute to achieve e-Learning purpose.
