The purpose of this study was to investigate perceptions of mental health literacy, mental health status, mental health welfare center and mental health business of local public officials. The participants were 762 public officials working in G city. Data were collected from October 1, to October 26, 2019 using structured questionnaires, and IBM SPSS 24.0 statistics program was used for the analysis. As a result, the mental health status of the subjects was the most severe stress 28.1%. The mental health literacy score of the subjects was 40.99 points and mental health status was 1.66 points. And 46.6% of the respondents had never heard of mental health welfare center. As for mental health business, 57.0% had never heard of mental health counseling, and the most common route for gaining information on mental health or mental illness was TV at 65.2%. In addition, 85.0% answered that an increase in the government budget for the management of mental health and illness was necessary. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the continuous education and promotion for mental health improvement and the development of customized mental health promotion programs suitable for the public officials level through of the community mental health welfare center.

Recently, due to the continuous changes in the business environment and increased competition, enterprises are introducing technology management to increase their value and enhance their competitiveness. In this study, based on the structural equations model, we investigated the effects of the core success factors of knowledge management on job fidelity and organizational performance and the mediating effects of organizational learning. In addition, organizational culture and information technology and process were assumed to be the key factors affecting knowledge management, and organizational learning was represented by experimental learning, indirect learning, and shared learning. As a result, it was found that knowledge management positively affects business fidelity and organizational performance and, even when it is mediated by organizational learning, it positively affects business fidelity and organization performance directly or indirectly. Therefore, we were able to confirm the importance of utilizing knowledge management in companies and to suggest an appropriate application scope for applying knowledge management and organizational learning.

This study empirically investigated the relationship between workers' safety behavior and safety leadership, trust in leader, workers' involvement, and safety knowledge in the enterprise, and analyzed the role of the factors to identify and analyze factors that enhance workers' safety behavior that contribute to the prevention of major accidents in the enterprise. When industrial accidents occur, companies have to bear huge loss costs due to direct costs of compensating the victims and indirect costs such as human loss, material loss, production loss, and time loss. Based on the results of previous studies, this study investigated the effects of managerial safety leadership and workers' trust in leader on safety behavior through the mediation of workers' involvement and safety knowledge among production, technical, and labor workers in the manufacturing industry. Statistical analysis was conducted on 271 manufacturing workers using SPSS and PLS. The results showed that safety leadership and trust in leader can lead to workers' involvement and have a positive effect on workers' safety knowledge acquisition, which can lead to workers' safety behavior.

The effect of knowledge sharing and its importance have been reported in the information systems literature. However, little has been learned about the impact of knowledgeexchange web sites. This study explores relationships between individual characteristics such as personal innovativeness in the domain of information technology (PIIT), computer selfefficacy (CSE), and computer anxiety (CA), user involvement (UI), and knowledge sharing in a knowledge.exchange website. In order to examine our research model, we adopted a survey research design based on the Structural Equation Modeling method. By analyzing 241 samples collected, we conclude that UI and CA are valuable to discuss in terms of their theoretical and practical implications. This study not only extends the research on personal innovativeness and knowledge sharing, but also suggests a need for focused research efforts to investigate real practices on knowledge sharing. This study initiates this kind of efforts to make a relevant tie between design of knowledge sharing applications and the success case in the commercial field to encourage users to share their knowledge.

As the citizens have the high level of knowledge and information in this society, they tend to participate the local government adminstration in various methods. The purpose of this study is to review the citizen participation programs which have been applied in local government administration, to determine the appropriate citizen participation programs for public libraries, to survey the Korean public libraries' citizen participation programs through the questionaries which have been developed and analyze the data, and to propose the success strategy of citizen participation programs in the public libraries. Also, tips for the efficient and dynamic public library administration by the citizen participation programs were provided based on inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study.

The purpose of this research is to represent how ICT relatedness and organization environment influence on interactions between healthcare specialist and patients, and how knowledge sharing influence on healthcare innovation, and how service innovation influence on service performance through structured research model. This research also has applied to resource based view, adaptive structuration theory, service innovation, ICT relatedness to find out performance effect on healthcare service innovation and service performance. In other words, organization structure environment and ICT relatedness are important factors to promote interaction between healthcare service providers and customers like patients each other, moreover, to share the tacit knowledge by creating in the interaction. Moreover in order to verify model fitness, this research has surveyed among healthcare specialists, technicians and other staffs. Model verification result, all hypotheses have been found to give a positive effect on the creation and significantly. Structured organizational environment and ICT association is to promote the organization's functions by influencing the behavior of the service organization and patient interaction and knowledge sharing, and suggests that the major factors influencing the innovation performance of hospitals and health care services.

The purpose of this research is to compare the opinions of three different groups - subject specialist librarians(group I) . students of department programs(group II) and students of college programs(group III) - as to whether these groups have a different way of thinking from each other concerning a general culture for subject specialist librarianship. Questionnaire are carried out for this research and the responses analyzed to draw a conclusion. Major findings are as follows: 1) The subject specialist librarianship to be important to all three groups and a desirable academic career of group I shows a tendency to have both B.A. degree in the subjet field and M.A. degree in library & information science, $15.3\%$ of group II and $82.9\%$ of group III appear to be belonging to either minor or double major programs, 2) the 37-45 major credits to be ideal to group I & III, and 46-55 group II, 3) a knowledge in 'Computer' and 'English' is mostly demanded to all three groups as the general culture for subject apecialist librarianship, 4) theoretical courses to be very important to group I and technical courses to group II & III, 5) the collection and access of library materials to be regarded to all three groups as an important role for future librarians.

In this study, we analyzed the effects of how self-efficacy and organizational culture affect the knowledge sharing that facilitates team performance. Data was collected through a survey of 126 employees who work for A company and was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Independent variables in this study included self-efficacy, sharing culture, openness, and competition culture. Latent variable was knowledge sharing. Dependent variable was team's performance. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that self-efficacy, competition culture, and sharing culture were found to have both direct and indirect impacts on team's performance. However, openness was not statistically significant in the effect on knowledge sharing and team's performance. The implications of these factors will be used to develop knowledge sharing strategies that facilitates team performance.

웹사이트는 정보 미디어와 애플리케이션 플랫폼을 가지고 널리 사용되어지고 있다. 작은 기업들이 큰 기업들과 경쟁하기 위해서 웹사이트 구축과 웹에 기반한 애플리케이션 개발이 절실히 요구되어지고 있다. 하지만, 대부분의 웹사이트 구축과 웹 애플리케이션의 생성은 체계적인 프로세스 없이 개발자들의 지식과 경험에 의존하여 임시직으로 개발되어 왔다. 따라서, 이러한 웹사이트 구축과 웹 애플리케이션 생성에 체계적인 프로세스를 가지는 소프트웨어 공학이 적용되어 개발, 유지되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 ActiveX, Java, ASP, CORBA등 다양한 형태의 코드와 플러그-인으로 개발되는 웹사이트와 웹 응용 애플리케이션에서 컴포넌트의 형태로 요소들을 구성, 접근하여 사용하고, 다른 웹사이트 구축이나 다른 웹 애플리케이션에서 이미 사용한 구성 성분을 재사용 함으로써 새로운 웹사이트 구축과 웹 애플리케이션 개발이 가능한 성분조립모델(the Component Assembly Model)을 웹사이트 개발 프로세스로써 활용하고자 한다.

Most conventional database systems support specific queries that are concerned only with data that match a query qualification precisely. A cooperative query answering supports query analysis, query relaxation and provides approximate answers as well as exact answers. The key problem in the cooperative answering is how to provide an approximate functionality for alphanumeric as well as categorical queries. In this paper, we propose a metricized knowledge abstraction hierarchy that supports multi-level data abstraction hierarchy and distance metric among data values. In order to facilitate the query relaxation, a knowledge representation framework has been adopted, which accommodates semantic relationships or distance metrics to represent similarities among data values. The numeric domains also compatibly incorporated in the knowledge abstraction hierarchy by calculating the distance between target record and neighbor records.
