The attacker's techniques and tools are becoming intelligent and sophisticated. Existing Anti-Virus cannot prevent security accident. So the security threats on the endpoint should also be considered. Recently, EDR security solutions to protect endpoints have emerged, but they focus on visibility. There is still a lack of detection and responsiveness. In this paper, we use real-world EDR event logs to aggregate knowledge-based MITRE ATT&CK and autoencoder-based anomaly detection techniques to detect anomalies in order to screen effective analysis and analysis targets from a security manager perspective. After that, detected anomaly attack signs show the security manager an alarm along with log information and can be connected to legacy systems. The experiment detected EDR event logs for 5 days, and verified them with hybrid analysis search. Therefore, it is expected to produce results on when, which IPs and processes is suspected based on the EDR event log and create a secure endpoint environment through measures on the suspicious IP/Process.

The rapid changes of financial environment have increased the need and demand for personal financial advisory service from financial experts. In particular, as the individual customers want to get more customized financial services, the financial institutions created the private banking (PB) sector and have constantly expanded their PB services. However, it remains still problematic that the private banking system requires high costs so that the number of eligible customers who can have proper PB services is quite limited. To solve this problem, we propose an intelligent agent that can provides specialized and customized personal financial advisory services to the customers with low costs. The proposed agent systemizes and structures the information and knowledge of financial experts in private banking services so that individual customers can easily access to high-quality PB services when they need. On the first attempt we develop a framework of U-smart PB, an intelligent agent for personal financial management based on different scenarios related to personal financial decisions, and derive its core services. This system not only provides information simply, but also proposes to support personal investment decisions technically as an intelligent agent that embodies real-time customized financial management in a ubiquitous environment, regardless of time and place.

In order to achieve the best performance of a project, uncertainties involved in the building construction process need to be identified in the planning phase of the project. Risk management plays a significant role in construction to minimize risk occurred due to uncertainties of a project. Although the importance of the risk management has been known to the construction industry, a more effective system should be developed to meet the demands of the industry. The purpose of this study is to develop the effective risk management system for scheduling the construction processes. The study provides a tool that can optimize the management system which would assist managers to identify schedule risks in the planning phase of the project.

In the 21st century, administration is changing rapidly. The process of reconstruction based on ubiquitous environment in the enhanced information society reflects the paradigm shift to the information and knowledge society. Attempts to improve administrative services are also continuing through restructuring of administrative organization and organization reengineering in public sector. Thus, this study reviews the process of development in the e-government and tries a preliminary approach for diagnosis and performance measurement. It is needed to examine in order to maintain continuity of the future e-government. Henceforth, clear and diverse performance management and evaluation on the e-government should be made.

현대경제가 점차 지식기반경제로 변화하고 있고, 이러한 지식을 창출하고 활용하여서 경제적 가치로 전환되는 선순환적 체계를 갖추기 위해서는 인재육성이 가장 핵심적인 필수조건일 것이다. 현재 국가의 미래발전의 가장 핵심적인 부분이 과학기술발전전략임을 고려할 때 과학기술인력에 대한 인적자원개발 정책은 필수적인 요소이다. 그렇다면 과학기술발전에 주도적인 역할을 하고 있는 출연(연)에서 효율적인 방향정립이 필요한 이 시점에서 연구원의 인력을 양성하는 일은 국가혁신체제 전반에 걸쳐 경쟁력 강화라는 측면에서 볼 때 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 기존문헌들을 바탕으로 인력양성에 대한 연구의 틀을 제시하고자 한다. 창조적 인력양성전략은 조직 내에서 유치, 육성, 활용, 퇴직, 안락한 노후로 이어지며, 이를 바탕으로 한 새로운 인력의 유치 등으로 이어지는 것으로 "창조적 인적자원의 전주기적 경영(Life Cycle Management of Creativity Human Capital)" 을 본 연구의 핵심으로 전체연구를 전개하도록 한다. 또한 이와 같은 전주기적 경영에 있어서 각 단계별로 다양한 정책적 이슈들이 대두될 수 있다.

Currently, with the development of web 2.0 knowledge sharing system became more and more important. In this paper, we proposed and implemented seminar assistant system using database system and knowledge sharing system on public seminar. We recorded speaker's voice and presentation files on our system and user can review past talks on our seminar review systems. Our database system is implemented using MS SQL, and Input/Output Completion Port(IOCP) socket model as our server side network module. Also we used presentation software using Direct Show with MFC and Windows Presentation Foundation(WPF). and our review system is based on WFP programmed with C# language.

This paper introduces a implementation of fault detection for national highway line 3. Fault detection system was installed and operated on national highway line 3, environmental elements caused by abnormal status or faults has often happened. Therefore, the function of fault detection system is to speedy notify fault site, cause as well as scale of fault to manager. Though the fault detection and diagnosis system has been imported in the field of process of water and electric power, it is just beginning step in the field of ITS(Intelligent Transportation Systems). In general, Maintenance system is performed the online/offline process of detection, diagnosis and measure. This paper is studied online detection process, which is realtime remote detection.

In this thesis. we present the cyber lecture system based on XML 3-tier that uses the communication network as the internet. The system was designed to analysis the existing cyber lecture system and its details and to examine web system architecture and XML 3-tier model. With the designed system, we developed the cyber lecture system. We tested the existing system for performance and problem, then we improved the method of the cyber lecture system used by XML 3-tier Model. The cyber lecture system is offered the handiness of the cyber lecture system using web interface.

Today, offshore design field is concerned with system integration such as CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing), PDMS(Product Data Management System) and EDMS(Engineering Data Management System) in order to cope with the change of engineering specification as owner's requirements during construction stage of the project. This paper deals with the case study that describes about the efficient interface between material control system and 3D CAD system to support the design process in offshore industry using design rules involved the designer's knowledge. In this paper, we constructed an information system, called knowledge-based CAD interface systems, which is composed material code management system and 3D specification generator which automatically creates 3D catalogue anti specification by linking the material code, called short code, and the specification components of the 3D CAD system. As a result of the construction, it is possible to maintain consistency of the design process, and through reduction of the design processing time and improvement of the design process, competitiveness is improved.

Nowadays, Internet shopping malls have been popularized since the broadening of users of Internet and the advantage of on-line purchasing, Small and medium-sized enterprises, however, are still having difficulties in building Internet shopping malls due to the lack of technical knowledge and burdensome expenses. In this paper, we present an implementation of the Web Mall Admin Tool System by the integration of admin menus based on a public program. The system has several advantages of (1) reducing expenses for building a mall site, (2) making possible to build an shopping mall well-suited for the work environment of companies (3) providing available maintenance. Therefore, this provides the solution to enterprises that have trouble with building their own web malls because of expenses and maintenance.
