Many organizations are implementing Knowledge Management(KM) technologies to promote knowledge sharing. An extensive review of recent articles and journals about such implementations reveals that one of the main barriers to implementation of KM technology is the absence of an organizational culture that supports knowledge sharing. The purpose of this research is to explore the possible relationship between the successful implementation of knowledge management technology and specific organizational culture attributes. The Organizational Culture Profile(OCP) and the Knowledge Management Technology Profile(KMTP) instruments were used to identify and rank the most critical organizational culture attributes and KM technology implementation successes. Data were collected from twenty six US organizations involved in a KM efforts.

현재 지식공유를 목적으로 한 많은 정보시스템이 도입되어 있는 상황이지만 그 기반을 마련했음에도 그만큼 지식공유가 활발하게 이루어지고 있지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 전자적 네트워크에서 지식공유에 기여하는 영향요인을 규명하여 효과적인 지식공유 활성화 방안을 도출하려고 한다.

본 연구에서는 지식경영을 실시하기 전에 자사의 현 상태를 진단할 수 있는 조직의 지식경영 준비도 측정 도구를 개발하였다. 조직 내 지식활동을 총체적으로 분석하기 위해 '지식고도화 모형'을 기반으로 해서, 각 영역에 사회적 요인과 기술적 요인으로 구분된 틀을 적용하여 연역하였다. 연역한 결과, 사람, 문화, 제도, 프로세스, 기술의 5차원에서 총 22개의 측정항목이 도출되었고, 도출된 요인의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 통해 최종적으로 5차원에서 총 21 개의 측정항목이 도출되었다.(중략)

The aim of this study is to analyze current level of knowledge management(KM) performance in major container terminals. To achieve this aim, the evaluation criteria and KM performance index from pervious research were adopted. and current levels of KM performance of four leading container terminal operators which is located in Busan port were measured. The results firstly showed that average of KM level of these terminal operators was 67.7. And also, from the results of data analysis, it revealed that the weak point of KM in Korean leading terminal operators is official system and programs such as incentive policies, learning programs, and IT support systems for organizational knowledge sharing and knowledge codification.

세계경제는 지식이 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 글로벌 지식경제시대로 진입했다 할 수 있다. 즉 지식이 국가 경쟁력을 좌우하고, 지식을 활용한 다양한 경영활동이 기업의 성패를 결정짓는 지식경영시대가 도래 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 IT기업에 종사하는 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 프로젝트 참여자, 조직의 특성, 관계자의 특성이 지식의 공유 및 활용에 어떠한 영향을 주며 이는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 모든 요인들이 지식공유 및 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 이는 작게는 특정 프로젝트의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 크게는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Although Korea's records management has achieved administrative development not only in private companies but also in public institutions, administrators and employees still lack awareness in records management. Nevertheless, knowledge management has been studied for a long time as a pillar of administration. Thus, this study compared and analyzed the records management process suggested in ISO 15489-1:2016 and the knowledge management process. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the records management components suggested by ISO 30301 and those of knowledge management suggested by ISO 30401, it was confirmed whether records management could be an axis of management similar to knowledge management. Moreover, an integrated model of records management and knowledge management was presented based on the comparative analysis of processes and management elements, and its implementation was presented from administrative and information governance perspectives.

Knowledge management was introduced as a new strategy in many construction companies aiming at paradigm shift since Asian financial Crisis. However, intensive focusing on acquiring and sharing knowledge couldn't keep pace with the primary goal. Increasing financial profits. That is because clear strategic process and performance measurement are absent in time of the introduction of knowledge management. Based on case analysis in domestic construction industry, this research work presents an alternative plan on Balanced Scorecard(BSC) model. The objective of this study is to develop a model of strategic performance measurement in knowledge management by sorting and grasping core operational knowledge, which can draw key performance indicators accompanied by knowledge map from case study.

Nowadays knowledge is begging to supplant the traditional factors of production and has become the most important new corporate and competitive resource. Many construction firms have been trying to perform Knowledge management, and implement Knowledge Management System. For successful KMS, a company should check the exiting infrastructures which includes resources and knowledge which an organization already may have in place, their culture, and processes and adopt the proper approach according to their own business requirement. This study defined the knowledge life-cycle and proposed management knowledge method of construction field with KMS.
