본 연구는 최근 지식경영에서 중요하게 받아들여지고 있는 CoP의 성과측정체계에 대한 프레임웍을 제시하고 실제에 있어서 그 프레임웍이 얼마나 잘 적용될 수 있는지에 대해서 사례연구를 통해 고찰하고 추가적으로 CoP와 관련한 명제를 제시하고자 한다. CoP의 성과측정체계는 지식경영과 조직론의 기존의 문헌연구를 통하여 제시하였는데 크게 CoP Readiness, CoP Activity, Social Capital과 Business Output의 영역으로 크게 구분하고 세부적으로 정성적이고 정량적인 방법으로 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. CoP의 성과는 위의 단계를 거치면서 나타나며 Business Output은 BSC방법을 통해 측정할 것을 제시하였다. 제시된 성과측정체계는 CoP를 효과적으로 활용하고 있는 국내 8개사의 사례를 통해 실증적으로 검토하였고 각 사에서 현재 활용 중인 측정체계와의 차이와 적용가능성을 고찰하였고 이를 통해 추가적으로 연구를 진행할 수 있는 4개의 명제를 제시하였다.

Industrial cluster is adopted as a key policy for the development of regional and national economies in many developed or under-developing countries. The industrial cluster is basically concerned with knowledge sharing and exchanges among diverse functions such as firms, research institutions, and universities in a regional or innovation-network context. Therefore, activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster become very important activities to reach to the original purpose of an industrial cluster. In this study, factors affecting performance of those activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster are defined and the effects are examined through empirical study. For this research, surveys on enterprisers and employees in industrial cluster were conducted and statistical analysis methods such as correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and canonical correlation analysis were adopted for analyses.

재무성과와 지식자산을 함께 관리할 수 있는 통합적 성과평가 방법을 도입함으로써 미래 기업가치를 제고시킬 수 있는 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 국제적인 추세에 발맞추어 본 연구의 목적은 지식자산 평가에 대한 기존 연구와 Kaplan & Norton이 주창(1992)한 균형잡힌 성과기록표(Balanced Score Card : BSC)를 이용하여 지식자산 평가 지표 개발과 이러한 평가를 위해 Saaty가 개발한(1980) 계층적 분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP)방법론을 적용한 평가모델을 제시하고, 국내 A은행을 대상으로 지점을 평가하는 연구를 수행하였다.

지식경영과 전자정보환경에서 회색문헌의 중요성이 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 그 중요성에 비해 도서관이나 정보센터에서의 회색문헌의 수집 및 관리가 소홀했다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 전통적 회색문헌의 개념과 더불어 인터넷과 정보기술의 발달에 따른 회색문헌의 변화를 살피고자 한다. 또한 지식경영과 회색문헌과의 관계, 회색문헌 관리시 고려사항과 생산주체별 회색문헌 DB 구축사례를 제시함으로써 회색문헌과 관련된 도서관 및 정보센터의 역할을 살피고자 한다.

The purpose of this study are as follows : First, This study conceptually and artificially defines concepts of OCB, absorptive capacity, IT group-efficacy, and TTF. Second, this study confirms the relationship among the KMS performance, the result of using KMS, and the result drawn from OCB, absorptive capacity, group-efficacy, and TTF by the preceding researches, suggesting the research model and verifying through empirical study. Lastly, this study suggests the practical and strategic advices to the groups wanting to get on the edge through KMS. The results of data analysis showed that TTF was found to have a positive influence on KMS performance. IT group-efficacy and absorptive capacity were also found to have a positive effect on TTF. And IT group-efficacy was found to have a positive influence on OCB. The findings are discussed and further research topics are suggested as well.

In the rapidly changing business environment, the intention to start a new business is strengthening. In this study, in order to confirm the effect on the entrepreneurial intention, the relationship and the effect among technical capability, and job satisfaction, and entrepreneurship, which are the second order factor consisting of risk taking, desire for achievement, and innovativeness, on entrepreneurial intention were analyzed to identify the effect of business intentions from the perspective of knowledge management.. To this end, the proposed research model was statistically verified using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model. Under analysis, survey data were collected online for 280 employees currently in the workplace, and the research model was empirically analyzed through the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that all the suggested variables had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention, and that job satisfaction had a negative moderating effect on entrepreneurial intention by interacting with entrepreneurship. The results of this study are expected to provide practical and theoretical implications from a knowledge management perspective.

Assuming that the knowledge creation and retrieval functions could be the most important factors for a successful knowledge management(KM) especially during the promotion stage of KM, this study suggests an e-learning application as one of best methods for producing knowledge and also the integrated knowledge repository model in which learning, knowledge. and information objects can be semantically associated through topic map-based knowledge map. The traditional KM system provides a simple directory-based knowledge map. which can not provide the semantic links between topics or objects. The proposed model can be utilized as a solution to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the traditional models. In order to collect the basic data for the proposed model, first, case studies utilizing interviews and surveys were conducted targeting at three Korean insurance companies' knowledge managers(or e-learning managers) and librarians. Second, the related studies and other topic map-based pilot systems were investigated.

Knowledge Management is introduced by many big companies with the development of Information Technology. Although researches about the enabling conditions have been progressed, but there are few study of relationship between KM stages and enabling conditions, and performance. This study focus on the KM four activities and KMS(Knowledge Management System), which is on the Samsung SDS's KMS(they called ARISAM) and related with team performance. We are propose some points to the managerial implications.

Today, knowledge is considered the most strategically important resource. As research in knowledge management advances, it ought to review and categorize the already published literatures on knowledge management in the area of business strategy, accounting/finance, human resource management and management information technology. To identify the knowledge management research trend, we analyze 168 articles published in prominent academic journal during last two decades. This paper develops three stages model for knowledge management research: observation, initiation and evolution stage. Also, we classify the given researches according to the three criteria of contents, related academic area and applied research method.
