The video recommendation services help to save the user's information search time in the overflowing online information, and algorithms for more efficient and accurate recommendation are continuously developed. In particular, TikTok has the largest number of users in the short video industry due to its unique recommendation algorithms. In this study, by applying a privacy calculation model, the research tried to compare users' responses to each type of TikTok's recommendation service. Users are well aware of the privacy concerns and benefits of TikTok's recommendation service. Although there is a risk, it was found that users continue to use TikTok's recommendation service because the benefits are greater.

This study is about the influence between usages of smartphone by studying the characteristics of killer-app on smartphone in a perspective of switching cost and lock-in and studied about influence between killer-app and continued usage of mobile telecommunication companies. As a result of the study, information characteristics and network externality has a positive effect on switching cost and lock-in. Switching cost has a positive influence on lock-in but not on intention of continued usage of killer-app. It has shown that lock-in has a positive influence on intention of continued usage of killer-app and plays a mediating role between switching cost and continued usage of killer-app. Finally, intention of continued usage of killer-app has a positive influence on intention of continued usage of mobile telecommunication companies.

본 연구의 목적은 농산물 이력추적 시스템을 사용하는 생산자들의 시스템에 대한 만족과 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 농산물 이력추적 시스템의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 실증적인 검증을 위하여 재사용의도와 관련한 선행연구들을 검토하여 TAM과 ECT를 결합시킨 Extended ECT 모델을 제안하고 실제 농산물 이력추적 사업에 시범참여하고 있는 생산자 100명을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 수익성은 시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이는 지속적인 사용의도로 연결되었으나 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 직접적으로 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 농산물 외의 식품 이력추적 시스템에도 포괄적으로 적용이 가능하다.

본 연구는 개인 커뮤니티의 성장 및 지속적인 발전을 위하여 국내 개인 커뮤니티의 대표적인 형태라 할 수 있는 싸이월드 미니홈피 사용자들을 대상으로 지각된 놀이성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 위험 등 개인 커뮤니티의 네가지 지각된 특성요인들이 사용자의 만족에 미치는 영향과 사용자의 만족 정도가 지속적 사용의도 형성에 미치는 상호 영향관계를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 관련 선행연구에 대한 종합적 검토를 거쳐 구조화된 연구모형을 수립하였고, 미니홈피 사용자 407명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미니홈피의 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 놀이성과 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 미니홈피의 지각된 특성 중 지각된 놀이성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 위험 등의 세가지 요인이 사용자의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 미니홈피 사용자의 만족은 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편 사용자의 만족 수준은 미니홈피의 지각된 특성과 지속적 사용의도 간의 관계에 있어 매개역할을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 토대로 개인 커뮤니티 사용자의 만족도를 향상시키고, 장기적으로 충성스런 회원을 유지할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this research is to examine the major determinants affecting the user's satisfaction and usage intention on Biosafety Portal Site. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the web site. Five hypotheses are derived and tested using regression analysis. The results from regression analysis suggest that technology, content, design and navigation all contributed significantly to the user's satisfaction. In addition, user's satisfaction with portal had a very significant influence on the continuance intention.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting users' continuing use of Hedonic Information Systems(HIS). Focusing on users' post-adoption behaviors, this study proposes a research model which incorporates technology acceptance theory into expectation disconfirmation theory and investigates the causal relationship among five factors; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, disconfirmation, user satisfaction, and continuance intention to use a blog as HIS. The results show that satisfaction is significantly influenced by disconfirmation and post expectations(perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use), and in particular the impact of disconfirmation on user satisfaction is stronger than those of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The results also indicate that while perceived usefulness and user satisfaction have significant impacts on continuance intention, perceived ease of use does not do so and has only an indirect impact on continuance intention through perceived usefulness and user satisfaction.

This paper aimed to identify the relationship between satisfaction and continuous usage intention of AT(Accounting Technician) certification program using WBI(Web-Based Instruction) in the digital convergence environment. We extend satisfaction and continuous usage intention, technology acceptance model theory by adding usefulness expectation, program interface, expectation confirmation. This study was examined by using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results by analysis are as follows. First, usefulness expectation and program interface showed positive effect on the expectation confirmation, usefulness expectation had more significantly effect than the program interface. Second, expectation confirmation had significantly positive effect satisfaction, continuous usage intention. Also expectation confirmation was influenced by continuous usage intention rather than satisfaction. Third, satisfaction had positive sign on the continuous usage intention.

Mobile's health care and diagnostic capabilities are accepted as the most innovative sectors, and the combination with wearable device is being predicted as the future's most promising industries. However, the level of consumer acceptance and utilization is still insufficient compared to the development of technology. This study explores the use intention of wearable device based on previous studies about health apps. In particular, health-related use efficacy of the app, app use intention and app satisfaction are analyzed through a structural equation model. The use of health-related apps revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship with the use of the wearable device. The results suggest that the importance of app use efficacy, satisfaction, apps use should be considered for the successful diffusion of wearable health devices.

Entering aging society and increasing individual's interests on wellbeing lead to increasing demands of healthcare service and various healthcare related applications are providedon app market or Internet. These healthcare services could enhance user's health status if the users continuously use the service. In order to enhance effectiveness of a healthcare service, the service user should comply with recommendations or directions are provided by the service. However, previous studies of healthcare service are not considered effects of compliance intention on continuous usage. Hence, we tested how user's compliance intention effect on continuous usage intention of healthcare service based on theories of information system and medical information. Moreover, we found that compliance intention of users for healthcare service is an important factor on sustainability of healthcare service. Additionally, we investigated what factors are related with user's compliance intention.

기대일치이론에 기초한 기대일치모형은 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 정보시스템의 지속적인 사용 혹은 사용의도를 설명하는 핵심 이론으로 언급되어 왔다. 이러한 기대일치모형과 더불어 최근에 정보시스템 분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 또 다른 개념은 자동화된 행동 경향을 의미하는 ‘습관’이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 두 가지 개념들을 기초로 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적인 이용 상황에서 습관과 기대일치모형을 통합하는 시도를 하였다. 이에 일치, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용 용이성, 습관 등의 수용후 신념, 이용자 만족, 지속적 이용의도로 구성된 연구모형을 구성하고 이를 검증하였다. J도내 250명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 기대일치와 지각된 유용성이 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 이용자 만족에 대한 주요 요인으로서 나타났다. 또한 지각된 유용성, 이용자 만족, 습관은 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적 이용의도를 결정하는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 반면에 지각된 이용 용이성은 이용자 만족과 지속적 이용의도 모두에 대하여 아무런 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.
