The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze and provide implications for the impact on performance, focusing on Environmental Sustainability, innovation orientation, and integrated activities among the factors necessary for sustainable management of SMEs. 366 copies obtained from executives and representatives above the department head level of domestic manufacturing SMEs through professional research companies were used for the final analysis, and the research hypothesis was verified using SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS 25. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Environmental Sustainability had a significant effect on social integration and technology integration, and innovation orientation had a significant effect on social integration and technology integration. In addition, it was confirmed that social integration and technology integration factors had a significant effect on the sustainability performance of SMEs. Based on these research results, theoretical, practical, and future research directions could be presented. According to the results of this study, it can be expected that manufacturing SMEs will be able to receive help in establishing strategies related to innovation orientation, social integration, and technology integration to achieve sustainable performance.

소프트웨어 중심 사회에서 소프트웨어의 개발과 운영에 대한 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 운영 조직과 개발 조직을 통합한 개발운영조직 통합관리 방법론을 적용하고 있다. 클라우드 환경을 이용하여 서비스를 중단 없이 운영하는 지속적 배포 시스템에서 개발운영조직 통합관리를 적용 하였을 때, 운영 조직의 요구사항과 사용자의 요구사항 등으로 인한 작은 규모 크기의 배포가 빈번하게 발생하게 된다. 이와 같은 시스템은 다양한 보안 위협으로부터 안전하지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 클라우드 환경에서 지속적 배포시스템의 개발운영조직 통합관리에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점과 보안에 대한 개선사항을 제시하고자 한다.

IoT-Cloud service, integration of Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud, is becoming a critical model for realizing creative and futuristic application services. Since IoT machines have little computing capacity, it is effective to attaching public Cloud resources for realizing IoT-Cloud service. Furthermore, utilizing containers and adopting a microservice architecture for developing IoT-Cloud service are useful for effective realization. The quality of microservice based IoT-Cloud service is affected by service function chaining which inter-connects each functions. For example, an issue with some of the functions or a bottleneck of inter-connection can degrade the service quality. To ensure functionality of the entire service, various test procedures considering various service environments are required to improve the service continuously. Hence in this paper, we introduce experimental realization of continuous integration based on DevOps and employ application performance monitoring for Node.js based IoT-Cloud service. Then we discuss its effectiveness.

국가 물관리일원화 이후, 지방하천 관리에 대한 지자체 역할과 권한이 커지고 있으며, 중앙정부의 물관리 수준에 부합하는 데이터관리 체계구축 및 지속적인 품질관리(Quality Control, QC)와 표준화(Standardization) 기술개발이 요구되고 있다. 지자체의 경우 기존의 행정구역별로 분산 관리해오던 물관리 시스템을 유역단위로 전환할 필요가 있으며, 국가하천 구간과 연계한 종합적인 관리가 필요한 실정이다. 서울시의 물관리 시스템은 자치구별로 산재해 있으며, 관리 주체 및 해당 변수에 따라 제공되는 정보가 다르고 하천유역 단위로 분류되어 있지 않다. 따라서, 서울시와 자치구, 중앙정부 및 관련 기관과의 연계성 있는 정보제공을 위한 데이터 플랫폼 구축 기술개발이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는, 빅데이터, AI 기술을 활용한 물정보의 품질관리 자동화 기술개발과 지속적인 유지관리 및 표준화 정보제공 시스템 구축 기능을 포함하는 서울시 통합물관리 데이터 플랫폼 구축 목표 모델을 제시하였으며, 서울시 물관리 체계와 관련하여 SWAT 분석을 통한 단계별 사업추진 로드맵을 도출하였다. 분석결과, 서울시 통합물관리 플랫폼 구축을 위해서는 유역별 수량-수질 통합 모니터링 및 모델링 기술개발, 빅데이터 기반 물 정보화 플랫폼 구축 기술개발, 지방하천 유역 거버넌스 구축 및 법제도 정비 방안 마련이 요구되며, 관련하여 주요 이슈(3대 핵심전략, 10개 단위과제)를 도출하여 관련 연구과제를 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 서울시 통합물관리 정책 실현을 위해서는 법제도 마련이 시급하며, 서울시 '통합물관리 기본조례' 제정을 통한 기반을 조성할 필요가 있음을 시사하였다. 또한, 다양한 분야 이해관계자 협의체인 '서울시 통합물관리위원회(가칭)'의 거버넌스를 구성하여 운영하는 것이 현실적이며, 한강유역관리 및 지방하천 관리와 관련한 중추적인 역할 수행과 쟁점 논의 등 합리적 합의가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

지난해 30%의 증가율을 보였던 국내 SI(시스템통합)시장이 올해에도 25%를 상회하는 성장세를 보일 것이라는 전망이다. 이는 국내 민간부문에서의 신규투자는 축소될 전망이나 정부차원의 지속적인 정보화 추진으로 공공부문에서의 시장이 확대될 것이라는데 기인한다. 이외에도 기업간 전자상거래,ASP,IMT-2000, 무선인터넷 등의 신규사업으로의 진출이 활발할 것이라는 관측이다. 또한 금융권 구조조정으로 은행간 인수합병이 활발히 추진됨에 따라 통합시스템구축 및 아웃소싱이 확대될 것이라는 전망속에서 국내 SI업체들은 올해에도 지속적인 성장세를 유지해 나갈 것으로 보인다.

통합수자원관리(Integrated Water Resource Management, 이하 IWRM)는 물관리에 대한 시각을 기존의 지역개발이나 수자원개발이라는 관점에서 생태계 회복 및 종합적인 자원관리라는 관점으로 전환된 개념이다. 통합수자원관리 기법의 적용은 기후변화에 대한 물 안보(Water security) 확보 측면에서도 긍정적인 역할이 기대되고 있다. 국내의 IWRM에 관련한 연구는 수자원의 지속적 확보기술 개발 사업단을 비롯한 다양한 기관과 학술단체에서 지속적인 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 기후변화에 의한 영향과 이에 대한 물 안보 측면에서 정책 및 관리 측면에서의 제도적인 IWRM 도입은 추진전략의 방향설정이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 하지만, 기존의 연구에서는 기술의 적용 및 추진 전략체계 등에 있어 많은 연구가 진행되지 않은 것이 현실이다. 해당 연구는 2009년 세계 물 포럼에서 제시된 유역수준의 통합수자원관리 가이드라인의 체계를 분석하였다. 해당 가이드라인 Part 1의 '원칙'과 Part 2-1의 '통합수자원관리의 조정을 위한 가이드라인'에 대한 분석을 통하여, 유역단위 적용을 위한 기존 관리체계의 개선 및 적용 프로세스, 그리고 관리조직의 구성과 조정 방침에 대한 전반적인 내용을 정리하였다. 해당 결과는 기존 우리나라 물관리체계의 문제점을 바탕으로 적용 프로세스 등과 같은 실제 적용전략의 방향을 제시하는데 활용되었다. 실제 적용 프로세스 도출은 위해 각 국가별 사례의 특징 및 문제점을 각 사례의 비교분석을 통해 수행하였다. 통합수자원관리 방안은 수자원 분야에서의 적응능력을 개선하는 효과를 가진 대안이다. 본 연구의 결과가 통해 앞으로 생산되는 다양한 물관리 기법 및 적용 방안들이 보다 효율적인 IWRM을 실현할 수 있는 자료로서 활용되기를 기대한다.

This study examined the effectiveness of the cognitive activity integration program to delay the progression of the mild demented elderly. The subjects were divided into experimental group and comparative group for 12 cases of mild dementia, and the cognitive activity integration program was conducted for 8 weeks and compared with the MMSE-K, ADL & IADL, CDR and GDS scales. The results show that the effectiveness and continuity of the program are as follows. First, as an implication of practical dimension, integrated program of fusion and complexity is more effective than cognitive activity program of single domain. Second, the cognitive activity integration program must be continuously provided to maintain its effectiveness. Third, the cognitive activity integration program is as important as the practice process. It is necessary to develop and disseminate a cognitive activity integration program that reflects fusion and complex treatment techniques applicable to the elderly with mild dementia by practical suggestion. Policy suggestions are needed to continue the ongoing cognitive activity integration program, to maintain effectiveness, and to delay the progress of dementia.

기대일치이론에 기초한 기대일치모형은 정보시스템 연구 분야에서 정보시스템의 지속적인 사용 혹은 사용의도를 설명하는 핵심 이론으로 언급되어 왔다. 이러한 기대일치모형과 더불어 최근에 정보시스템 분야에서 주목을 받고 있는 또 다른 개념은 자동화된 행동 경향을 의미하는 ‘습관’이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 두 가지 개념들을 기초로 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적인 이용 상황에서 습관과 기대일치모형을 통합하는 시도를 하였다. 이에 일치, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용 용이성, 습관 등의 수용후 신념, 이용자 만족, 지속적 이용의도로 구성된 연구모형을 구성하고 이를 검증하였다. J도내 250명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 기대일치와 지각된 유용성이 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 이용자 만족에 대한 주요 요인으로서 나타났다. 또한 지각된 유용성, 이용자 만족, 습관은 모바일 인터넷 서비스에 대한 지속적 이용의도를 결정하는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 반면에 지각된 이용 용이성은 이용자 만족과 지속적 이용의도 모두에 대하여 아무런 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

통합과 융합은 산업에 있어서 전 세계적 추세이며, 최근 국내산업도 업종 겸업화, 상품과 서비스의 복합화, 대형화 등의 변화를 거치고 있다. 이러한 통합과 융합은 IT의 구조적 복잡성을 증가시키면서도 변화에 민첩하게 대응할 것을 요구한다. 따라서 통합 시대의 정보시스템은 작고 간단한 컴포넌트들이 서비스 지향적으로 통합되어 있는 구조와 지속적으로 발전할 수 있는 구조가 요구되며, 유연성, 통합성, 재사용성 등이 핵심성공요인이 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 구조적 변화를 반영하는 IT 통합방안의 하나로 서비스 지향적 아키텍처 기반의 통합 비즈니스 아키텍처 모델의 적용을 제안하고자 한다. 차별화된 특성을 가지는 이러한 비즈니스 아키텍처는 신규 비즈니스 및 상품의 민첩한 대응, 업무의 일관성 및 유연성 향상 등의 효과를 가져 올 수 있다.
