A Study on Effects of Experiential Value of Hotel users for 5 Star Hotels on Usage Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention (특급호텔 이용객의 경험가치가 이용만족과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계 연구)

  • To continue the growth of use of 5-star hotels by Koreans, who have recently shown the consumption trends pursuing the empirical value of a consumption process, and have turned into core customers of 5-star hotels in Seoul, it is necessary to study factors of experience value pursued by Koreans. As a result, fantasy is identified as a major leading factor in usage satisfaction among experiencial values. So it is important to reflect special concepts and atmospheres for emotional values, such as other world experience, new experience, and high-quality experience. And consumer return on investment was identified as a leading factor in positively affecting usage satisfaction. So it is important to develope a proper products that can enough benefits with reasonable prices. In the relationship between usage satisfaction and continuous usage intention, gender characteristics and occupational characteristics were found to play a moderating role. Male customers, and those with professional and self-employed occupations, were found to have higher continuous usage intention than females and other occupational customers. This is a result of the fact that customers with an economical power are likely to be continuous repeat customers of 5-star hotels, so the necessity of strengthening marketing activities such as research on the development of more differentiated and specialized products, service creation and atmosphere production for excellent consumers group.

Explicating Motivations & Attitudes Affecting the Persistent Intention to Adopt Binge-Watching (수용자의 몰아보기 이용동기와 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인에 대한 연구)

  • In 2013 the Netflix, an OTT in USA, launched all at once 13 episodes of the House of Cards season. Binge-watching is the word which means watching continuously 2~6 episodes of a TV program with one sitting, the new normal of TV watching behavior, cultural and social currents all over the world. This study has analyzed the factors and motivations which affect to the persistent intention to use binge-watching. It conducted an online survey from 333 Quota sample from Korean age groups between 20th~60th with 81 questionnaires. The 5 groups were induced as motivation factors to binge-watching. The 3 groups which consisted of , , are affecting as positive to intention to use binge-watching. But the other 2 groups which are and doing as negative. The survey has shown that the persistent intention to binge-watching is affected by ages more younger, whom doing binge watching more frequently, whom estimating more higher to the conceived usefulness to use. As a theoretical model, expanded technology acceptance model was adopted and US drama House of Cards. This study could promote the next generation contents planning and S-VOD service industry.

Effects on Users' Evaluation of Game Company's CSR Activities, Game Program Quality, and Brand Assets toward the Intention to Game Use: Focusing on NEXON (게임 기업 CSR 활동, 게임 프로그램 품질, 브랜드 자산에 대한 이용자 평가가 게임 지속 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 넥슨을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study investigates how game users' evaluation on a game company's CSR activities, perceived quality of game programs, and its brand assets affect the intention to game use. Specifically, this study tries to find out the causal relations among variables as testing the hypotheses. Firstly, the effect of users' evaluation on a game company's CSR activities and its qualities of game programs on the brand assets. Secondly, the effect of users' evaluation on a game company's CSR activities and its qualities of game programs on the intention to game use. Thirdly, the effect of users' evaluation on a game company's CSR activities, the qualities of game programs, and the brand assets on the intention to game use. 367 college students were administrated to the survey. The results indicate that game users' evaluation on economic, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities, except legal one have an effect on brand assets and intention to game use. Specially, on effects of the three independent variables(CSR activities, perceived quality, and brand assets) toward intention to game use, ethical responsibility and brand loyalty have statistically significant. This result confirms that game company's board of directors should consider ethical company management as well as CSR activities not as cost but as investment for increasing company's business profit.

  • We examined the factors affecting user satisfaction and persistent intention of use for the Internet-only banking services. Firstly, this study extracted factors that influence the acceptance of Internet-only banking services based on previous studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived relative advantage, perceived convenience, perceived usefulness as independent variables based on Technology Acceptance Model for two dependent variables ; user satisfaction and intention for continuous use for internet-only banking service. The study showed that perceived relative advantage, perceived convenience, and perceived usefulness have a significant effect on user satisfaction and intention for continuous use as a result of an empirical analysis of 204 customers of internet-only banking services. Based on the results of the study, some practical implications for customer retention are suggested.

  • Voice commerce has emerged as a key channel for consumer searches and purchases. This study examines the continuance use intention of voice commerce, applying value-based adoption model. An online survey was conducted with 470 consumers who has experienced with voice commerce. As participants were who buys and purchases goods; or a user who uses food delivery service in voice commerce context. This study used SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structul equation modeling analysis. These reaults are as follows. First, usefuleness and response accuracy were significantly influenced the perceived value of voice commerce. Second, functional risk was significantly influenced the the perceived value of voice commerce. Third, perceived value was significantly influenced the continuance use intention of voice commerce. These results enhance understanding of voice commerce users and provide insight into the service provider of voice commerce.

  • This study highlight the role of perceived cost on user's continuance intention to use mobile TV service in china. We proposed research model based on the expectation-confirmation model(ECM) and reclaim 243 questionnaires from experienced users in china. Above all, the analysis results support significant relationship perceived variables, satisfaction, and continuance intention of mobile TV. First, while expectation confirmation has positive influence on perceived playfulness and satisfaction, the effect on perceived usefulness is not significant. Second, perceived cost can significantly predict perceived usefulness and satisfaction, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant influence on perceived playfulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on continuance intention. This results provide implications from both theoretical and managerial perspectives and the limitations have been discussed for future research.

  • This study aimed to provide basic data on how to strengthen competitiveness and operate efficiently by differentiated selection attributes by identifying the influence between satisfaction and continuous participation intention, focusing on the selection attributes of Taekwondo studio perceived by parents. Therefore, parents who had registered at a Taekwondo studio located in the metropolitan area and participated in their children were selected as samples and surveyed from February 1 to 26, 2021, and a total of 386 copies of data were used for the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver.21.0) program to conduct frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the selection attributes of Taekwondo studio has been shown to influence the satisfaction in the order of facilities and environment, master, cost and program. Second, the satisfaction has been shown to influence the continuous participation intention. Third, the selection attributes of Taekwondo studio has been shown to influence the continuous participation intention in the order of accessibility, facilities and environment, master and program.

Effects of Uncertainty on Continuous Intention by Type of Subscription: The Mediating Role of Ease of Justification (구독서비스 가입형태에 따른 불확실성 지각이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향: 정당화 용이성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of membership type for subscription service (individual subscription vs. group subscription) on continuous intention, and to verify the mediating effect of ease of justification and the moderated mediating effect of uncertainty. An experiment was conducted on 78 university students. As a result, consumers who use subscription services in group subscription showed higher intention to continue using the subscription service than consumers who use the subscription service in individual subscription. Also, the ease of justification mediates the effect on the intention to continue using. In addition, uncertainty was found to moderating effect of ease of justification on continuous use intention according to the type of subscription. This study understands the psychological mechanism of consumers according to the type of subscription service subscription and provides useful implications for companies that provide subscription services.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the attraction of physical educators by physical education major students at university on their passion and exercise adherence intention. Total of 307, physical education major students at university. Data ware analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0 ver. program. The results were as following. First, attraction of physical educators influenced significantly on their passion. Second, attraction of physical educators influenced significantly on exercise adherence intention. Third, passion influenced significantly on exercise adherence intention.

  • 온라인 커뮤니티는 사용자들의 상호작용을 기반으로 생성된 컨텐츠(member-generated content)를 그 핵심가치로 제시하고 있으며, 이용자들은 소통의 장으로써 온라인 커뮤니티 내에서 정보획득, 교육자료 공유 등 다양한 혜택을 누릴 수 있다. 최근 2년 페이스북과 카카오스토리, 밴드 등과 같은 대표적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 이용자 수가 감소한 반면, 온라인 커뮤니티만 상승세를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여자고등학생들을 대상으로 고등학생들의 온라인커뮤니티 이용 실태와 이용하는 의도를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구를 위해 정보품질, 커뮤니티 정보의 신뢰성, 학습 혜택, 사회적 혜택, 자아존중감 혜택, 쾌락적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 신뢰, 몰입 그리고 지속사용의도와 관련된 설문을 실시하였다.
