IT convergence technology is gradually becoming anthropocentric and evolving based on the low-carbon green growth. Augmented reality technique is a contents convergence technology that can mix virtual objects while maintaining a sense of the real world. For that reason, interaction between user and system is possible, can make various applications, and has a high possibility for expandability. To expand the scope of existing interaction, this paper suggests contextual UX-based augmented reality system. It is a system which creates virtual objects that respond to the changes in the real world environment, and users can directly apply their personal preferences to virtual objects. Also, several virtual objects can be registered all at once, and even shows animations corresponding to either day and night according to the brightness of illumination. As said, it improves user's satisfaction through a system of mixed usability, and leads to a continuous use of augmented reality contents.

IPTV는 기술적으로 TV에 PC적 기능이 더해지고 인터넷 프로토콜(IP)을 통해 인터넷과 연결되는 서비스로, 국내 초고속인터넷의 속도가 VDSL, 광랜과 같은 서비스의 등장으로 최대 100Mbps에 이르러 동영상 콘텐츠의 실시간 스트리밍 서비스가 가능한 환경이 구현되었다. IPTV 도입을 통해 산사건 방송, VOD 등의 기본적인 서비스뿐만 아니라, 양방향 광고, IPTV 민원발급 및 IPTV 공공서비스 제공 등 다양한 응용서비스의 개발 및 활성화를 기대하였다. 또한 IPTV를 통해 유료방송의 경쟁을 촉진시키고 케이블TV의 디지털 전환을 촉진시킴으로써 시청자들의 복지를 향상시킨다는 취지도 함께 있었다. 정량적으로는 IPTV가입자가 2012년에 이르러 보수적으로 290만가구, 낙관적으로는 450만 가구에 이를 것으로 예상하였으며, 관련 시장규모도 동년도에 약 7,515억원에 이를 것으로 전망하였다. 하지만, 2011년 말이 이미 450만 가입자를 돌파하고 2012년 8월 500만 가입자를 유치하면서 IPTV 서비스는 본격적인 mass market을 형성해 나가고 있다. IPTV 시장이 확대해 나가면서 유료방송 가입가구 수도 증가하였는데, 도입당시인 2008년 말 1,740만 가구가 유료방송에 가입하여 104%의 보급률을 보였으나 2011년 6월말 현재 가구수 대비 유료방송 가입자구수는 127%로 증가하였다. 이렇게 IPTV서비스 시장이 확대되고는 있으나, 정부의 신규 서비스에 대한 과도한 요금규제, IPTV와 경쟁하는 케이블방송사(SO) 계열의 콘텐츠 사업자(CP)들의 방송채널 공급거절 및 지상파 방송사의 과도한 재전송 대가, 전국 권역사업자인 IPTV에 대한 권역별 가입자점유율 규제, IPTV의 차별성으로 내세웠던 T-Commerce 및 양방향 광고에 대한 규제는 앞으로 개선해 내가야할 과제이다. 이에 본고는 IPTV의 시장성과를 조망하고, 시장의 지속성장을 위해 필요한 제도개선 방향을 살펴보았다.

Recently, with the increasement of the interest about global warming, pollutions, and so on, a number of distributed generations(DGs) such as photovoltaic(PV) and wind power(WP), are interconnected with distribution systems. However, installing of DGs makes power flow changes such as directions, one-direction to bi-direction, and increasing/decreasing of fault current. Therefore, it may cause the critical problems. This paper proposes an evaluation algorithm for bi-directional protection coordination and presents an evaluation system for protection coordination based on this algorithm. Additionally, the result shows that the existing method may cause critical problems, and also the effectiveness of proposed method is verified.

Recently, with the world-wide issues about global warming and CO2 reduction, a number of distributed generations(DGs) such as photovoltaic(PV) and wind power(WP), are interconnected with the distribution systems. However, DGs can change the direction of the power flow from one-direction to bi-direction, and also change the direction and amount of fault current of existing distribution systems. Therefore, it may cause the critical problems on the power quality and protection coordination. This paper proposes an operation algorithm for bi-directional protection coordination using and apply it for the evaluation system for protection coordination. From the simulation results It is found that the proposed method is more effective and convenient than existing method.

R&D of Nanofiber membrane has been carried out in the various fields, gas, water treatment, energy, and etc, with the continuous growth of membrane technology. There are several preparation methods for nanofiber, i.e. drawing, template synthesis, phase separation, self-assembly, and electrospinning. However, an electrospinning has many advantages such as high productivity, low production cost, easy to select law material, high relative surface area, and easy to functionalize. Nanofiber has been used in the field of membrane technologies such as secondary battery and water treatment fields. For the secondary battery separator, the separators having a high power and high thermal stability can be developed with spread of nanofiber on the commercial PP or PE/PP separators. High functional membranes can be also developed by adding the functional additives like antibacterial materials in the nanofiber membrane. It can be expected the high value added with nanofiber membrane because of its diverse applications from the water treatment to the energy field and because of its various functional advantages.

Markets of e-book and app book in Korea see novel as genre literature and webtoon account for 80 percents in sales so that market share is too based towards some specific fields. In readiblily and easy-to-buy convenience, different from paper books mostly sold off-line, app books are more advantageous but it works as a weak point to take long to publicly spread them before they are generally accepted. Meanwhile, the sales of the e-book market in Korea has been steeply risen. Further, the market is not only restricted to genre literature but also has come into the stage that various experimental challenges are issued in the field of publication contents. This study is aimed at developing the sightseeing app book as a future web-mobile platform with planning and develping the first app book dealing with localized contents based on Busan tour contents, making up for its defect that it offers only current simple information and then suggesting a strategy that the travelers' app book should be available for constant utilization connected to purchase by charged download.

The economic growth rate and the urban population of the Vietnam are steadily increasing. As a result, the size of the Vietnam's construction market for infrastructure development is expected to increase. However, Vietnam is adopting PPP(Public-Private Partnership) to solve this problem because the government lacks the financial and administrative capacity for infrastructure development. PPP is a business that lasts more than 10 years, so risk management is very important because it can be a long term damage in case of business failure. This study proposes a self-organization map (SOM) for analyzing the impact of risk factors and determining the priority of them. SOM is a visualization analysis method that analyzes the inherent correlation through the color pattern of each factor.

The concept, means, value chain, the persons concerned and possible issues of game item trading in cash are analyzed in this study. The trading is characterized by not only being performed with its own unique business model but also causing issues related to delicate social problems, such as digital contents distribution, work place and gambling. The way of game item trading in cash and its value chain have been changed with game market growth for the past years. I analyzed in this article the new concept of game item trading in cash that is different from the past. Also, analysis on several issues related to game item trading in cash is conducted.

Recently, the restriction of contracting business between general and specialty contractors are deregulated, which means the elimination of the traditional market entry block in the Korean construction industry. It could be a threat and/or an opportunity to construction firms, and requires establishing new business strategies in order to obtain relative competitiveness between the general and the specialty. Under this change in the industry, this research performed to provide some suggestions for specialty firms in setting up their new business strategies by analyzing various changes of their competitiveness elements. This study extracted 20 core competitiveness elements from major 6 competitive categories required in doing specialty contracting business, and their relative importance between the 20 elements were measured. It was found that the specialty's relative competitiveness has been greatly changed and affected by the deregulation of the protective business restriction.
